Cobblestone - Denver

Terrible, I have received several texts asking me to buy wash books. I went in to buy some and was told they didn't know anything about it and suggested I download the app. I received more text telling me the sake was ending so I decided to give it a try. Downloaded the app and entered an endless loop of wrong password, don't recognize password, don't recognize phone number etc., etc.etc. Worst app ever, don't send me anymore texts!@@

Horrible App!! Won't auto detect location. I have edited my profile at least 10 times, every time I open the app it asks me for my location in Alabama but I live in Arizona. I have changed this multiple times. and it won't remember my login from my phone, it tells me every time that I have to re-log in as a new device. What a horrible customer service experience.

This is the worst app I have ever downloaded. I am unable to select the correct location, and once I select the incorrect location just to get to the next step I am unable to enter my information. Entering my information several times it does not recognize my vehicle. It's always prompt me to select buy a reoccurring plan when I already have a monthly plan. Is this seriously the only Cobblestone app available? If so this platform either needs to be deleted from all app stores or updated

Impossible to get a hold of customer service for anything. I try loggin in and it fails it. Sending code to my phone has never come through. Very irritating considering I've been a member 3 yrs prior to the company that was bought out

Horrible app. Places tagged in Colorado with addresses in AZ. Will not find your existing unlimited account. Will also not find a Cobblestone near you. Given the fact that others seem to be complaining about these same things for more than 2 years they clearly don't care about their users. I uninstalled it and will not reinstall.

I cannot edit my vehicles, although that option is offered within the app. It's very clunky and difficult to use. I want to be able to edit my plan via the app and that is not currently possible.

If you have a subscription, this app is useless. It doesn't show that you have any credits even though you can see your subscription status in the account.

Not sure the point of this app? The website says to download the app, I did, however I can't get past the "Select Location" part... I can't search for any AZ locations, only gives me 2 choices in CO. Is this app going to be available for us AZ folks?

This apps install does not say for Colorado Only which is what it is.

I can't login to update credit card or get any account info
