Compass

Soon as downloaded this app, very first thing it did was ad, and every time opening it, at least couple or more annoying ads are playing, can't even stop em. So wanted to share with others b4 erasing this app, I wish we could rate this type of apps few star's negative. Wish no luck to this app or company, totally opposite. Never ever wanna use this one again.

There are endless advertisments. easily got lost in the ads jungles, making this free version almost unusable. The most annoying thing is it pushes ads to you even when you are not using it! Apparently it is running in the background and God knows what other things it is doing on top of wasting my battery.

1. No apparent calibration method. Doesn't prompt when first launch or in settings? May not need but should state. 2. Also should at least warn of possible magnetic clasp closing phone case interference. Or actually strongly know/infer it's presence by its behavior/non-sensical readouts and detect---move 180 degrees and readout only moves a few degrees for example--- and so should be pretty simple actually to when in magnetic case altering/ruining accuracy and popup a warning message.

I use the free version and it works better than other free versions I have acquired. I just use it for meditation to make sure I am meditating EXACTLY EAST OR NE and this FREE VERSION tells me EXACTLY which way I am meditating toward. I don't know about the PRO VERSION they offer, but I am sure it's great, because the free version is. It also lets you calibrate your phone on the free version. Thank you. I really appreciate this app! I forgot to add that the AD'S are not bad on it either AT ALL.

My phone and compasses do not get along. I have never had accurate calibration. Frustrates me. But a second after opening this one I realized it's the most accurate compass of all I have tried. Impressed.

Somewhere I'm this advertisement, there might be a compass app, but god knows where with all the pop ups and forced agreements and banners. God awful app that I'm assuming is worth £8 to get rid of the advertising, because it's unusable until you do.

I do understand the author of these apps would like to be paid for providing something useful. But my God, before you even finish installing the app, you will be bombarded with a million ads that just take over your device, and when you do get to the app, you need a subscription. Seriously. If you don't believe me, go ahead and try it. This is ridiculous. I would pay the price for a good app, but not those itger stupid stuff.

I wanted a compass. What I got was an ad in my notifications for a "today only sale!" once a week. It's not "today only" if you keep offering it regularly, and I don't you advertising your products in my notifications.

I like it a lot, but I can't love it until I can adjust, or at least see, its present declination. Other than that, it's great looking, crisp is what I would call it. Fast, and uncluttered as well.

I was a radar operator in the U. S. NAVY and did my ships and it's task forces's navigation and also did U.S. Navy Air Control. I'm now 80 years old and I love this compass on my phone, I use it in my car to help me navigate and I play games with it in my apartment. And it is a "God Send to ME!!! I have a compass in my car that sits before me on my dashboard. I like to play games with them while I'm driving, to see who is the most correct!!! This Compass is the sIight WINNER in that Contest!

FYI,.. When I use your app on my Moto z3 phone the compass heading shifts 60° off of North when I rotate the phone 180°. This is consistent with when I'm holding the phone flat horizontal and either walking in a circle or rotating the phone in my hands, and it is not due to the phone being near any other magnetically charged device. So although I can get an accurate reading, I can only get an accurate reading when I'm holding the phone basically pointed a certain direction, within a 60 deg range

I'm a land surveyor and this a great app to check your compass. 2 is better than one and a lot of the time I just use this app. The degrees are simple to read and usually close enough for me to use.

Too many ads. Ive seen ads on free apps, but this is ads on steroids! It is every press of the button. Its basically you are downloading an advertising app with a compass as the ad. Buy the the damn app you cheap bastard...lmao

App does not properly calibrate on my phone. And it is *only* a compass. No coordinates. No elevation. I would like a refund, please. I only just paid for it last night and was immediately disappointed.

Too many adds and not acurate. Calibrated multiple times, and keeps showing north in a different direction every time...not by a whole lot, but enough to not trust it when needeing something to face a set direction.

That add at the bottom of the page is very misleading it prompts you to finish one final step. What it's really doing is imposing that app on your phone that you don't need.

I dont see any problem. If you have large metal objects close by it will confuse it because it very sensetive. This compass is working perfectly. Declination is a thing to deal with. It changes so much around these mountains in Montana.

The only thing this app is useful for is getting you lost. Very inaccurate and adds so often you can't even barely see the compass anyways.

I am in the city and often the compasses malfunction because of all the electronics in the city. But I've never had that problem with this app. Well done.

Freezes every 5 seconds with an add cant get a good reading do to this, can't use without wifi so no use. Don't download, won't help or work.
