Recover Deleted Messages

NOT ENOUGH STARS! I rarely write reviews, but I couldn't write this quickly enough. It does what is says it will do, easily and well. I looked for where I could get the paid version, as I appreciate HOW MUCH EASIER this restored some suddenly needed texts than some far more complex programs that did not work, and I could not. But I'll keep looking. THANK YOU!!!

Downloaded, subscribed, unsubscribed as soon as I realized it wasn't what I was looking for. There was a 3 day free trial, I ended on the same day I downloaded it, about 5 minutes after, but still got charged $15.99. I went back to double check everything, it was showing I did not cancel. What the actual?? I want my money back immediately. 🤬🤬🤬

Useless. If I had a backup of the SMS I wouldn't need an app, but this one only works if there is a backup. And there is no button to cancel subscription and no instructions on how to cancel. I am 3 minutes into a 3-day trial - will be interesting to see whether the developer gets back to me in time to cancel before the trial expires... Save your money.

They can't get my messages I need help my phones been hacked.ill check this and change review if developer writes back. I need my messages recovered. Its 5 stars for ease of use and non intrusive adds. Don't ever complain about ads being shown when your a free user. What do you think these developers do this for free? Take months to make an app. Ads are well placed and good.

I am very unhappy with this app, it did NOT recover any deleted messages in any form. I've asked numerous times to be refunded for the almost 13.00 fee for this app that doesn't. work and I've been denied for some reason that I do not understand. I. think i was charged at least 3 or 4 times. I thought that I had uninstalled and ended my subscription, I'm not sure what happened but it is an expensive mistake for something. I never used. I would like for someone to refund me for the charges.

Looks pretty good. To Jody Stewart what you said is not accurate. IF the previous data file has not been overwritten after it was deleted, it's still possible to recover. Files exist on multiple levels, what you see, what the software sees, what the hardware sees. And as long as those blocks are unaltered, in theory the data is recoverable.

Difficult if not impossible to cancel subscription during 3 day trial..Program didn't do what I wanted. I tried to cancel subscription, but my emails in regard to doing that were not answered. The subscription didn't show on Google play until after 3 days so I was charged for th e program through my phone service. I ended up paying for a program that I couldn't use. I did get follow up messages to my emails afterward. They weren't about my cancelation requests wanted to be rated.

Doesn't work at all!! I cancelled my subscription through Google play within the hour of signing up because it doesn't work and I was still charged despite the app claiming it was free for 3 days. I've filed a complaint with the better business bureau for deceptive practices. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!! DO NOT SIGN UP!! This app is a fraud!! I will not be "customer serviced" into believing getting charged was somehow my fault. And the email address you gave me doesn't exist.

does not work if looking for already deleted messages. You have to create backup of current messages to recover if deleted later. Which is why I downloaded the app. also, it charges $14/wk....yes A WEEK which is ridiculous. Didn't realize it didn't even offer a free trial. So I was charged $14.07 even though it was canceled minutes after I realized it wasn't what I wanted

I am not giving a good rating because I really don't know if it works. I downloaded the app to retrieve emails I accidentally deleted, and he passed away, and I wanted to get them back. But they weren't there. I immediately canceled my subscription because it did not help me . How do I cancel it. I have emailed 3 letters, and they are still taking money out of my account. Their is no phone number, only email, and apparently, they dont read them.

This app is not for everyone! Especially if you have a pixel 3 XL! Verizon fixed my issues with ease! Why I didn't think to go to them first- I have no idea! Usually they are busy , the wait time can be up to 30 minutes. However, I thought downloading this app would be the fix- all but I was wrong! Therefore I'm deleting this app, I've canceled my subscription and do not expect to be charged after the 24th of September! If so they'll be getting a rather rude email from me!!!! Scam. This app required card info to do anything. It claims the card is not being charged, it says free, and that this will not cost anything until later, but I immediately got a $39.99 charge. Absolutely ridiculous. Wow. Nice response. So convincing. Talking to my bank now to get your charge removed. "no scam here" I got charged $39.99 seconds after your app said my payment information was declined. I didn't get a "free trial" I got nothing, and you tried to charge me $39.99

Horrible, first ad opened as I opened the app. It popped up before I ever made it to the apps homescreen, so I thought it was the homescreen. I ended up entering my info. It tried to charge my card for thankfully more than I had so I didn't lose any money. The ad even showed a premium plan for text message recovery. Stop making the ads look like this.

This app brings up every single message you have, from all contacts you have messaged, all in a list- individually. It does not say the name of your contact, just shows the phone number. These messages shown have not been deleted, they are ALL still in my messages on my phone! Another waste of time app...

NOT FREE. USELESS. Requires a credit card to *verify* whatever it it they think they need to verify even if you want the limited free version. I accidentally deleted some texts I need, but I guess I'll do without them as it seems none of these apps are going to let me see how they work without having to give them comprising information. How seriously stupid do you think people are?

Misleading description this is not a data recovery tool. It simply is a Backup&Restore app you cannot recover deleted items from your device using this application. Not to mention they want 14.99 a week to backup your data that you can easily do for free with every phone available now days. 1 star because of price and misleading description.

Trying to unsubscribe the free trial I may have subscribed but it's not easy to find/do. Please unsubscribe. I've uninstalled it. Update: quick response on the inquiry. I checked "my subscriptions" and didn't find any listed. I will continue to monitor this. Thanks for the speedy reply.

First of all you can only recover from a backup. I deleted my messages by mistake and I was trying to recover them. When I tried to recover them it said there was no backup to recover from. This should be called a backup app not a recover app. Second why does it have to automatically end the trial with a paid subscription? Other apps can do that. Why doesn't this one? Because they want your money any way they can get it. That's why. This was a complete waste of my time and money.

So far the app is doing it job. It reminds you to backup your messages once a week. Last year my phone got wet and fried. It never function right after trying to dry it out for 2 weeks. I lost some very important messages. Hopefully this app will restore my messages if another problem occurs.

I see people saying it's free. Then I see the developers reply to others it will always be free. Then you download it and you have to pay on the opening screen. Edit - you respond with there's a free version but you force me to pay? Instead of making me pay can you just give me the free version. Please. Edit- I'm not sure if you read my review but there is no free version. As soon as the app is done downloading amd you open it, it wants you to pay. There's no other option.
