I’ve been experiencing persistent issues with the app. Ads remain stuck on loading and never appear, and when attempting to complete questionnaires, if I make a mistake, refreshing causes the same issue to reoccur the next day. I’ve contacted support multiple times without any response. This has been frustrating and needs urgent attention.

I was happy when I found out about this app. It is really a great moment when Nepal is advancing in its digital services. However, it is very sad to realize that the app currently supports only android and ios devices. It is not that entertaining to watch movies on small screen especially when you are outside of your country. The app's description does mention that the app can be installed and used on amazon fire tv. But, the app is not even available to install on amazon fire tv.

Its a good initiative. I would recommend to start providing membership schemes, so that the coins/money will be utilized more frequently. (20-50)% discount for the members subscribing the schemes would be better for your business model as well. I don't think with the ads revenue only, you would be able to stream new movies frequently. Also, its very much expensive to pay more than 200 for a movie releasing in OTT. Certain cinema halls will provide theatre experience in just Rs.150.

I downloaded this app and tried watching kabbadi and paid twice as I couldn't connect from my device to my TV but surprised to find that this app doesn't allow me to watch in TV...waste app for those who wants to watch in TV..I can connect my phone in my TV everything is working but when I play movie it goes all black however can still see hear volume and see volume setting only. Waste of money and time..I don't recommend at all.

Worst App I have ever used. It was fine till last year, now with upgrades or whatever it is,it has become worst. It took me 3hr to download a 2hr movie, and on tv it keeps on buffering, couldn't watch it. When complained they say it's issue from my side, when I face no issues watching, Netflix, Amazon prime video, DisneyHotstar,YouTube and so on.Jusr wasted my money buying movie to watch...

The idea is great. Please keep up the good work. The app has a lot of potential. Target the international Nepalese market. It will be worth it. However, some features like screen mirroring should be available. Also, if the movie is paid, there should be a way,not to show those alphanumeric terms floating around.

App work well in Android & in Android TV, I want to suggest hole CinemaGhar app team, make this app like Netflix/ amazon, Take Monthly Subscription RS 1000/1500, I think we nepali people can afford it, now a day we people are also watching nepali movie. Each movie RS 200 is not a best idea to run movie app, it's better to convert in Monthly subscription. Make the app more best and the software of app more difficult in which no one can't download the movie. Think in my advice.
