The app works great but has one flaw that is related to the scheduling system. If a bus departure has been skipped, It is not indicated. Firstly, it is already bad enough to miss a departure schedule, secondly I'd like to have an indication that it is not on the way and have been cancelled. By the time the following bus arrives, I could have taken another mean of transportation entirely considering the time I had to walk to the bus station + the 10+ min delay. Such a missed opportunity.

Filled with nunerous ads and oftentimes the system is down. When looking through your bookmarks, for some reason it would show all the buses going through a certain bus stop instead of just the line you're looking for. And lastly, it would be much better if the route notifications were displayed on native viewer instead of forcing the user to download a PDF file. Waste of space and phone's resources.

The app was barely acceptable before this new update and now it is worse! It takes 30 seconds to load the app, but it makes you watch an ad for another 5 seconds before you can use it. I use it every morning to check bus times, but it takes 8-10 taps, and over 1 minute to reach the result. Why can't you make it easier? We can't even set favourites for frequently used bus routes. And the ads are totally UNACCEPTABLE for an official app.

It's great to have this app to check bus arrival times. I wish that it would be possible to save a setting (maybe a widget) so it's not necessary to always launch the app, search the route and choose the stop. Now they've added an opening ad, which makes the process even slower. I usually just check the same bus and route for the same stop, usually in a rush.

Been using it a few years, but suddenly, it supports Huawei devices only ... I have no idea what happened. Pls. Fix ASAP The display of bus arrival times needs fixing ... I was waiting for the 15:38 bus, which apparently was delayed. Instead of showing a new departure time, say 15:45, it skips directly to the next bus in line at 16:13. This is both misleading and unacceptable. in passing, bus route no. 13 is notorious for all kinds of hiccups ... if TD people is watching, pls. register this

Edit: just added ads on top of the slow and bad UX. great for wasting more time on this app, not to mention that it is slow. Good for 4 days in a week, completely betrays you on the fifth. UX is so bad that you have to wait for several server calls before you ask the everyday question of "when do the bus for work is going to come". aka slow

After opening the app in my iPhones, including iPhone 6, iPhone 6 plus and iPhone 13 Pro Max, to check next bus info, the app continues to run in the background, resulting my iPhones become hot. I have to manually stop the app. This is not normal, The app will continue to run in till my phone battery runs out. Do not know if the same problem with Android phones because I seldom use my Android phones for checking bus times.

After the update of this app, it became even worse. Just to let you know I'm using samsung Galaxy A6+ and I tried using different wifi and using data to open up the app. There are a lot of ad's when opening the app. Before, within a minute I can open the app, search for a bus route and open open the bus stop information all one minute. But after the update, it took me 43 seconds to just open the app, 30 seconds to open up search for a bus route, 2 minutes to search for a bus, 6 minutes to open up the bus information (sometimes it may not even open). If you are the type of people who use this app to check bus arrival times, I recommend you to check it in advance, not last minute check. Recent Update: Even worse. Can't open the app.

It is a shame that there so many ads in the official app. The app is slow and unresponding, it takes so much time to load the information. The user interface is bad, we have to click so many buttons before we can get the information we need. Also, sometimes the bus arrival time is either working or inaccurate. Sincerely hope that your company will put more resources to improve the IT which is very important nowasdays.

Look, I am fine with you showing your ad on the first seconds of opening and the banners throughtout the app, but when I bookmark a place and I expect to show the exact stop I saved in ONE CLICK, not ask me to confirm the location and then click "find nearby route". This is near harassing.

V.4 is less user friendly than the previous one. 1. I prefer the 4 squares on front page design over long scroll bar at the bottom. 2. There are too many tabs on the top bar. I think "bookmark" and "frequently used" should be the same list. 3. I find the "yellow red blue" or "orange white green" bus icon distracting 4.In V.4, it is quite difficult to find the next 3 arriving buses. More tabs are needed compared to last version.

It seems that the app designer has never actually used the app. Every time you open it, it resets to the first page. That means if you check the bus arrival time, switch to another app, and come back, you have to input the bus number and stop all over again. Its more of a patience training app than anything.

Keep in a slow start since last update, the only reason is it needs to download the latest ads! It is even a video ad qnd will play in a loud sound automatically! A waste of data usage and very annoying. Cann't believe it's an app from a bus company which has already benefited from our ticket!

Quite useful on checking busses available in the area, however the option on checking direct destination from point to point doesn't work. The street view options are also quite glitchy often displaying just a blank screen. Overall the app is useful but some functions are missing.

Since they updated the app, I should updated my review. They had improved the interface to a much more user friendly one, and the functions are more accessable now. However, the riot problem of unable to provide the real time arrival time for all airport bus lines are still there. I hope it can be fix very soon, because it confused a lot of people who trying to use it.

I have observed instances where bus operators have not stopped when another bus was departing, and this has unfortunately caused me to be late on several occasions. It would be greatly appreciated if this issue could be addressed.

Clunky and full of ads that block the information you need and are difficult to get rid of without following links to something you don't want. Often gives incorrect information, such as next bus time far later than actual bus arrival or no more buses on this route just before bus arrives. Sometimes just refuses to work. Fairly typical unfortunately of Hong Kong apps.

App is really slow. The recent update made it worse, with gigantic ads that cover half the screen. The app does show bus arrival information and allows you to save frequently used bus stops, but don't rely on it to load quickly.

Non stop loading, The ads loaded fast tho. edit: gezz, you should really fire the entire app development team. your team decided not letting people use it until finish loading whatever route they think it belongs to "HOT" category, meanwhile, your server are using either 56K bandwidth or searching algorithm that invented by monkeys.

This app will enfore you to do update regardless of your using paid service or data plan that cause you to pay more. you don't have permission to defer the update, least to say NO. Otherwise, this app will exit itself that prevents you from continuing. In addition, too many ads!
