This app was amazing before the new interface. Everything was easy to find & it worked. Since the update it has gone to absolute trash. We have been using it for 5 years & have sung it's praises to everyone. We were part of the lucky few chosen to move to the new system & it has been problems since minute 1! Even having them send me back to the old version hasn't helped as files still aren't working . This is causing my team so many headaches & delays. We can't view contracts... Frustrating!

Update: how slow is this app? It's been trying to upload the same 20 second video for 2 days now, 63% is a new record! Just to be clear, this is a photo storage and sharing app that crashes when I try to upload photos. Runs really slow most of the time, only way I can tell if it's still running is that when it crashes the app closes all the way out. Can't even create new projects from my phone, only works on the tablet for some reason.

Holy Heck!!! I never got poached so hard after downloading right after!!! This was annoying, intrusive, and very disruptive to my business day! I'm scared to go forward with the program for the level desperation by their sales rep!! Worse than receiving the calls for my extended vehicle warranty!! I'm going to get rid of this app and never ever look back! Wow! Still getting harassed on emails a week after I snapped at your rep on the phone and wrote this review. The desperation is crazy!

I actually like the apps quite a bit. But the price per user is way too high. Every software wants to charge as much as they possibly can. The price of a user should cover 3 users. Additional users should be about half the cost of what theybare beyond that. I saw my old review and I am increasing the rating because I had a good experience with whomever reached out from their team. She tried to be very helpful. I just don't think the cost for each user is worth it.

I mean good app but the pricing is way out of line, customer service on the other hand I mean wow. I was concerned that if I wasn't paying for it I wouldn't have access to the stuff we put on there and the response I got was. "Lol. You can/will always have access to all your photos/videos and info. Even if you don't have a subscription. You can pause, start, stop at anytime. No contracts." Not worth it at all, 3 people is like $102 a MONTH! Then add that kind of customer service to it. Nope

So far the app works great. I am looking into other options recently. My problem is I need to either sync it with our cloud, we use one drive, or easily download photos to those folders. In order to download images you have to email yourself a link and then that link leads to a zip file. As more pictures are added for each job its hard to keep track of what is in and isn't already in our job folders doing this. It's their way of making you keep your photos only on their server. Shame.

I have a small painting business and the app is great, the problem I have is the cost not for me but if I were to add my employees to it. 20 bucks each is a little outrageous to pay per user. It would be awesome if you guys could have a plan for businesses to be able to add employees and not charge the 20 bucks per user. That's the main reason I use the free version now. Come out with plans like a 40 plan and gives you a total of 3 users a 60 for like 6 and so on!!!

I've used this device for years and pay every month. I contacted them with a issue that is a big problem with there software. They gave me an automated response that didn't mean anything. I asked to be the called so I could explain the problem over the phone, automated response is they cant. Hire people, not hiring people for customer service is a joke when charging that much a month. Especially when it's software issue. I use this to provide photos to insurance for claims.

Do not agree. update! I consistently have issues with the search finding different projects, when I do finally find them it is a gamble weather or not Ill actually be able to open the project page up. once I get to that stage it looks great. watching videos inside the app kind of sucks because I don't have a clock or timmer to see how far in / how long the video is, if I want to upload photos/ videos good luck. With good reception, communication with the servers still fails. Still hate this.

This app was mostly useful for quite a while and I knew how to use it. I can tell you what i didnt need was to suddenly have to relearn how to function the whole app and where to find anything in the middle of my day. This is a work app, I need to know that when i need it it will work, not to have to take 20 mins out of my already tight schedule to figure out whats going on. What is it with app developers and being dead set on destroying the usability of their app.

fails to tell you it requires a subscription after 14 days, which is unnecessary for users (like me) who only need a very simple camera app to keep my work photos separate from my personal photos. sorry for the negative review but please advertise that this app requires a paid subscription.

We used CompanyCam on and off for about three years with roughly eight users. Our team is tech-savvy, but the app often failed to upload or connect properly. When uploads failed, photos would backlog due to the sequential upload process, especially if signal was weak at the time. There were few alternatives, so we continued using it for a while, but we have since tested and switched to a different solution. Our team is now using WhatsApp comm. with all data back up to Google photos and location

idk how to rate because that's a steep price for a new growing company. I'm sure it's easy for established places but I'll pass for now. looks great though

Easy to you for you and your team. We can keep track of the jobs progress realtime. I own a remodeling and Construction company, we use it to keep the client informed and I can see what the guys are doing.

After the update, it takes twice as many clicks to get to what I need! We contractors are simple creatures why change something that works just fine?!

Always been super glitchy but it gets worse with every update. How about putting effort into fixing the glitches rather than redesigning the layout??? It forces everyone to relearn where everything is and slows things down on an already glitchy app. No one using the app opens it up after you redesign the layout and think "oh my God it's so cool, I'm really glad they moved every single button and hid all the stuff I use under different names". No one ever says that. Stop changing the layout.

I have to keep unistalling and reinstalling the software because it stalls on downloading my pics. Can you guys get that fixed? Other than that we love it...
