No notifications for drops, and app constantly glitches logging me out, not allowing to keep my facebook connected. Ive had this app for a year and a half and have had 0 chance at shoes because everyone denies to fix their own issues

I'm not sure if it's the same for every android device, but I literally cannot participate in any raffles/releases. Every release page is just broken, unlike my friends who use Iphone. They're simply letting bugs and issues remain unfixed without addressing them.

Best Experience. I just ordered a pair of shoes and forgot to use the coupon code. I emailed customer service and they cancelled my order and I was able to re-order and save 20% on top of the already discounted price within 15 min. TOP NOTCH SERVICE!

Would give 0 stars or negative if those were options. Can never enter raffles due to issues. Only bots get through apparently. Nike and Concepts must be in direct competition to see whose site/app is worse when there are new releases.

Trash app. Why would you not allow people to save their card info? Why do you have to use shopify to check out with PayPal? Bots already have a module for your app. Thanks for making the buying experience worse.

Horrible app. Sizes load out of stock. This app is an excuse to backdoor more inventory. Also no way to store payment info so even more time for bots to eat. Trash app. Dont bother.

So far easy to login and navigate. Have to see the checkout process during a release to see if it is better than the website.

Websites are all broken every time I try to enter a raffle. It works on iPhone, but not on android. It used to work fine until recently. Maybe a year or so. Fix this ASAP. In the meantime I'll just remove it.

love this site! They seem to have the right people deciding which brands, and styles, to have on their site because every shoe that stood out to me in 24' is on here. Their Puma selection is on point and yet my first purchase is a pair of New Balance lol. If you got me buying anything but Puma, you're doing something no one else has been able to this year. Bravo

I find myself using concepts app more often then I have expected. They curate a fine collection of products for a specific target market. I suppose I'm it. I love it.

Look on this site cause it says they have raffles on exclusive shoes and I'm a sneaker head so I download the app. I order a pair of shoes. Everything's cool. Then the raffle comes for the nygel Sylvester 4s. And they give no shipping option? Never using this place again. So If I live 300 miles away I'm not a good enough customer to have a chance at the shoes real collectors want. It's probably set up like 99% of shoe stores. They out source the high end heat to resellers for a extra kick back

Very challenging to contact customer service. They will charge you to return orders even when they send you the wrong item.

Why don't you fix the app? So android users can enter raffles. Not everyone has an iPhone or wants an iPhone. It's crazy that so many people are telling you that it's a problem and you do nothing about it

Looks good so far, the interface is nice. When it comes to catching Ws, well let's just see because on the site, it's Ls glore. Hope this isn't like that.

Concepts has no bot protection in place , there people all over Twitter showing pics of people hittin 10+ pairs on the orange lobster drop and they don't seem to care. Probably because the shoes are sold regardless.

Clean interface so far, certainly looking promising. Hoping this app helps secure a W or two sometime in the future vs the website. Great job!

App works great very snappy hopefully it will be the same release day but for now great job!

Great store with tons of different merchandise and great custoner service.Also has tons of exclusive gear.

This isn't great sneakerhead app they also have many other high-end accessories & Gear

Best store all over prices are amazing and costumer service have to be hard to beat
