An app that's made for you to login on government service pages. That means: burocracy for nothing. They could have made a website that recognises your ID. They could have just made it simple for you to have a normal login with your id number or codice fiscale number. But no. They had to complicate things and connect the website to the app, but the website doesn't recognise it and keeps telling me that there's no app installed. Ridiculous. People like to complicate things that could be simple.

it's very hard to register in this application and I still need an assistance of expertise of this area to fully register.

Too complicated and too many unnecessary steps. Could be easier.

Anyone know if there is an English version of this app or how to set it to English with in the app

Horrible. What is the point of having the app if it still demands a SMS authentication? It keeps going around in circles. Absolutely useless if you are abroad. Designed to make your life more difficult. Does not work with mobile numbers outside Italy. Even if you have your PIN, PUK and the id card in front of you. It always ends requiring an SMS that never arrives. It is impossible to activate your new CIE.

Hi. It's very annoying and time-consuming to scan your card with NFC after each and every login. If I registered my card with my device, why I have to repeat all the steps over and over again for every site to enter with CIEID. Rather SPID once install and configure is much easy and fastest way to enter any site. Sorry but poor experience got and disinstalled it. Thanks a lot.

I have been trying for week to register. I can't get pass the page asking for my email. It always says that the email or password is wrong. But that is my email add and password. I have unistalled and re-installed the app 3 times and am always stuck at that page. In your instructional videos however, the page that asks for the email add does not show. Why is that?

What I don't like about this app is how hard it is to detect and recognize my ID through the NFC technology: it keeps failing, losing the connection, and it typically takes me an average of 5 attempts before I can finally login to my ID... it would be great if it could fail less frequently, because it is a very useful app indeed.

Cannot read the nfc code 99% of the time. Unnecessary super duper extra bureaucratic login. It is designed this way by intentions so to waste fundings. NFC of my phone is ok and healthy, I pay with my phone every day... Even your app first registers the card successfully with NFC. But later it fails to verify every single time.. terrible

impossible to recover puk. Requested, waited 48h. received the message with the link that asks you to request it again and goes in circles. 6 days later still can not get it. Terrible, brainlessness way of setting up things.

it's good at everything generally but it has no language translation

Funzione bene se si seguono le istruzioni e si appoggia la carta d'identità sul tavolo. Mai avuto problemi e mi sembra un sistema molto sicuro. Never had issues by following the instructions. I just put my card on the table and the phone over it and it works. Never had a problem and it seems like a very secure system.

The app is not opening anymore. When I tap to open it it simply crashes. Since this app is vital I want it to be simple, robust and bug free... Now I have to wait for some black magic in order to access to my digital identity...

Cannot scan QR Code. I continue to get a message that QR Code is incorrect but what QR Code there is if i have only those on substitutive sheet and the two on the sheet where the Electronic ID Card was attached? And they were correct the first time i activated the Card? Now i cannot use them!!!!! Is bugged!!! A fixing update, please, and as soon as possible, thanks!!!!

This app was working fine until today. now I can't scan the qr code to login. I don't even get the option to scan my qr code anymore?
