Don't get me wrong, it's a great platform for second hand watches. I made several purchases and sales without a problem. Why 2 stars? It used to have a great feature: predicted import fees included in the price. That was replaced with a "you might have import fees later" disclaimer. Useless. I used to be able to sort by realistic prices, now i have to calculate item by item. A regression rather than an update.

I was excited to use this app to track the value of my collection, but it has been more of a struggle than it's worth. I can find watches I own that are posted for sale, but "can't be found" when trying to add them to my collection. If I can't add my watches on the app, why even have the feature? I've also noticed prices are often listed significantly higher than I can find brand new on other sites. Overall disappointing. Edit: Don't send canned responses to negative feedback. Fix your app.

People who aren't "into" patina wouldn't consider a watch whose dial looks like a toilet bowl to be in "very good condition". Great app, but one feature request I think would help a lot of people navigate your listings: more filter options in general (I know you already have a ton, but the more the better). For example a patina filter would help.

The main features are great, and I like the buyer protections, but the "For You" algorithms need improvement. I use the app daily to browse watches, but it routinely shows me watches I'm not at all interested in. For instance, I routinely have 5 or more Nautilus displayed in my recommended feed. I have no Nautilus saved in my notepad or in my saved searches tab. I may have looked at a Nautilus six months ago, but am not looking to buy one. I just wish the algorithms were more precise.

Broken app, can't sign in. I've had an account for over a year. Installed the app, selected sign in with google, which is what I do on the desktop site, at which point it fails to present me with either google account on the device. I then enter my email as prompted and it gives me an error saying my account is already on the device. It literally will not allow me to login. Utter garbage.

You can attract more customers with confidence if you make it mandatory for all sellers to show every aspect of the watch. It should at least show pictures of the aerial top view, side profiles, silhouette and most importantly the case back. Make sellers post these photos of the watch they are trying to sell. Customers are more convinced when they see the caseback. The picture of the watch caseback should be a mandatory requirement.

it's fine for browsing watches but the buying and selling User experience is awful. so clunky to see when offers come in or if someone has messaged you. The app even allows you to offer on your own listing. really crude and I've missed sales due to how difficult it is for others to use easily.

Great App, I enjoy using it. Two downside though; 1. not possible to upload video in the listing or send it to the potential buyer who requested it. 2. impossible to delete inactive listing from my sales list - I still have 2 listings published 14years ago, and ch24 team doesn't respond.

Chrono24 always seems to favour sellers, not buyers. Their mediation, refund, and return system is not justified — it involves high risk and is not recommended. I have personally lost a significant amount of money by buying through Chrono24 recently.

if you love watches, or love scrolling through Facebook marketplace for stuff you don't need. well then this app will make you happy and possibly broke. chances are the watch you can find anywhere has been sitting here waiting for you.

previously the app was really very good but nowadays I am feeling that the app filter lag the information about the watch technicalities.. it's really desert meaning developer needs to work on this for better app experience

Very disappointed. Have used successfully but when it doesn't work, it's a horrible and expensive experience. Sellers don't have to honour sales and so you pay, they can then have a think and just say no... So a total waste of time. If you pay and they refund due to their seller pulling out of the deal, another big warming, you cover all the currency transaction costs. For me, I chose a watch, purchased, paid, the seller withdrew, and only around 92% of the payment was refunded.

Literally no idea what's going on with this app. Trying to list a watch to sell is impossible. I've been trying to set up a personal seller account, putting your dob in is a joke, you have to scroll back month by month back to the year which takes for ever, dumbest thing ever! Then when you complete it all and hit save it takes you back to the start. After 3 attempts I've given up. Utter rubbish! 😡

Terrible. No service at all constant ignoring my requests to speak with the dealer. Kept moving the price once agreed. Tried to get me to pay a higher amount and for chrono 24 to refund me the difference once I had made the higher payment. Lol. Not even sure I will even see the watch let alone receive some kind of fake. Frankly. Unbelievable. Looks and feels like a complete scam at this stage.

When it works, it works well - I've purchased a watch through the app in the past, and been impressed by the customer service - but after some of the recent updates it seems to crash upon opening, almost immediately. Also, the watches that you've favourited but have been sold, removed etc. should automatically move to a different folder - you shouldn't have to manually go through removing them from the list.

whoever designed this application has not experience of UX. one of the worst interface, worst design ever. you can not customise your feed so you just see random watches. or while you try to browse watches sometimes it doesn't list other countries especially on hot deals or new arrivals section no don't remember which is which. so I just check automatic watches in UK which is 2462km away from me.

just great for vintage collectors and sellers unlike ebay which is taking about 25 percent of each transaction. very good

Difficult to order. For example, I'm trying to order a watch and the button to buy disappeared. Instead, there is one asking me to request an offer from the seller. The seller had already responded but the field to execute the purchase is not longer available in the app. Terrible unfriendly App. Chrono24 takes a long time to respond to inquiries. Couldn't buy the watch.
