I read the reviews and figured this would be my challenge for the day. Luckily I read a few of the other reviews which made things go better, but it's a very confusing app when it shouldn't have to be. In the end I did find my records. Lots of back and forth, repeating info to get you to move on to the next step. I'm not a stupid senior citizen and I really don't know if many people can actually get to their records. *Hint-middle name required & for birthday, click on the year 2021that pops up.

It works, but ... Signing up took several tries and restarts. The verification process was terrible, and I had to request the code 4 times before I finally got the email. Wife can't even get it to sign her up. Once the signup (surprisingly, finally) worked, the app found my records, and using it is very easy.

It's a good idea, but the app is terrible. The links don't really work consistently. For some reason, the only way to confirm my identity is by voicemail on a landline, and it talks so fast that it's hard to hear the code. Then, when I finally do confirm it, it searches for my record, and when it finally does find it and says "Records found", I click to view it, and there's nothing there.

Possibly the worst app ever. Even after reading all the reviews, I decided to try it out. Installed it, and was unable to sign up giving name, email and password. Despite trying many passwords, I got "Invalid email address format / password" No clear message on the type of error at all. Uninstalled in record time. Wish there was a negative star

Can't count the number of times I've tried to update immunizations to include my booster. Uninstalled, re-installed, updated password but nothing seems to work. More than 2 weeks since booster, app still showing only 2 shots. Will not claim to be the most tech savvy person around, but it really shouldn't be this difficult to update THE MOST ESSENTIAL INFORMATION this app offers.

Terrible user interface. Says email or password is incorrect. Turns out middle name is required and that's what got me past the first step. There are no Next, Submit, or Enter buttons where needed. Occasionally they're there (I saw Verify once) but they don't appear to do anything. You just stay on the same page. After verifying (um... I think), it still says verification needed. So, here I sit, wondering if it's just "thinking" or if I need to do more. Hire a UI/UX expert, Docket.

*Tip for entering your birthday, instead of scrolling back, click on the year, then choose the appropriate year. Did it by accident after way too much time.*I was stuck on the sign-in page for awhile as I kept receiving an error message that either my email was wrong or password had to be 8 characters. By reading the reviews it appears that the problem was my middle name, which I don't have but apparently that's not an option! So I made one up

Frustrating! It worked like a charm for the first 2 dosed. I received a booster shot and wanted to check my records and upload to Docket the booster shot. It dsys it found my records, but in order to retrieve it I have to go through verification process, which does not work. I enter correct PIN, but when you click "verify" nothing happens. Tried it many times, still nothing. Please fix it!

Terrible interface. Phone verification stalls and won't move forward. Assuming there's a "next" button that is missing. Tried to assume phone number saved anyway, and records search goes nowhere...tells you to hit refresh button if it doesn't update, but it is non-existent. Developers dropped the ball hard on this one. Leaving app installed in hopes there's an update, may have to ditch it entirely. Seems like it was rushed... it's pretty, but useless to me atm.

Still awful after I had to reinstall for booster info. Very hard to access this app to show immunization record on phone. October '22 and Docket is still awful. I signed out, then in again which sometimes results in getting new info to appear in the record. They had to send me a code to verify my account. I entered the code, but the "Verify" button was unresponsive. This happened twice. On another day, the code wasn't sent at all. A LOT OF WORK FOR NOTHING!

AS far as I know, I am using the updated app. I deleted what I had on my Samsung Note 10+ and reinstalled. It still doesn't work. I thought perhaps I may have used a different tel #, but couldn't find a way to edit the information I had input. THIS APP WOULD STILL GET A MINUS FROME ME ~ Too bad there isn't a minus star.. Can't find records and my 2nd shot was 5 months ago, links are not actually links, "drag" what? It doesn't appear to work. I find this app to be useless. According to the internet this app works for both iOS & Android. I'm not sure why it would take 100 words to say how badly this app is developed?? I can't delete search history, I can't refresh anything, I can't drag anything. I can't delete the information I put into the app and I can't even delete the app successfully. I hope no one was paid to develop this ~

A couple of years ago, I left a bad review because Docket couldn't find my records. The pharmacies were no help. Eventually, I got someone from the app who doggedly chased down the problem, and now it works great! It's convenient to have all my Covid shots on my phone, so I don't have to worry about where I left the card. But that's far from all! In addition to Covid, it can track 15 other vaccine types you get! You get shots, and eventually, it updates itself. Also, the squirrel is cute.

The app is super useful, but unreliable. The app does not perform at a 100% always. It drops records of my family members and I have to request them again. The app crashes often. To request changes it takes you out of the app and then it is a void, so one never knows who gets the request, who, when or how processes the request, the request simply goes into a dark hole. This has been very frustrating.

Glitchy, but it eventually worked. When waiting for your record to be retrieved it says to keep hitting the refresh icon, but the refresh icon isn't available until after the record is retrieved. For those who were having trouble with the birthdate, you can select the year to change it. It isn't at all obvious.

The phone of record is a landlines so a voice-mail was requested. The verification code is given so quickly it is difficult to record. Whe I did succeed, the code given was 8 digits, but the verification spot on the app shows only 7 spaces. When I tried to enter, nothing happened. I then tried to setup my cell. Things progressed well until I tried to add the verification code. The keypad flashes on but quickly disappears when I touch the verification line. Finally worked voice-mail.

Awful implementation of a great idea. App has horrible UX engineering. Often difficult to know what is next-- example: at one point it says records are being searched-- to update tap the "refresh" icon, but there is no such icon on the screen. For me, my vaccination records have my non-cell number. App has "voicemail" verification option-- but the automated caller says an 8 digit code so fast it is almost impossible to catch.

Only reason I didn't give it one star is this is a good idea. I would love an easy way to stay on top of my kids vaccines but this isn't it. Couldn't create an account because, though I filled out all required fields and used a multi-character long password, the "create account" button doesn't work. Had to use my Google account to log in. Every time you open it it takes you through as though it's your first time. Searched for my child's records, not found. Good idea, failed execution.

I have tried so many times to get my records, and every time, I get a duplicate records message. I contacted MNDH and they have found no reason for this. I have deleted my account, uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app and created a new account at least a dozen times. I still get the same message. I've reached out to support and they can't even bother to respond. DONE WITH IT!

Phone verification doesn't work right. It's not possible to actually enter a phone number without exiting the app and then retrying. After verification, search results didn't appear and after pulling down to refresh, somehow I ended up with duplicate searches. The overall poor UI design doesn't give me much confidence that this is a well thought out and secure app.

Using android version, Asks to verify with a verification code sent by sms or voice mail. But then on the verification code entry page of the app, there's no way to push a button to confirm once you put the code in. Same thing with trying to enter your phone number into the option settings. Therefore unable to access any records that all. Useless.
