too many in game pop ups. I enjoyed the game, but the incomprehensible amount of pop ups in the game trying to divert you to either 1) buy something (then try to force you by saying the deal would go away forever if you dont act now) or 2) go on some tangential side game, is truly annoying and often times makes me close the game before even starting. on top of these 2, often times the ads -that are typical to games- are very difficult to close or take more than 90 seconds. they may go on longer

The ad where they say, "we're not going to lie about the app" while they're showing cool puzzles for you to solve? It's a lie. This is your run of the mill match 3 game, and you will end up watching an average of 7-9 ads per level to be able to clear the level. In its favor, you can watch as many ads as you need to clear the level, but it will rarely be only 1-2 ads. Never got to see a single puzzle like they showed in their "not going to lie" ad. Uninstalled.

This used to be a really good app. NOW when you log on you have to close 4-5 ads for game currency. You're forced to click thru all their side quests and watch their animations when new stuff comes up even if you aren't participating or want to. I've chosen to not play because when I log on there is all this hoop jumping required. I don't want to have to spend 3 minutes closing out and exiting stuff I don't want or need. Sad this used to be a favorite of mine and has become disappointing.

Ads malfunction constantly. Ads fail to load or fail to load rewards, especially in special events, and when you've earned your way to enhanced functions: Guaranteed crash. the game elements themselves are challenging and creative, but once you get to where the puzzles cannot be solved without ads or real money, it's just kind of a bummer. Ads lock up, and you can blaze through a fortune just to jam up later.

Too many ads. You have to click through several internal ads every time you try to play or finish a level. Once you get far enough you're inundated with external ads that play on a timer, then go to the download screen, two clicks to get back to the game, then wait through two more timers to close the ad. Then more internal ads. I spend more time sifting through ads than playing the game. It would be fun if I could actually get to the games. Uninstalling this one.

Just another matching jewel game. Why make an ad for your game that shows multiple types of puzzles being played to solve a mystery only to have it be like any one of a hundred other matching games on the market? If you want to make a game that consists of multiple types of puzzles, sweet! Make it. But a bland jewel matching game with a child-like story line? yawn. next.

Love this game. I have been playing for over 2 years and would occasionally have to stop for dealing with life, but when I come back it's like I never stopped playing. I mean some things change but my rewards and the items I purchased are still there. It can be costly if you want to progress faster but you can still get pretty far playing the mini games. I also have never had any problems with the app and they seem to have good customer service.

The enshitification of this game is complete. Full of ads, boring, annoying ads everywhere. And monetization (for the developer that is) offers everywhere. When you successfully finish a level, when you unsuccessfully finish a level, when you run out of lives, or simply just because. And they don't limit themselves to one offer, no. Two, three, four and and sometimes more. On top of that there's different side games and quests, and battle modes, all competing for your attention incessantly.👎

had to come back for a maybe final review. still giving 5 stars, it is a fun game. but it starts to get stagnant. like reaching the clock tower, took way too long to get too, adding extra chest to complete the building also makes it feel miserable because you're doing the same puzzle, then it feels more stagnant because you have to collect 5-7 items at the end of each puzzle with high numbers on what to clear on the board with only 20 moves, 50 would be great.

I had about 385 lives saved up and after the updates I lost everything you can only get a max of 10, which is dumb! The levels are way too hard even in the beginning stages, and the ads are ridiculous. This game has gone from fun to annoying and frustrating. The pushy ads is so annoying when on timed levels. please stip with the forced pop ups, make the levels more enjoyable, an for God sakes let us stack up as many lives as we want. this game went from bad to worse.

This game is aggravating. It has so many pop-ups for mini games that you don't really get to play the actual game. If I had "Attention Deficit Disorder", this would be the game for me. If you play for 5 minutes you'll play the actual game 2 minutes. I'm playing thru a pay-to-play site & that's the only reason I play. But soon as I hot the level I want I'm deleting this game. I'd be really surprised if my review isn't deleted. I'm gonna check back. **responses are good chngs are better!!!!!!

Very cute storyline and graphics, is a nice idea. pushes pay to win VERY early, which isn't so bad you can skip the offers but I'm only on level 12 and it has started playing ads every time I complete a level without being able to skip them. They offer no reward for interrupting game play. uninstalling.

Even though you have made the app seamless and beautiful, I will be uninstalling, again, after this next ticket season runs out. I've NEVER seen such a greedy effing company! Asking if I'm sure after EVERY TIME I close out of an "offer". Telling me that I will get 4 extra moves with the purchase of the special ticket but they only last for so many games and then only give 10 to 15 moves otherwise. It's ridiculous and an asinine way to ruin a beautifully classic game!

This game would be better if it didnt have crash issues. if you don't want to spend a small fortune to play you have to watch ads. Half the time the game crashes during these ads and erases any progress during that session. Then you have to start the stage all over again and hope it doesn't crash again during the next ads. Total timewaster

This used to be my go-to match 3 game. It had the perfect balance of challenge and success. Plus, there were always three or four alternatives to just bashing away at the same puzzle, which helped make it considerably less frustrating. But lately, I can hardly get to those side puzzles or any puzzle, because it keeps forcing me to play this sub-quest and this team competition and this and this and this. I can barely play the puzzle I want because it simply won't let me. Do not download.

I have played this game for years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. BUT, as of late, it continues to move towards all about $$$ instead of play. You are unable to watch ads anymore for a few extra moves. In between every level is a pop-up to buy more. I understood when the game changed from 2 power ups to 1 from the cat, but it's starting to become too much.

I enjoy that the game can be played offline and is my go-to plane game. However, the amount of forced ads when online is too much for me. I don't see an option to pay to remove the forced ads (and the forced ads make me not want to watch ads for rewards and I often just close out of the game). The art is pretty, and I like the event variety and options.

It's the only game I play; has the right level of challenge since I have to stop-and-go play most of the time. The graphic design is great! It's hard to get bored, always multiple levels to play. If I don't give up on hard levels, I eventually beat it. I rarely have any technical issues. The few I did have were fixed in a timely manner once I reported it within the game's inbox, [upper right-hand corner's 3-line link, then click settings cogwheel, support, contact us].

When I started playing this game, it was a lot of fun. I also didn't mind waiting for my hearts to fill up before playing again. It then became manageable with free advantages and extended time limits. However, as the levels go higher, it gets harder (understandably so). But, I finally hits a brick wall in where I could not advance for two weeks. So, instead of having fun, I felt nothing but frustration. Unfortunately, it's a good game but I will uninstall for my mind's sake.

Just a note for people considering this game. I have played it for years, and like the game. However, recently I am very disappointed. While I sometimes buy assists, I really like the challenge of not using them. Now, however, the game is getting SO difficult, it is apparent the paradigm has changed. If you don't pay, you CAN'T win. I have played the same 2 boards for literally weeks, and cannot proceed.
