Connected: Locate Your Family

Pointless app. It doesn't track like it's supposed to. Why? The reason the app per the app is because the device has been idle for too long. So apparently if you don't use the device periodically then it won't update your location. Developer please don't delete my review again. I had the location on, battery saver off and everything else I could do to enhance tracking. I even left the app open in the background and got the same message.

Half the time you cannot locate the person , the other half the system takes days and weeks to update the travel history. I upgraded and still had the same problem. I'm locked in for a year membership. I've learned to Uninstall and reinstall the app helps it to refresh. When I send the person a notification they say they haven't received it. Really the app is a great concept if all the pieces worked consistently. I hope they are working on these issues. I don't see whom I can contact abt it. 😕

This app can't be used. It's just a bunch of pop ups that don't let you see the map. It keeps trying to force you to change settings on your phone that you don't want and harrass you with notifications that aren't notifications. It can't even notify you as you ask, when someone leaves or arrives to a place. That feature only worked once and never again. It doesn't even tell you where someone in your circle is, even if you are together. It will show where they were long before.

The app works, but its usefullness is almost nil. What's the point of it if it drains the battery so fast that it must be disabled almost immediately? I suspect the energy requirements are due to all the miscellaneous tracking features... NOT related to the core functionality. At its heart, this should be a GPS tracker on steroids. But it tries to syphon so much of your personal data that it forgot about its purpose. Don't bother.

Like it because of detection walking, bike or car). Which gives an accurate speed and impression. Enough customization options to inform you about the thing you need. Family members all have their own level of information about check in/out. I did have the paid version for 1 year and noticed I don't care about checking in (home assistant does this for free) so I only need the free version for it's quality of realtime updates an accuracy. For battery preservation I turn on app only when leaving

When I open it I get a message that reads "there is no internet connection," even though I'm connected to Wi-Fi and everything else works. Then the app force closes. Really terrible user experience. UPDATE: Excuse you, my WiFi works fine. I tried your app on 3 different phones and got the same error. I'd suggest looking into it instead of blaming the users to save face.

Up until today it worked great, but now it will not connect and says an error has occurred and try again later. This shows up on all three devices that I use. So as of right now, I cannot track anyone. Yesterday I would have given it a 4, but today it is useless. Thanks for responding, app I now working again. Back to 4 stars.

Started out good last year when I installed it but for around the past month not so much. It always alerted me to change my settings even though my batery saver wasn't on but worked fine. It started with being glitchy and as of today won't even open. Going to look for another app soon. 12-9 took off my phone, reinstalled, location on all the time, battery saver off, wi fi on....still only loads a quarter of the time otherwise just the blue Connected screen. Planning on switching the whole family

Whe this app works, I love it and it's exactly what I'm looking for to make sure my son is safe when he has my car, as it shows his speed. The problem is this app works well at first, then completely stops updating for days at a time, showing Iocations that are completely incorrect and days old. I subscribed hoping it would improve, but now not only it didn't, but when I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, it wouldn't even recognize my paid membership despite using the proper email address.

The app has significant delays showing ones location. The app is also draining my family's cell phone batteries way too much. We had Life360 and it didn't drain our batteries so bad and it was more accurate location wise. Had to switch to Connected app because my mother-in-laws OS 7 Jitterbug wasn't compatible with Life360 any longer.

It was great at first. My problem is that it freezes up a lot. Like right now my family member is at the church but it shows he is across the street and has been that way since last night. It does this more and more often now. It is time to switch to another app? I don't want to do that because it was hard enough convincing everyone to get this one so we are all safe since we live in a dangerous city. I hope your company will reboot the system so it works for everyone.

Hey, Connected. I already emailed your support team. Basically, my boyfriend's location is still in my house even tho we both left for work already. The app seems to be working on his phone but his location in mine is not updating. What do we do on this? I'm on premium and this is annoying. It's like it suddenly stopped updating his location all of a sudden on my phone even if we both didn't change any setting.

Hello! This GPS tracker app is very well made. The tutorial is very interactive and helpful. This app allows me to track people in my circles, so i no longer need to share live location to my family when we are meeting outside. I used to ask my friends/family to share their location when we're out, but with this app i can just switch between the circles to check where is their location.

My sister and I downloaded this app. To keep track of each other as both of us are 60+, but it does not accurately reflect the location of either of us. It freezes at a location and stays at that location even after either one of us are back home. I wish I could give it a better rating, but for the reasons listed above, I can not!

Works well with accurate locations given. Easy to use and navigate. Once in awhile it will glitch and say there is no data to show but later the information will be there. Sucks having to wait sometimes to get it to show up though.

Its a very good app. I would have given it 5 stars and if possible, 10 stars but the reason i gave 4 is i dont like the function where only 1 circle can be created for free. Maybe try to increase the number a bit to 2/3. I mean i know that you guys also need to make money but 1 is just too less. Consider having 2/3. Thank u and i still love it. I mainly use it to have fun with my friends. My parents dont use it on me thank god haha

I am updating my review, I had some recent issues with my app regarding the payments. I was a weekly subscriber. My daughter was pregnant, I needed her to be able to reach me and the alarm in the app works perfect for that if my ringer was off. The issues were fixed, they were my fault for deleting the circle .🙄 LoL So I give y'all 5 stars ... It's a great app and extremely useful for my family! I've also upgraded to monthly. Thanks for the great app and help with the issues. 🙂

Why should I need a subscription to access my notifications? thats's just so stupid. on top of that, i need a subscription to add more than one custom place to my map? what kind of garbedge insanity is this. im very upset at this application & I'm going to switch to something else. the needinessof subscriptions to do anything on the app is anoying, tedius, and downright preposterous. dont make the mistake I made by downloading this app and find something else other than this hot piece of trash!!

Since installing this app on my phone, my phone constantly freezes. Either cannot turn the phone off or on without rebooting it or it freezes on whatever screen its on even in different apps or the home screen and i have to reboot it.Causes the phone to go so slow to the point of not being able to do anything when location is on. Wish life360 was stull supported for our phones, did not have these issues with it.edit:i have u installed the app & still freezing. Didnt happen until i used this app

This app started great. Then recently it won't update my children’s location and tells me their location is turned off but it isn't and they can see me fine. It won't let me log out either to see if that solves it. I pay for premium on this app and am now thinking of deleting and finding something else.
