You're rarely going to have a smooth experience with no errors. Sure, when shoes drop their is a fair amount of interest at times and you could not get the pair you're attempting to purchase, but this is more like they paid a high school kid to develop the app for them to save some money. Sometimes I can get my orders through, but every time I use the app there will be at the very least 1 errors. Most of the time I get frustrated and just give up and they loose sales this way. I can't be alone.
Can't even get through the queue without 20 errors popping up. I cant enter my saved address without it being hung up, then get the "invalid" message. By the time I get through the fields of "errors" and "invalids" my size is sold out. Last time I am trying to buy 1 pair of slides for myself. Yet see resellers reign in multiple pairs. Deleting and done. Slides just aren't for me I guess. I'm not going to pay resell prices.
This got to be the most frustrating app I have used. Not only have I lost orders because they stay in limbo but tell me that order is open, I have contacted customer support chat and was able to get ahold of representative, they them self could not figure out what happened and offered me a discount over shoes that were limited access on the app. Just terrible.
Another unnecessary Adidas app. Adidas should just have one app with everything in it. They should put the "Running" app in the main one and put the "Confirmed" in a different tab or in the "Level 4" area. Having all the different apps waste space and makes the system fragmented.
You can't take people's money over a sneaker draw. You charge when the results are final and I have won a draw not when you enter the draw and you hold my money hostage for 5 days whilst you make your interests off my and millions of customers' money. Catch and release tactic except you make interests before release. Never again.
App is bad won my item got confirmation and sent 6 emails with PayPal authorisation and still nothing after 6 weeks will never use again very poor customer service no answers at all
not being able to handle a big load of customers when there's a new drop is a shame for such a big company. Do not expect the app to work correctly in high user traffic.
Hardly ever works. Just like every other adidas app it rarely ever loads and it's rubbish. Why release limited drops on such an unreliable platform?
the app WILL NOT load. its been weeks and ive Uninstalled and reinstalled and updated. still nothing it just loading perpetually. very disappointing

I absolutely hate the confirmed app. It's not because is doesn't work, but because it doesn't show love to members that have many years supporting the brand. When it comes down to raffle. It seems like the app usually selects the same accounts and also seems to prioritize new accounts. Wish your member level would actually give you priority or a higher chance, but with the confirmed app. None of that matters.
Its pretty, but frustrating as hell because there's no search bar/area. I don't have time to keep scrolling through everything and watching media.
Awful, so Adidas has done this so no one misses out and also you can register (pre order) on upcoming releases. BUT this is usually the only way you can buy it, as you can't order it from their store on release day. Twice I've tried to register and it never takes my information. The incentive is great but it further alienates customers and still doesn't stop scalpers.
Just as glitchy as the usual Adidas app when it comes to purchases or entering draws. Constant errors, "invalid" addresses that have been repeatedly used successfully, "invalid" payments that have been used successfully. Really annoying, and of course it gets worse during high pressure drops when you REALLY NEED it to just work.
App is full of errors. If you are looking for a time sensitive exclusive look elsewhere.
Payment error. Payment error Payment error. I have missed drops and changes to but shoes because always telling me something is wrong with my card. Don't even bother with customer service I have been emailing back and forth for weeks. They keep telling me it's something on my end when I know its not. How can I make a purchase on the website with the same information and then go the the app and suddenly it's an issue on my ended. I give up. I'll have my passport before I get go purchase shoes.
Payment error all the time! This app is getting worse. Can't even submit payment for raffles/draw. Everytime I try to participate it gets a payment error or payment refused no matter what card I put in. Worked before and now it doesn't. Can't even fix it by calling my bank or credit card company. It's the stupid app. A lot of other people are having the same issue with no resolution. Billion dollar company and can't even have an app that takes payment properly. This app has gone down hill.
Good luck trying to get a drop from this app! Had this app over a year and haven't scored one drop yet, was chosen for special drop where I used several different payment methods and somehow none of my cards could be processed even though I know nothing is wrong with them or the information I submitted. Bottom line this process and app is nonsense. Weeks ago was told issue was resolved still having the same problem 12/20/2021
Past 3 drops have had several issues not being able to enter a draw or getting errors when trying to purchase. This was a lot better when the raffles were on the Adidas app. I didn't win every raffle, but won some and it felt fair. Now I can't get anything since it's been on Confirmed. Actually having better luck on Nike SNKRS which says a lot.
I'd like to speak to someone who can actually tell me why in 3 years I've never won a raffle not one. Even on the old app. Won an in store pick up but never confirmed or Adidas app Got all the way to highest status and still no win. I'm not buying anything and getting status just to get an L on drops. I've literally lost every drop. I would like the actually data, entries and losses, and why it seems I've not been given a fair shot at winning. Give me answers or risk losing a customer.
