Circle K Carwash

You'll get really good at reversing out of a car wash lane by using this app. In the last 3 days I've had to back out of two car washes because the app said it was available but when you get to the kiosk, says it's down for maintenance. Even the sign entering the car wash that it was open. I want to love how inexpensive this is but what a hassle! I'm canceling after my introductory month. Edit: it's 45° and I drove past two of these that we're both closed. Absolute garbage

This app is shady AF. Besides the car washes all being absolutely horrible, there is seemingly no way to remove things such as card info. On top of that it's asking for a PIN now that I don't recall creating. I've tried every 6 digit number I could think I would use for something like that and nothing. Then there is no way to reset it or an option for "forgot PIN". Almost as if they want to make it absolutely as hard as possible to cancel things, etc. Just avoid this. In no way is it worth it.

Location data for one car wash incorrect, so app cannot initiate wash. Customer service edited the geofencing twice, but it still does not work. Other vicinity car washes broken for weeks. Poor value because the majority of washes are inoperable most of the time; unable to use the app enough of the time to make a subscription worthwhile. Customer service are cery nice when they are available, but response rate and time are spotty. I feel I should receive a prorated refund. Disappointed.

Yep, the app's broken. It worked when it gave me a one-time voucher, but now it's immediately giving me problems. It didn't give me a code to use from the subscription, I had to pay again in person at the wash. Thankfully, I contacted support through their email and got a refund.

My first time wanting a car wash with this company and I searched there own site for prices and couldn't find anything. On there site is one page that directs you to the app. Well that page could've listed the prices. why does it not list anything? So I download app and it wants me to sign in and then probably show me prices. No thanks. I shouldn't have to sign into anything to see your prices. You're the business im the customer—I unstalled, drove to store & found out its $9 for single wash.

I've noticed that every time it rains or snows, machines just never work. It's not just a machine; I've been to four different stations and they were all closed. I'm supposed to be entitled to use them up to twice a day if I deem it necessary, 365 days a year, but they never work on specific dates. However, (and why aren't they out of service to collect the monthly payment?), and I've spent five days unable to wash my car, I've caught them, important or weather dates always put the machines out.

if you have phone issues, connection issues, and you populate the code too many times, you miss out on the paid subscription for the day. Despite not hitting my 2 car washes for that day, it was maxed out. Please fix. I paid for this, give me the wash.

App crashes frequently. When using "scan QR code" or a 7 digit numerical code, kiosk says "there is a problem" and cannot wash my car. Attempted canceling, reactivating and upgrading to family plan to see if there was an issue with account but no luck. Cannot add other family members as the app doesn't seem to have been developed in US and rejects every mobile number I enter as invalid. At this point, I want my $29 back plus the $14 I paid to wash my car when the app wouldn't work.

App is hot garbage. Trying to cancel, jlbut it just takes me to some admin profile with a supervisor code entry. I just canceled through PayPal instead. When it works and the car washes aren't broken, it's a good deal... However they are so few and far between that when one is broken I don't want to drive 10 miles to another one. Get new app devs circle k.

My issue with the app was billing. When I signed up I was supposed to get a free month of car washes. Called support because app showed an upcoming charge. Customer service rep claimed that deal was expired and offered half off a month. Canceled and deleted the app. Get a call from the manager, who actually seemed great. I was aparently supposed to get the free month after all. But, since I canceled and deleted my account I got nothing. Oh well. Just wanted to leave an honest review. Bad CS rep.

Bought the subscription. First time was fine. I live on a state line and was able to get a wash in both TN and MS without a problem. Purchased another subscription and while I can still get a wash in TN, MS apparently doesn't exist to the app any longer. Literally doesn't show any circle k in MS at all. I know it's not just that it's a station not participating or something. There's just not any stores listed in the entire state. My subscription is getting close to being up and it's been a wast

I was a bit reticint based on all the negative reviews. However I have a car wash near my house and it's a good deal so figured I'd give it a shot. The app could use some fine tuning but it worked as described. I was able to get a code and wash both of my vehicles. The only major issue I ran into is it prompts for your license plate when requesting a wash code. For my second vehicle I attempted to modify this so it was accurate but was unable to. It still let me wash the car though.

So frustrated - terrible app & service. Got code, didn't work at car wash - "Invalid Code" - so when I tried to enter it again, the code disappears from the app - no log anywhere of codes, so I had to use my second code for the day - tried that one, didn't work. Ironically, the main reason I got the app. is b/c I was getting ripped off by Circle K gas (card reader "can't read" card, go in prepay $60-$80, should get difference refunded to card - glad I checked, no refund & charged both - unbeliev

It took several tries to get a code. I was charged to upgrade the wash and given a code, but then the code was invalid when entered to use. Had to go inside to get a new code that didn't account for the upgrade wash and wait in the line of cars again after having already waited. So far, not off to a good start. 😕

App frequently does not show I am at the wash even with precise location selected in phone settings. Wash is frequently broken without any notification beforehand. I have resulted to calling the location to ask if the wash is working that day instead of wasting a trip and gas . Currently searching for a reliable wash solution before renewal of ultimate subscription.

Good deal - when the app works! Definitely makes sense if you need to wash your car very frequently. Update: App is broken, again. This app will not work for more than a few days before Circle-K breaks it again. Might re-join if service improves. Not impressed with the amount of problems I've had.

I purchased a monthly subscription and haven't been able to use it at all the only location within 30 Miles is broken I reported it to the attendant and all that they said is that they don't know. I called and was given a direct number that no one will pick up.

Got charged for nothing. I signed up for unlimited car washes, i go to the car wash, and the machine asks me to enter the code on the app. I enter it and it takes like 5 min to process only to eventually go "sorry payment type not accepted" or something to that effect. I then go to start over and enter a new code. Same thing. Then it says "you have exceeded your wash code per day" and my car never got washed. I got charged for absolutely nothing. Massive waste of time & money

Works good, had to drive around the fuel pumps for the app to recognize I was at the location. Then request a code and the code was given. I had issues with the app and called customer service, they were extremely helpful and helped me get the app to work for me. Definitely worth it.

This would be one of my favorite apps if it worked. Sadly, it does not. The store where I downloaded it is not on the selection list so that's as far as I got. Maybe it should have stayed in Beta a bit longer. I don't care to talk on the phone with anyone about it, I just want it to work. Let me know when it does. Until then, no more Circle K car washes for me.
