Cloud Print - Canon, Epson, HP

I am very angry. I downloaded the app and tried to create an account. It claimed the price was zero but it needed a credit card to verify my account. When I submitted the info I got a message that the card was declined due to errors. I called my credit card company and they said that the transaction was fraudulent and it was for $39! In reply to Everyday Sols: I am not confused. Everything happened just as I said. Interestingly though, I reinstalled and tried again without trouble.

Someone there isn't testing FTU. Native permission dialog frozen at launch. Doesn't respect native nav bar (can't access critical buttons) or system theme.

The server is running permanently on windows. However after some minutes in which everythings is running as expected, the print jobs are stuck in queue and you have to release them individually in order to print them. Restarting the server will help again for several minutes, but you obviously wont be able to do all these actions when you are away from home and printing from the cloud which defeats the main purpose of this app.

Wasn't given a chance to even try to use this app. The prompts for set up were totally obscured by the banner ads on the lower third of the screen. Even when you close the ad by tapping the miniscule x at the corner of it, tapping the reason that the ad covered the content, the ad is then replaced by 'this ad was removed by Google' After a dozen tries with the exact same results, uninstalled it because it was obvious whoever is behind this app doesn't want you to use it.

There are so many ads on this app that it is unusable. I couldn't beleive it. Every minute an interruprive full screen ad pops up, which, by the way, cancels any printing. Also, an ad popped up which made the app crash. I know there is probably a premium version, but honestly, there are free printing apps (for the brand of the printer, e.g. HP for an HP, Brother for a Brother) that work better. Do not download!

Very disappointed, the product is broken and there appears to be no support whatsoever. This use to be a capable Printing App. Now crashes with everything I go to do, including simple things like even Searching for a Printer to use, or pretty much anything else the app should be able to do. Hope they can fix it so is usable.

I can't thank you enough! My Brother printer stopped working due to software updates, I've spent much time over the course of many days trying to solve the problem. Brother was of no use, they're only fixing the issue on certain models and mine isn't one of them. I'd just about given up and would've thrown my printer in the trash, despite the fact that the machine itself functioned well prior to the software update. Your app is quick and easy to set up and use. You saved the day! Thanks again!

I purchased the Ad Free option of this App. It printed a photo and document without any issues on my first attempt. I have a $50 HP Printer (walmart). The HP Smart App and HP Print App that was necessary to set up the printer was probably the worse experience I've ever had with a Printer App. No way I will ever use those 2 HP Apps again, unless i'm forced to. This App kept me from returning the HP Printer. 4 Stars, only because there isn't any Dark Mode option that I could find easily.

seems to be the most reliable mobile Print app out there, as it's the only one to work, even when my Printer's settings aren't entirely correct. Love it! Saved me an annoying trip across town to the post office to print my ebay label, which needs a tracking #, and stamps don't cut it...

You have to pay for android and windows app separately. I did not know it. I have paid in android store expecting things would work. But did not. Android payment is for no ads in android app. For windows app you need to pay separately. I had email and the team had refunded my android app money. Thanks for quick response. Would suggest to have a unified payment for both android and windows and/or mac app so that this confusion does not arise. The app by it does what it says. I can print wirelessly to my canon usb printer. Thanks team.

Pop up ads totally ruin utility by covering content. When ad is dismissed, google banner telling you it was dismissed..duh.. with google message, remained in same place still blocking the same key content. When it works and you do not need to select an alternate printer seems ok. Google and cloud print, get your stuff together.

if I could give this zero stars i would! every time you try to print you are presented with loud obnoxious music attached to an ad that tics down very slowly from 60 secs. once the ticker gets to zero (if you attempt to abort this - it's like ok. you won't listen - i won't print) BUT! it still won't print! GARBAGE! ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS!

Hi, I really love this app but it would better if this app show interface to like shows how print going be look like and need of custom range setting instead range "From" and "To". Because I need to print specific pages Not all pages. So it would be better if these problem sort out for better experience to User. Thanks Regards

Paid for the ad free version and what a waste of money, time, effort. Click on documents and it just keeps loading and never access your documents or images. Total waste of money.

It even works with my old Laserjet 1018 connected to USB print server. You have to have a Windows system connected to the printer, but the mobile app picks it up no issues. Couldn't believe it worked. Great app!

too more adds are coming while iperating

It didn't print pic. Also I thought that I had read that there would be a preview of the pic and there was not one. Also it gave very few choices of size to print. Lastly a window popped up that said it had successfully printed when it hadn't.

My printer is old it's not Bluetooth or WiFi but it connects to pc with USB cable. This app allows me to print from my android phone without cables straight to the printer but pc does need to be on too. Could do with an option to print emails

It's not letting me print even though my printer is connected and everything it keeps saying pringting in progress the printing cancel even tho it says printing completed on my phone but no photo printer Ive tried everything just thankful I didn't install the premium option

Requested a refund from Google Play. Printer would not appear. No documentation except confusing reference to being on the same network and usb printer that requires a binary file download. No def of what printers will work. Did not recognize wifi printer so didn't work. Paid version. company did respond and tried to help so 4 stars but the lack of complete info before purchase documentation is the problem.
