First of all, it's very disappointing that you have removed the functionality to pay by car plates. Secondly, after the latest updates, the app is generally unusable for fueling purposes - the pay for fuel section doesn't load even with a strong internet connection, and if it does by some miracle - the select pump functionality is also stuck on loader. Overall the changes are sad, as it was one of the prime examples for apps to have user needs first. Now I need to search for hidden functions

Designed to track you all the time. There is no way to use your car wash subscription without letting the app track you constantly. The app doesn't "recognise" which car wash you're at despite allowing location services while the app is in use. From a privacy or functionality perspective, this doesn't make any sense! Everything else is ok.

In the mastercard transactions the app shows "Invalid date" for every transaction. Have guys ever done any test and verification of the app???? App is kicking me out after a couple of days. The login-in is cumbersome and doesn't work from the first attempt. There are several bugs with GUI, i give up to list them, I'm not paid for that!

payment in the app doesn't work on Android Xiaomi! too bad. also doesn't show which kind of car wash every station has, is it automatic is it manual? no one knows!

App works pretty good. Pay By Plate is my favorite feature! cause I don't need to waste time when fueling. also, the new rewards system is easier to understand. I think how it is right now is very good. I like it.

The app is great but the payment gateway is not good at all. Every time I try to add a card, it process the BankID and then gets stuck there for long period. It has happened to me 4 times. Every time, I tried to add a card it didn't proceed further from Bank ID approval. After a long wait, when I clicked on Back button, there was no card added. Tried again, same problem. Every time, NOK 1000 reserved. And when I restarted the app, card shows up after few minutes. Please look into this.

Looks like food reservation is no longer possible. I even asked the AI chatbot about it, but it had no idea what I was talking about. Everything else seems fine I guess. But I wanted food.

It keeps disconnecting you periodically which is extremely annoying when you're standing in line, have to pay and there's people behind you. Poor user experience.

Coupons disappear/expire 1 minute after you activate them. When you activate one and choose the gas station, there is no QR or bar code, and instinctively pressing "back" will ask you to rate the coupon even if you didn't buy or scan anything. I just lost a few good coupons this way, after that, I realized this app is kinda pointless and is designed only to lure you into spending money at Circle K, without ever providing any of the advertised discount percentage. In other words - "gimmick".

UPDATE: it's possible to set the limit by yourself! Thank you! Now only some rewards for using the app are missing :) The app works pretty good, it detects the current stations without problems. I would give 5 stars, but there are 2 small details that stop me from doing that: 1. The default limit for a single refueling is 200 PLN 2. Some reward for using the app would be great, for example doubled loyolity point for the fuel.

The only reason why I installed was pay by plate number. now CircleK close this feature, and only targeting, spam messages, silly games continue to exists. To remove!!! Plastic card much better.

Hello, In the Circle K app (previous version), I used to check how much fuel I filled with the work card and how much with the Extra card. They used to write the type of fuel: diesel, gasoline. The number of earned points was also shown with the purchases of the work card. And now it is no longer clear, writes "Fuel", liters are rounded up to whole numbers, and this complicates the declaration of fuel. You will have to collect paper receipts again. Let's go back in time...

Can't add payment method. "Your authentication failed. Try again." does not help at all. And then you have to enter everything again. Did you even try to use it yourselves?? Upd. Year later, as bad as it was. Car is almost never detected automatically, payments do not go trough, unknown error occur constatly, pump does not start even money ar charged from your card. Usually you get all these experiences from the single visit. What a sham

The latest promotion of 15c/l on weekends simply doesn't appear. The payment by plate number worked initially and then stopped forever 🤷‍♂️

The app is almost good.. But support for mobile pay disappeared? First time in dk i used Mobilepay, very nice and easy.. but after a trip to Norway i was forced to add a debit card and now it's my only option? Having to use the card and get redirected to web payment portal, confirming with NemID and return to the app... Now it's in no way easier to use the app.. Being able to change the limit for how much i can fill up is needed, i can only get half a tank with the app. Add Contact/support

Customer service is lacking. My user data was deleted due to an error in their system, right after I had payed 150 DKK for a monthly wash subscription. Their solution to me losing this subscription was for me to pay the full amount again for a new subscription. Also not able to use the registered card information and instead have to use MobilePay through the app, resulting in me not recieving the benefits of the Circle K Extra.

I'm unable to play the Circle K games. There's a Christmas game in the app, but it won't work. It just shows the message; "Sorry... Something went wrong. Please check youe internet connection and try again." pleasr fix this issue, I've tried everything. Customer support is terrible as well.

I'd give 0 if it was possible. Installed and uninstalled immediately. Added cash card info in advance, then in station had to do it again, because card information was nowhere to be found. Alright, used NFC to add card once again. Success! And then was told to be too poor to buy fuel (they want to book 100€ and I had less on my card). Glad there is Neste right besides CK, went there and got my gasoline (didn't use their app, if you want to know).

I like the app especially when using I get additional discount on purchase ;) When it comes to paying for the fuel it has to be clearly noted somewhere (in app or close to the tank) that first activate an app and confirme purchase and only after put a gun into the trank hole. Otherwise for the first time its a bit challenging task :)))

App claimed that I was not at a station even though I had given it precise location permission and had strong GPS signal. After the last system update it now accuses me ot spoofing my location, which I'm certainly not doing, and exits the app immediately. Will probably avoid CK in the future, out of spite, if they continue with the app-exclusive promotions.
