Refuses to let you log in unless you immediately allow them, there and then, to harvest your data. With other apps it allows you to at least log in and update later.. no wonder the 3 app is the most lowest rated of ALL the mobile phone apps, EE, 02, Vodafone etc etc. But be warned, even after harvesting all your data, the Useless 3 app will still not allow you to log in!

This app is worse than junk, I tried to upgrade my phone, according to the app credit check was ok and all good, I called 3 customer services as I didn't get a confirmation email and there was no record of my order, so I cancelled the upgrade. Recently tried to purchase a 14 day "go roam Europe" pass, didn't get confirmation so tried again, no confirmation on either the app or via email, ended up being billed for 3 passes. Customer services are brilliant and sorted it all out quickly.

worst app I've ever encountered. constantly logs me out half way through use. can't update my details, it insists on going back to the log in page half way through an action. can't get into my usage at all as it won't go to that page or show any use graphs. the chat bot is a total shambles, the attached links in the chat don't connect to anything. terrible.

The worst mobile experience I've ever had. Tells me they updated the app and need to re-register. No email address works. Not old one, not new one, nothing. When I log in, no luck. When I re-register, no luck. I only wanted to install ot because I saw a strange charge on my account. Absolutely useless!!!!

3 has really improved recently! not just the app but Customer Services as well. I have dealt a few advisors recently and couldn't ask for more! I can not recommend 3 Mobile enough. The service I have received has been excellent and you can't say this very often about a Company these days but I can about 3 Mobile. The app is so easy to use, everything at your finger tips and easy to understand. But if you do need Customer Services they are there for you instantly and they are Brilliant! 💕

This app is terrible, how can a phone company have such a glitch unusable app. I've wasted so much of my life trying to do basic things like ad a new payment card or buy a data pack. I swear it gets worse everytime I have the misfortune to have to interact with it. maybe Vodaphone can give you some pointers now you're in bed together. A recent update has somehow made this shocking app even worse. I didn't know this was possible but the geniuses at Three found a way.

The app is absolutely horrendous and always has been. I'm actually leaving Three as a service because of how shockingly poor this app is, and if you can't provide a working app after the 5 years I've been with you, then you can't provide a good service if and when I need you. The app freezes, doesn't save information, doesn't load, regularly logs you out, I could go on. It's the sort of app that shouldn't have made it out of beta testing, but is the only way to maintain your account.

this is not an app, but digital dead weight. More often than not, signing in requires 3 to 5 attempts (it loops back to the first screen before you can finish signing in). The catch 22: authentication codes are capped per hour. In short, forget about completing the task at hand - you will hit the authentication code cap before then. They also sell add-ons that don't work, but they are happy to take your money all the same. thankfully, there's the ombudsman...

The app feels basic, dated - the sign in process has always been confused and clunky, you use a combo' of Browser and App. Also difficult to clearly understand the dashboard and how to do complete basic tasks. You're often left with the thought "Did I actually do what I wanted to do? will I be charged for that?" etc. Edit: comment on data availability: This is a full bar when full, which at a glance looks like you've used it all. Dev Response: Have you turned it off/on again? Less than 1*

worst internet speed I've ever experienced in the world by far, it's consistently slow and bad reception, I cannot rate it low enough, I need to cancel my subscription as soon as possible, this is frustrating every day extra that it doesn't work just makes it more frustrating and it's been weeks. and I'm vulnerable eith this thing both on mobile and at home 🤬💢

I left a 1 star review a few months back complaining about almost every part of the app, and I'm happy to say it's a lot better now! It's got proper UI that scales to my phone's size and is easily tapable, biometrics to make signing in faster and intuitive navigation. This is a huge step up from what it looked like last year, and I'm really glad they took the time to improve it!

I have been with 3 for over 20 years , I was with Vodaphone for years before that from buying my very 1st mobile phone. Never, ever used any other networks. Love 3 as it gives me all I need for my phone plus my roaming data when on holiday. Now 3 and Vodaphone can both be used which is a great added bonus. 3 cheers for 3 and may they keep up the good work and prices in the coming years. Thank You.

wow app experience ever. very complicated for a new user and you don't get network coverage in most of London. The app is trash I can't renew my monthly plan and says I've got something in my basket but when I open it there's no monthly plan over there. on top of that I don't have any sort of contract.

slick sales technique in the shop but after care appalling. personally I feel I was sold the wrong type of plan but that's my fault for signing without understanding. Regular phone calls hassling me to upgrade/change tariffs etc. all this despite telling Three on numerous ocassions I have problems with my hearing so please don't ring. Can't wait until Aug when I can change provider.

worse than before I was forced to update the app before trying to access my account. I was considering upgrading my phone but the app takes over 2 minutes to load then has half of the graphics & information missing and after 5 minutes with it still trying to build the page I gave up.

The app nor the website doesn't allow to switching the second security code via sms confirmation number. I have called Three and went to the store and they don't do that. This is very unpleasant for the costumer since it doesn't have free will to choose which number they can use even with multiple accounts on Three.

I bought a router for backup on the basis that 3 store staff told me - in late '22 / early '23 - that the contract would not commence until/unless I plugged in the sim and connected it. I never used it, but 4 years later realised that 3 had been charging me £21 a month for almost 3 years. Now they have asked CRS to collect from me. I dont think they should be allowed to get away with this so I am going to court.

have been with 3 for about 20 years and always found them good. However the past 2 / 3 years, and since they conglomarated where we were told better service, it has gone down the pan. I have little to no service in and around my house, though used to be no issues. Have spoken to them with no success, so next time I get a new phone will be looking elsewhere

rubbish supplier won't let you spend money on your account to pay for things wish I had never changed to them. plus they didn't send a contract out till two months after I joined, thereby not giving me a chance to review as I would of cancelled it within the 14 days.the app doesn't work won't let you sign in most rubbish company and app i have ever dealt with don't join

Mobile data not working in the town centre, cannot buy tickets for train,cinema,or see the bus times or where they are on the map..this has been going on for about a month. I have been to the three3 store and i phoned up twice and they know there is a problem..so i was offered £3.13p and then they offered me £6.00. Incredible . DEC 2024 Still the same Rubbish. 2026 and can't even sign in, i just gave up. Can't use in the main area for anything, Not professional.
