doesn't work. my handphone still has the same virus. good that it doesn't overheat device. and why cannot delete data? what are u using with our data?! please confirm removal of data in your app as you are not allowed to take our data without our consent and after uninstallation. thanks.

Amazing app for secure your Mobile and also Clean virous and junks

It's useful and works perfectly.

Consumes a lot of system resources and annoyingly keeps on asking for VPN support. Slows the system and gives many false negatives on Apps and websites. Even if, a user trusts a flagged suspicious website, still it keeps on preventing access to that website. However, scanning is fast and good. TrendMicro is better to use on PC, not on Android mobile. User interface is not that good, but the availability of turorials in usage helps a lot. Playstore App scanning also does not work for many apps.

Good for PC but not for Android. Unable to stop or remove phone viruses, malwares. Being installed a paid version, my phone got hacked. Unwanted apps got auto installed from source other than playstore without my knowledge. Tech support not able to solve the problem even after a month of following up.... Needs immediate improvement.. Thanks.

When installed this antivirus, it was good but later on when I was checking to my playstore apps update, it scan my one of my apps and hanged at once place. Even if I tried to cancel but it still hanged on one place and also when I tried to uninstalled it, it took more than 15mins and drain my battery. Really a very worst experience with ur app. I have heard many good things about your app but my impression towards ur app became worse when I used it. Thank u for securing my phone for some days.

The app is super annoying. I had allowed the access to Web Guard for many times and yet it shows that it is turned off then it asks to give permission over and over again. Also, the website blocking is unsatisfactory. Even you list the website as trusted one, the app would block it regardless and also it would suddenly show the page of a blocked website even you're doing something unrelated. I would not resume my subscription after this.

The Web Guard access goes off on its own repeatedly and it start showing as risk. And there is no alert also that it has gone off and I come to know only when I open this app. It makes it highly risky that you are dependent on it but it silently has gone off and you are at risk. Got it on corporate connection from Vi. If this is not corrected, I'ill deactivate and notify my employer to circulate amongst employees not to go for this.

I have been trying to contact anyone at Trend Micro to enlighten me on how to cancel my auto renew subscription but every address listed is a no go. You just can't get anyone to help, maybe they are trying to avoid me. If no one is going to help I have to cancel my subscription or my card when it is due for the useless renewal.

Worst experience ever. That ridiculous pop-up "mobile security is protecting you" keeps coming up everytime you launch an app. And there is NO way you can disable it. I regret buying this stupid antivirus，I will NEVER buy it again or continue the subscription if they are not Removing that STUPID POP-UP. Buyer's Beware. It's simply ANNOYING!

Simply the Best, Better than ALL the rest

Total security for android. It's far better than some other av's in terms of protection and features like Quick Heel, k7, Zemana etc. Only one thing that I must say they should work more on their fraud buster feature else the rest are satisfactory.

Good detection rates. Whilst some may be false positives always better to be safe then sorry when it comes to security. Watsons MY app is detected as posing privacy risk while it detects Maybank app as attempting to get root access to the phone. All these may be due to the way the app is coded. I give credit to Trend for picking these up as they may give rise to vulnerabilities which can be exploited in future. Other antivirus solutions do not pick up such risks it seems.

I will try to cover my view below 1. Doesn't scan for antivirus properly 2. Scans take only seconds 3. It blocks some apps and frequently causes crashes in them example Google chrome etc 4. Pathetic app not worth the money paid 5. I had brought a 2 year subscription but I don't think it is a value for money product 6. Does not even have some basic settings other anti virus products have 7. Don't try anti virus for mobile I will hand your phone

It causes my phone to restart on its own and goes into safe mode. After uninstalling this app, my phone is back to normal. I want a refund. I have also tried to uninstall and reinstall the app for 3 times. And restarted my phone several times. It does not work. And it causes my phone to malfunction.

This antivirus seems good in my phone. Only thing it's alerting suspicious message but after that I can able to open and something its moving to New message page. I am using trend micro maximum security in my laptop protection is good but slow down pc.

Drawbacks: 1. Its Antitheft location finder cannot detect location accurately due OpenStreetMaps 2. Antitheft alarm can be muted 3. It never blocks malicious websites in Edge ,Firefox except Chrome. It never blocks through VPN in my testing. VPN consumes a lot of battery and causes a bit slow loading websites. 3.It cannot show antitheft mobile recovery message sent from Trend Micro website on the locked screen of mobile.4.It cannot detect malware after download but detects it only after install
