there's no time-lapse download of driving videos (i don't need the full length version) + missing gpx export of Driving routes + bad timestamp in downloaded filenames (image, videos) + "Hungary - HU" is still missing from the country list, and the app annoys me at every opening UPDATE: I couldn't re-register with the same email address

No UK or Europe on the list forcing selections! Joke!!! Forces unnecessary location access for tracking purposes! No warranty if something goes wrong, customer service AI based to push you off!

AWFUL. Need the app only rarely, so when I need it, it's signed me out. Why is login mandatory? Can't download videos in background, progress cancels, must keep the app fully open. Unusable playback in all other apps. Downloaded videos go to the root folder of DCIM, makes a mess, and get auto backed-up by G Photos because it backs up all items inside DCIM. Need option to choose folder. Dashcam M300 on Galaxy S24U. Should've returned years ago and gone with proper brands...

You make me waste time go through the sign-in and email verification process due to token expiry when I urgently need the emergency recording the most, under extreme stress after a car accident. Token expiry is a lousy inconvenience to users. Your emergency recording only shows what happened AFTER the impact, what for?! Not stitching at least 10 seconds before and after the impact is redundant!

Really bad interface. I need to choose the device from drop down menu instead of LISTING all the device. BAD INTERFACE.

My device (A800s) is not listed any more in the app after latest update 5 Feb 2026. I have to manually searching and connecting everytime. Unbelievable. Please fix it guys.

I'm using this for months without problem, but after last update (dec, 2025) ADAS error and always notify about vehicle move ONLY, no more lane departure and collision warning

worst dashcam and app ,always be disconnected, wifi hotspot doesn't on , automatically goes off. dashcam stops working after somedays showing memory card issue,even after change to s new one

The dashcam is nice and easy to install. the built quality is also good. The ADAS is however below average, inconsistent and slow. It felt more gimmicky than useful. The front car detection, critical for collision detection, is intermittent. To view the camera functions on phone, one has to disconnect Android Auto and the phone connectivity and then connect to the dashcam which I think is a bummer. Suggestion to the development team is to have it part of Android Auto, for seemless integration.

very very very excellent 👌 Make sure to get the ADAS version of the cameras. And if you have trouble calibrating on the road, just raise and lower the camera angle and the problem will be solved. Each car needs its own height, don't pay attention to the reference line. Be sure that it will activate. I was able to activate it on a very bad road. It was really worth it.

After updated, dashcam always shutdown automatically after 5 min or 30 min or 1 hour or even more. dont know why, please fix it

I think, the problem appears after updating the software. When I selected several files to be deleted, I could not klik the Delete button since it just closed/ sticked to the Back button. So it made me difficult to manage my SDcard. Any solution?

Works good with my 2 camera's, but sometimes connecting to the camera's WiFi is difficult, because switching the phones WiFi connection does not always work from the app. If I connect manually it is ok. It would be good if it was possible to give a name to each camera so they are easier to identify, like "Volkswagen" and "Jaguar".

Video quality is fantastic, but it has a few poor UI and UX design choices. I had expected the GPS for the dash pro to display speed in the video however it doesn't. Help section is very basic. It would be great if one could select multiple files to download as opposed to one by one. It has potential and does the job, but it could be so much more, unfortunately there is a lot of wasted potential.

UPD 2026 : I witnessed a hit and run. It took me 30 minutes to try and download the video without any luck. NEVER BUY THESE DASHCAMS. THEY WILL 100% FAIL YOU IN CASE OF EMERGENCY. Worst app in case of an emergency. What if I don't have internet and I really need to download a video?? UPD: I don't carry a computer with me while driving. How am I supposed to show the video to police if I don't have internet or computer in case of a crash?

necessary for each car, I had a Japanese brand before but lower image quality . ADAS is good but it will be better if new AI algorithms will be updated for human detection , etc. on all models like mine A500
