Cleveland Browns

Only time I use the app is to transfer tickets, so this rating is based on this experience alone. "Inconsistent" is kind. Also, describing it as a 3 star experience is kind. It shouldn't be this much of a headache. I don't know if it is the Browns app itself or the Ticketmaster function, but I have problems logging in and transferring tickets multiple times each season. Been going on for awhile.

The ticketing portion of this app is awful. Even though I click remember me I have to sign in evertime. Half of the time I can't even log in as it just glitches and says account look up failed. Then half the time when I log in it takes me to the web based Ticketmaster site and says download the browns app. I just want to list my tickets for this bad team.

Out of the area. I used to be able to listen to games since I no longer live in the area. I constantly receive a message that I am not able to listen to games since I am out of the region.

Roster info is not updated in a timely fashion. Last year, during the season, I saw a defensive lineman I didn't recognize. Looked up his number on the app, and it was not listed. The following week, he was in again, and the roster was still not updated yet. The CBD podcasts are diluted with too much filler. Nathan and Beau spend entirely too much time talking about their personal interests and hobbies. Needs more emphasis on CLEVELAND BROWNS FOOTBALL, yes I said CLEVELAND BROWNS FOOTBALL!

I have had the sports for the past three years and up to this year have followed the Browns on radio. This year I can't access the radio network at all. Error pops up stating enable location services so they can tell I am not in stadium or some BS. Living in South Carolina where the only way to follow is the radio . Fix the radio in your app.

New season, old problem that the radio button is once again (still?) MIA. This app is pointless without the ability to listen to live radio broadcasts. This issue with the radio button is ongoing - last season it worked sometimes, then didn't work, then disappeared and reappeared, then worked and didn't work. You get the idea. This pervasive issue has not yet been addressed by the app developers.

Notifications don't work properly when clicked through to the app, they just dump you at the home page and there's no hint anywhere of the article or update you clicked on. Not necessary to gain entrance to the game if your ticket lives on another app. Not much point to this one from what I can see.

No radio button to be found in the Andiod app. But is there on my iPad. At rare time I'll see a link in the form of a limk similar to clicking on Browns Live link ( a bigger rectangle) but have not even seen that anymore. It is like it may be hidden under the orange header at top. Why hasn't anyone fixed this? People have been complaining about this forever I see! If there is a reason simply state the reason. I'm a big boy. Otherwise we all just think you have a bunch of programming idiots!

The radio function on this app is terrible. Always stops working and has to be reloaded. It'll also say radio is unavailable for stretches and then comes back fine usually 10-15 minutes later. Needs a lot of work. Additon:Radio feature still doesn't work well.

This app is completely broken and unusable. Never stays logged in. Cannot get mobile tickets. Cannot get express access. Cannot listen to radio broadcast. The connection w ticketmaster is broken. The entire thing is completely unintuitive and not user friendly. This is literally a disgrace of an app. I can't even believe this is what you require your paying customers to use lol.

Constantly stops working, login is incredibly painful, and you can't access half the features that they say you can, like your membership card. They finally allow you to link to Google Pay for your tickets, but they use the outdated app, so you still can't do it. Love my Browns, hate this terrible app.

Radio function is awful. Radio will stop working randomly and have to be restarted. Sometimes the radio button will just disappear and then appear again after several reloads. Overall the app seems poorly designed and barely functional at best. Very disappointing.

I've been having nothing but issues recently with this app. It kicks me out, makes me change my password everytime I go to log in or tells me its wrong and then i get locked out. And most recently it displayed I no longer own rights to my tickets. I do not have time to keep going in and out of the app and going in and out of Ticketmaster to resolve it.

The app is not user friendly or intuitive. The links often don't work and the connection with Ticketmaster is equally bad. It seems the internet does not work when using the app because I can never load my tickets but as soon as I close the app I can open an internet browser with no problem.

This app sucks. The content is never up-to-date. The app rarely works properly. The radio feature absolutely does not work. When the app isn't crashing they don't update it very Timely. This is probably one of the worst running apps I have on my phone.

I love the Browns and I love this app! Loaded with lots of pertinent information. User friendly and easy to navigate. I wish streaming the games was better. Not living in Cleveland, I can't watch them as much as I would like. The app either prohibits me from streaming or it drops midway through pregame.

Terrible, absolutely horrible, radio skips every 30 seconds. The live press conferences sounds like the person is trying to summon a demon from hell. On the other phone I have the radio feature doesn't show up in the right corner. The person who runs this app for the browns should be fired. They need to be held to a higher standard in that organization. Kevin stefanski would not be happy about it.

When you first open the app, a push notifications ad comes up. Which tells you to enable notifications. At this point you cannot do anything. It will not go away. You must get completely out of the app then click back on the Cleveland Browns logo and start fresh. It is very frustrating to have to do this every time, other than that I like the app.

Don't do update if you can avoid. Have been using this app since it hit the market with no issues. Have uninstalled 5 times and reinstalled since update and it works 4 about 15 seconds on live content then just drops. Will come back on for a few seconds and drops out again. AWFUL

GPS is on high accuracy and I keep getting the notice that I have to turn on or toggle the GPS. nothing works. Plus 99.9% of the time it's unplayable per NFL rules. Impossible for someone out of town to actually listen to the game. I love the Browns but this app is a waste of space on my phone.
