I love this app, usually the workouts are about losing weight in 30 or 32 days but you have multiple options to choose from in this app and even if you choose one like in 12 days that exercises are not that hard at all and usually compared to other apps most of the exercise are lay in down and I hated that because it was embarrassing doing alone so I recommend this to anyone who wants to loose belly fat!
It is very good app for weight loss, reducing ur food related disease Specially acidity, migraine etc. The only problem I found is that one day it is way too much of eating and one day it's very less of eating. So some day I have to skip few things from one day plan. Would love to know the substitutes of few as all fruits are not available though out the year.
I love having meal suggestions incorporated into the app, but the exercise examples are unclear. For example, today it says "place jog cardio" the example looks like a standing single leg lunge, so I thought the next exercise would be the other leg...nope. other apps allow me to watch videos of the exercises so I know what to expext.
I have just started using this app and to be honest it is the best app you can prefer for loosing weight... It may sound illogical to lose weight in just 12 days but it actually had a daily exercise and diet routine to help you achieve your goal... So ya what I can do is just recommend you this app if you really wanna lose weight..!! Enjoy!!
I've only just downloaded the app, so can't comment on the health/fitness content yet but will be trying it out soon. However, the English is appalling. What looks like an app that has had a lot of effort put into its content, is let down by the poor spelling. "Cancle", for example.
If there is more star to add I will gladly add them. When I saw someone review that the app worked for her within three days I did not believe her, but it Really works even without following the meal plan, this is the best lose belly fat app I have ever seen, I suggest you download the too, and see for yourself
This app is the best. I have been using exercise app, this is the best yet. It is very very effective. I have 5 days left in the routine exercise. Even though I am not following the diet part faithfully, I am seeing tremendous result. I have decided to continue the exercise even after the 12th day. I am so excited. I thank you the developer.
I absolutely love this app .It's the best belly fat loss app so far and I have tried out like FIVE different apps this month (The diets and all the excercises at the same time are driving me crazy 🤣🥴 ! ). It's the second day that I'm using this app and I've ALREADY lost some belly fat 🤩 ! Out of all the diet plans , this is the one that I'm using cuz it's delicious compared to other apps , I was getting sick of oatmeal everyday 🤢 , and the health benefits besides belly fat loss are great ❤️.
Good exercises if you're about 25 or less,but no good for someone of an age over 55 who is a beginner,I'm not out to get a trim figure(although that would be nice) I just want to lose a bit of belly fat. So this is no good for me,I need something that eases me in gently,not something that makes me struggle at the first hurdle. Good luck everyone
This is honestly one of the best stomach apps I've used so far. The exercises are a killer and I love how the intake of the fluids has been organised. I'm only on day 5 of the 12 days and I already feel the difference. Different bodies will always get different results,but thanks so much.
A nice app to use. Am loving it so far; the reminder on water intake, the exercises. However you need to make the exercises more clear. Some of them are not clear to practice along..... Thanks. Am on it till the end.
I like the app, I started seeing results as early as 3 days. I didn't change my usual diet but simply stopped eating earlier. Some excercises were not so clear nor could I do them well but it's good so far....can't wait to get to the end
I only just downloaded to ask. If this such a good app, WHY, are there so many 5 star ratings that have obviously cut pasted. Other than the user name, more than 75% are identical, word for word, down to and including the spelling errors. I found some 1 star ratings, I do believe more than the repeat 5 stars. And the reason people put what are good and great comments in 1 and 2 stars is so others will actually read them.
Well I got this app twice, it keep changing basic information on me, meditation and music shoul be just prepaid, at least one two thinks should be free of charge to try it out and tons tons of ad! Water reminder I was not able to change or cancel reminder.
This is a great app and I completed this 12 days challange got results. The exercise were not that hard and I was able to reduce my belly by doing these exercises. I'm planning to start again the 12 day workout plan to maintain my belly size. The ads shown was also not that troublesom.
this is the best app for losing full body weight, just stick to the workout and I assure you that you will lose many calories, and have a slim physique
Wow this app is really effective, in just 3 to 4 days exercising, you see the results. No matter what phone I use I make sure I download this app I recommend this app to every lady, who wishes to have a flat tommy
Easy to use App,I like that it reminds me to take my water, wish the custom water or liquid feature would be semi permanent, and information would enter a soon as I click to drink my water,I know other liquids count,but maybe the system must note the most taken beverage and take into account..it says time to drink water.for the other beverages we can enter manually as we go.
I've only started to use the app and am only doing the exercises ATM. The sequence are easy to follow and start to challenge as the days go on. Happy with it so far but only in a week so not sure how effective it is yet
Have to buy a plan before you can really try the app (besides the 12 day thingie). 12 days, really? BMI calculation is plain wrong. That last thing is a stopper. If you can't get a basic division right, how can I trust your app?
