Connecteam Team Management App

How come a few weeks back the interface for taking pictures (for pre-trip and post-trip etc...) was changed and made so that EVERY OPTION FOR PICTURE TAKING IS NOW GONE!?!? You can no longer zoom in or out or choose which camera lense to take the pictures with! You can no longer tap the screen to focus on a specific area in order to capture a photo that isn't blurry.... now the camera defaults to a ZOOMED IN SETTING! making taking close up photos in the truck cab a huge pain!

Avoid at all cost! This is by far the worst app for work. It's inaccurate when taking breaks, and will randomly take minutes away that you've worked. Not to mention the fact it makes working nights a nightmare, not only for you keeping track of your hours but it also makes things overly complicated for you boss to see. Just pay a little more for something better. This app just isn't worth it.

We absolutely love this app, although there are a few things that could be added for ease of use for admins. I can't wait until admins get full access to the dashboard so there is no need to use a web browser. There has been a few kinks, but communicating with Reps is super easy and they are great at following up. Definitely recommend this app for businesses that work out in the field and want to keep track of employee hours without having to use a physical time clock!

This app is very cost effective for our business as it does not charge per employee so it gives me freedom to add and remove without cost changes. The features that are available are awesome. Workshops are a real asset to our company and customers. I have learned when I can't figure something out, there are multiple traning articles and videos at the click of a button. Along with chat and / or set up a training session. I love the app and staff at connect team.

This app is notorious for sending multiple notifications "Don't forget to clock in today!" every day you are NOT scheduled, and there is no easy way to turn off this specific notification that should not even be sent at all. It is extremely obnoxious and wastes the users time and attention, but I guess that is the point of it so the likelyhood they'll fix it is zero.

I hate this app. It needs your location ALL the time which drains your battery super fast. It checks your location all the time including when not at work. It will also send the annoying "don't forget to clock out notification" at 5 o'clock every day even when you are not working and even if you work past 5(I work until 8).

Connecteam is genuinely extremely impressive, and has really streamlined day to day tasks, its not an exaggeration to say this app has been game changing for not only my company but myself as director. It is literally saving me so much stress. The forms are amazing, no more forgotten monthly checklists, no more drowning in procedure paperwork. To top it off, best customer service I have experienced in 20yrs! Genuinely wholeheartedly recommend this product and the company. Thank you.

4/22/25 - still not alerting consistently. The app is supposed to audibly and visually alert on the phone when a job shift is being offered and it DOES NOT do so reliably. Problem has been reoccurring, inconsistently, for months. Today, even with the app open on the phone, doesn't alert unless the app is refreshed. App developers state this is a 'known issue' that's supposedly been/being addressed and DOES NOT happen. The app is not reliable for those in the field depending on it for work.

I've been using the app for my company for a few years, and it worked fine for a bit, but now it has constant issues. My team has reached out to customer service multiple times, and issues never get resolved. Shifts get deleted, hours change, shifts get double booked. Customer service is incompetent. I'd look elsewhere for a scheduling app. There are too many bugs/issues.

More than half the time my app dosent work and I use it to punch in and out when I'm at my clients homes it's important that it works all the time. I just had to have a client call to say I was at work and n ow I can't punch out when I leave so now what ? I agree in the beginning it worked than it made me download a new version now it dosent work again.

Haven't been able to clock in today. it just thinks and thinks forever. Also the notifications for clock ins made in the main page need to be able to be cleared or removed. I dont care that we've had 50 clock ins in the app. LET ME REMOVE IT! Last, the GPS forces the GPS to be active the ENTIRE shift! it only needs to be active for CLOCK INS. Absolutely destroys everyone's battery when activated so we have to turn it off even though that's the feature we need.

loving the app that my boss has a subscription for its really helped but please please add a user option for dark mode lol when on a dark building site at night it's too bright and makes everything around us hard to see if we open the app to fill in a form. would be 5 stars for sure if this could be possible.

I'm having some issues with the Connect Team app. It's quite slow to open, and I've noticed that I can't make direct calls to customers or colleagues like I can on other platforms like Facebook or WhatsApp. As a salon products seller, I'm also missing some key features, such as the ability to share my catalogue, place orders, or receive orders from customers. Additionally, the app doesn't seem to support running ads to promote my company or products.

The app works fine overall. However, it will no longer permit me to clock in without enabling location services to be active all the time instead of just when I'm using the app. This is a coercive intrusion into my privacy. I know it says that my employer will only have access to my location when I'm clocked in, but my employer is not the one I'm worried about. There is no legitimate reason the app creators should be collecting this data about me all the time.

its a great app. I can effectively see my coworkers and Is schedules. it would be a fantastic 5 star app if I was able to do more admin things more easily via the app, instead of having to use a desktop, for things like schedules.

my work signed me up and ever since I put my number into the app a couple days ago, ive been getting 3 spam calls a day. Im cautious about what I sign up to so im sure its this app. Needs much better security.

The apps audible notifications hasn't worked in about six months. I have missed so many opportunities. I am hoping that our company with move to another platform.

app is decent but has a coupl flaws. checking schedule takes forever because of how much time it takes to load up. I have a pixel 9 and it's not optimized for my phone. it has an issue with buttons pushed past the border of the phone to the point where I can neither see it nor press it. for android it's a longer process taking pictures for forms, on apple it's easier.

this app was running perfectly as advertised for about 6 months untill the last week and now we are unable to load schedule. very frustrating.

Excellent 1) when Chat is Received there must be notification as What's app (1) on list of Chat so that easily identify which chat to talk on 2) Also When Task Complete There must be Live Photo Submission to ensure task is Completed with Date and Time on Photo 3) Also who is Active and Inactive
