🗣 I pay my subscription but they don't do anything for me. There is absolutely no way to cancel a subscription with them, not even with a call to the customer service, unless with the use of a laptop or desktop, but very possible to upgrade and pay them more money for nothing done, even from a phone... This requires serious attention, everyone!!! 📢⚠️🔥

Very useful. I use it every week. However, the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because the mobile version used to have an "engagement" tab. This would show when people would open the emails, and how many times. That has been gone for a couple months now. Hopefully they decide to add that feature back, because it was extremely helpful

If I could rate lower I would. It won't send out any emails and I can not get a hold of a real person for customer support. When I went to cancel the virtual assistant said to call a number and when I called it said that they are out of the office, please leave a message. They might call back but even so I feel there is a lack of service. Will be uninstalling the app as soon as I'am able to properly cancel my account. I can not afford any extra financial expenses at this time.

I prefer to use on my phone or iPad. The functionality is different on each device. When I copy a campaign on my phone it easier to edit the text versus the computer. On the computer it doesn't except the edits for me. I begin on my computer and switch to the app to make the edits. It could be user error (lol) but I adjust and switch between the two devices.

The reports are useless. They don't accurately list the opens and clicks etc. They will omit people who have opened up the email. For example, I open my email yet my name sometimes is listed and other times it isn't and the times it is listed, it might be listed several times. Very frustrated with this app. The desktop version reports are better but they have issues too. Thinking of going back to Mailchimp.

I have been a long term, heavy user of Constant Contact for work. Their "New Experience" interface is terrible, not intuitive and completely confusing. Now both the old interface and new interface are buggy and not working properly. I will be switching to another platform as soon as I can. Such a disastrous rollout of what I assume they thought were enhancements.

I love the mobile app. But I prefer the website. I would like to be able to segment my email list on the mobile app.

Overall the app is decent, but it doesn't include Events, which was the primary reason I wanted the app. I wanted to be able to manage or view the list of registrants for my events from my phone. Also, on the Emails page, it's a pain in the butt to have to swipe through dozens of emails to find the one you want. A "list" view, and the ability to search, would be a welcome feature.

When you go for refund its an absolute joke. You have to call them. Can not do it online. If you are calling from outside US, expect more than 40 minutes call waiting time. An absolute joke. I had to call multiple times and imagine being charged more than your monthly fee for the call to stop your subscription. If I had to describe my experience in one word: PATHETIC. As for the services, AVERAGE. I now have started using mail chimp. Way more features and way way more convenient.

they lied about their money back guarantee!!! when signing up for constant contact, they informed me that there was a 30-day money-back guarantee did not talk about any other stipulations to get your money back. After signing up and realizing this platform wouldn't help me with ads in the way I needed, I called in to cancel my account within the 30 days. They told me that I had to upload my contacts and send out an email to my contacts to get the money back. They lied, a dishonorable business!

Customer support contacted me and resolved the issues related to my original post: Crashed not once but three times while trying to write an email campaign.. and it didn't save so I had to do it three times. Not to mention that you can't use templates you created online. It's so bad I'm considering a different service. I deserve a free month due to frustration.

This app totally sucks on the phone. It will not even let you edit and save your edits. It crashes in the middle of a save. It takes painfully long to change one letter letter by letter to the point where I want to throw my phone across the room. And then? After I saved the changes and I have the patience to edit it still doesn't save and then it crashes and tells me there's something wrong with the server. Great to supplement desktop version. So far I have just used the app to upload photos to my Library and send a Campaign that I forgot to schedule before leaving the office. I can't see trying to use it for all functions, that would be kind of difficult (and silly!) but it's great to use in conjuntion with the desktop program.

Not very helpful. If you still have to do most important things on the website then the app really serves no purpose... Perhaps it would be better to fix the bugs and interface errors on the desktop version instead of trying to keep up with the Joneses by releasing an app that can't do what it needs to do

Horrible experience here. Installed it to make a quick edit to one of our emails. Not only is the app sluggish and wouldn't load the emails, I'm reading in reviews I couldn't edit anyway. What on earth is the point of this app if it can't mirror the functionality of the website. I'm uninstalling. Very disappointed.

I've had this app for months and it has never been able to sync with online. I've never gotten past the opening screen even after deleting and the app and it claiming to sync. So idk what the point of the app even is. Online also crashes frequently when I try to build emails.

Unexpected increases and high pricing for limited services when comparing to other better online marketing apps/companies. We are ending this service finally after 13+ years. We keep getting increases that have jumped from 50 to $120/month to $120 to $205 recently We have had enough! Loyalty means nothing to Constant Contact!

No use at all. You have to go back to desktop for everything! You can't view or edit campaign. You can't check registration details. The mobile version of the website is worst, can't display properly, can't click or check in any campaign..not clickable at all. Very poor interface and experience!
