Photos don't always appear when tapped. Other than that what I tried to date seemed functional and useful.

Requiring an app for what could be done via browser is malicious and dishonest. I'd give zero stars if I could. I just want to park, I don't need an "app experience" for something that basic.

The app works flawlessly and has been 100% successful in finding me affordable parking spaces. Excellent app !

no proper spot to park when I arrived. the parking lot was overfilled with cars. wondering how many were there that did not pay for their spot. we all just parked one on top of each other. it was a disaster.

App doesn't work properly unless it's to charge you. The parking attendant in the area says that people have been having issues with the app and that we should just pay normally. Which is what we had to do when the app didn't show the bar code to scan. We didn't have a chance to contact until customer support until later and was told that they don't do refund 48 hours after the issue

The app does not work properly... I create an account, gives an error, I gave a try to log-in with it (to see if it works), keeps erroring out. The same thing happens on the Website version, but saying "No balance available (0" or something. I literally wasted over almosy an hour solving this problem, but couldn't ever make it work. Calling the Help number was not even useful, reaching to a private number voicemail... Please fix your account creation and login in the app! :(

very first time using the app, reserved a spot days in advance, got the my reserved spot, and was taken by another car, tried reaching customer service, got recording "our offices are now closed". UPDATE: Even though I had issues the night of my reservation, the customer service dept. Was extremely efficient at crediting my payment, offering compensation for my next reservation, and apologizing for the situation. I will gladly book with ClickNPark again.

This is the best way to park in Montreal. I have used it for short term and ongoing bookings without problem. The customer service is amazing. I made an error in my booking and was able to get onto customer support (Liam), who sorted it out for me in minutes (even though it was the weekend). Could not speak highly enough of this company!

Scam company. Their entire business is done through the app, yet they charge you a 50 cent "service fee" when buying parking, as if we have any other way to pay. Also, the duration defaults to 4 hours, just to trick people into buying much more time than they'd actually need.

The App doesn't work. When we reached the gate it said "Not authorized" even though I had paid for parking through the app. I arrived 10 minutes after my reservation and was unable to entre with the app. Defaulted on using the ticket from the gate.

Very easy to book. Locations are well situated. Instructions for parking are very clear. Underground spot booked this time: well lit, clean, secure. I would recommend & will use Click park again when the need arises.

Great app to find parking space. I used it in Montreal and it saved a ton of time. It was a bit tricky at first to find one of the spot in back alley, but you can use the navigation within the app to locate it.

App works great. I received a parking ticket in the lot that I had reserved through clicknpark and the customer service team answered quickly and were able to have the ticket cancelled. I would highly recommend using this app if you need it.

Terrible parking logistics. They oversell parking and then don't have any available spots even after you pay for a reservation on advance. The phone app login doesn't work. Been unable to login via Google for weeks.

Very easy to use and less stressful looking for parking at a great rate. Being a CAA member is a plus for a small discount. It was a 7-minute walk to the CHUM hospital. Cheaper than parking meters and parking in the Hospital parking.

parkings don't have reviews. some of them are in bad condition, sometimes already full, and some hard to find.

Best app for finding the parking you need, in the area you need. Love the fact that you can select the city, the street or any destination and it will tell you how far you need to walk from the parking lot to your final destination and how much it will cost. Love it!!

Neither the app nor the website would login with Google. Facebook login worked but then I got a JavaScript error when trying to pay with a credit card. Tried for 30 minutes then parked on the street.

This app is life changing, to go downtown and not have to seach for a parking spot for half an hour is just magical. To know that a parking spot is there to accomadate you the minute you arrive is priceless!

I did reserve a parking spot with this app and when I get there on time, there was no place to park.. I got late to my appointment because I had to go and try to get a new place and pay for it.
