English Spanish Translator

I've used other translation apps before and always had issues with all of them. This one is awesome. It even has an offline dictionary should you ever have a weak or nonexistent wifi signal. I only gave it 4 stars because sometimes, if I enter in a Spanish term, instead of giving me the English translation, it just gives me the same word (in Spanish) that I entered. Strange.

I throughly appreciate this app. It's easy and convenient to use. I have learned a lot of Spanish while using translator. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to communicate in another language. I have one recommendation for the programmers. Thr voice translator turns off to soon, And it starts you over even though you have completed the message that you're trying to convey

Decent translation app in my opinion. It works for me and my friends that speak very little to no English at all! Now we can communicate thru this app and teach each other our languages at the same time just by the use of this app. Our favorite feature is being able to choose what language we are speaking and what language we want our words to be translated in on conversation mode. I just sit the phone down between each other and hit the MIC. button when it's ur turn to speak! Awesome App!!!

Too many ads and stuff to get through right from the very start. As soon as you open the app, AD, then you can exit the ad if you can find the little continue to app square, took me a while to see it. And then it still has more to stop you from being able to actually translate anything. Once you get pass the bs it's a good app.

Love this app great for conversation with people who don't speak English and speak either Japanese French or German or Spainish there is a typing translator a voice translator and a fun space where you can learn language it also has a picture translator my only problem with it is that there are some pop up ads that might throw off the conversation but other than that it's amazing and there's much more on this app.

it's the most convenient translator I've ever used. I'm grateful to whoever created it.

I work with a lot of Hispanic people and the app helps me communicate with them.

I rated this app 4 stars earlier due to the big ad that was hard to remove before l could type in my sentences for translation. THEN, l saw some improvements, including that l could quickly avoid the big ad by clicking on the TINY link at the very top of the ad, taking me to the simple, clear text translation page. PLUS, now the app works better than all the earlier kinds that l have tried before.

English to Spanish is awesome. But Spanish to English not so much. I work with a group of women whom all speak Spanish but there so so many different ways to speak it I think so the translation gets all sorts of twisted up. Again tho very helpful when I need to relay a message from English to Spanish. Hope the Spanish to English can get worked out. It would sure make communication a whole lot easier for me an my team.

So far I like this app. The speak to translate uses Google speech recognition, which is really good. It also has a phrase book for many situations, which is invaluable. Now the only thing from me giving this 5 stars is the ads, which I would pay money to get rid of!

It does a really good job translating Colombian Spanish but sometimes it takes a long time for it to load up a a little bit slow on that account and I'm not happy about the ads otherwise it would be five stars the translator needs to be used as a translator a personal assistant not a machine to generate ads to take up your time

It would make sense if the app rearranged the english words as each new word is typed so that the words being translated in a sentence are familar and then the grammar would be correct or closer to being correct in Spanish. If its does rearange the english words i to more of a casual or slang style wohld be mire acurate how to some extent then thats great. Thamk you.

I love this app! I speak Spanish but not super well since I'm not immersed in it daily. My very good friend is from Puerto Rico and her English is good but when we communicate we lose things in translation. This app allows us to get the entire conversation across!

So far it seems to be a good app but you have to maneuver through a few steps to get to the translator part seems busy overall good so far. Update: overall a good app , some of the meanings are different than the language of the person I use it to communicate with but happy with this app.

Makes communicating much easier. However, the Spanish is completely proper and some words might not be recognized regionally. I am able to read and understand Spanish, however constructing proper sentences is a struggle. This is how I was able to determine that certain words might be misunderstood.

Installed the app. Opens up but I never was able to use it. A large window states there's no internet connection. I open Chrome and navigate everywhere. Reopen this app: "No internet connection". After four or five times repeating the whole procedure, I gave up and uninstalled it.

Whenever I try to use it at times, it would say that there's no internet connection. I'd turn on the Wi-Fi, it still wouldn't work. This translator needs to work offline as it would online. It's a great app, but there's still some adjustments that needs to be made with this.

It actually works, I can chat with my friends from around the world. It surprised some of them when I could respond in there native language. It has helped me to build bonds that are only achievable though clear communication and comfort. That's what this app can do!

The app so far is helpful for me. I haven't tried the voice to translate yet. I'll update again once I try the voice to translate for my work. I'm deaf and I tend to get Spanish speaking people who can't write good English for me to take orders. I'm hoping it'll work.
