Convoy: find, book truck loads

The freight brokers who set the price on Convoy's loads are greedy. Hands down. Sometimes they're willing to pay an "okay" rate, but that's hardly the case. I know they'll comment back saying that that's why they have an option to bid on the prices but they never accept a logical amount. Might as well not have that option sometimes. And they're willing to pay more, out of desperation when nobody wants to haul their dumb loads.

After the last update I now have a persistent notification that won't go away that says "check the convoy app for new loads". Do not put persistent notifications like this on apps without a way to turn it off without just disabling all notifications. Guess I won't be using convoy until they fix that. Not that I use it much anyway because their rates are horrible and they take forever to respond to bids(usually just denied anyway).

I totally agree with Alex D, lately even more then before this app is losing tracking, cutting into my detention time and tracking, and having to fight with convoy for payment, is starting to get very frustrating, if your not getting your automatic times, and have to file detention manually, you can kiss your payments goodbye.... Are delivery is 100, are arrival is 100, And we are considered as one of Convoy's Elite, but dealing with this app sometimes it's difficult to believe....

So I wrote an unfavorable review for Convoy when they said that my phone wasn't compatible with their platform. they even sent me an email saying that the problem has been corrected. So I just now tried to download the app and it still says my phone is incompatible AFTER they told me it was fixed. Convoy is just a bunch of inept liars!

I would love to see convoy paying more than $1.85 cents a mile. They Clearly don't care if the fuel prices are on the sky!! every time you bid high on loads they magically gets canceled. Hopefully they take care of us (carriers) soon before everyone starts going out of business. I love how they work and the app is great but with those prices can't do much!!

- Cannot clear notification on top. "Convoy - Check the app for new loads." Extremely annoying! Only option is to disable all notifications from Convoy app. - App crashes and logs you out so that you have to log back in couple of times a day! - Notifications don't do anything if you click on them, just disappear.

The app is easy to use..and the customer service is friendly..BUT the delivery appointment times are ALWAYS WRONG!!!! (Update) They need to have a better process of accepting, rejecting or countering bids... You can wait all day for a response then in the middle of the night or 30 mins before the pick up appointment... your bid get accepted...this is why drivers are always late!!!! Because you take so long to accept bids ..drivers don't have enough time to make it the shipper!!

I've been with Convoy for almost 2 years and the app has been acting too much this year it's getting frustrating for me because I've lost so many loads because of it and i can't even save the loads that interest me. I've logged out and logged back in and same with laptop and does the samething. At times i just got look for work at other apps because of it. Other than that it's a good Company.

Bidding is capped. Been using the app for 1 month and so far is not alright. 1/5 star on customer support, they are useless unless you just need a simple lumper code. Bidding is 1/5 is not really bidding, the app is constantly telling you that the bid is to high or it has no chance of winning. DO NOT RENT A TRAILER. Im still waiting on a Trailer i got sent to pick up and there is nothing here. Support is useless as ever and have been waiting for 3 hours and counting to get an answer.

Do not run for flex port. I don't know if I'm the only driver having these issues but I ran 3 loads for them and selected same day pay for each. After 2 of them were completed some how some way the payment option was set to 30 day payment. When I changed it back to same day I was charged an extra $15 on top of the percentage that was already taken out the first time I selected same day pay. Now I haven received any of my money. I would've made a longer post but we can only write 500 words

Do not download. This app will endlessly bug you about loads even when you're booked up. Then when you change settings to stop this annoyance the driver hating app will harrass you to change your settings back. STOP requesting me to change my settings. It's so annoying to keep having that screen Pop up! I don't want to delete my request. I want it there when I need to look for loads or monitor a lane.

App works fine. It's the company thats sucks! On numerous accounts when we booked a load with them the appointment times for both pick up and delivery times were wrong. Good luck calling it in to the the USELESS rep on the phone that will "submit a report" and never hear anything back from them till 8+ hours.

Had this installed for a few months and never took a load from it. Pain in the butt trying to find loads NOT from my home area and those were either local loads or round trip loads. But the main reason I uninstalled was due to the obsession with sending notifications, sometimes several times a day forcing me to open the app to clear the notifications. EVEN WITH ALL NOTIFICATIONS DISABLED IN THE APP.

This app crashes often and doesn't track correctly because of this I have been suspended and threaten to be banned. I have 100 percent pick up and delivery and no falls off but I have low app usage. How would the app know i was on time then?. Complaince is a scripted department that wont answer my questions. I sent a recording of a rep stating the engineers was working on app and that I shouldn't worry about it but my suspension stands. Guess it doesn't pay to be dependable!

The App Is Allright easy to use , but The convoy agents suck!! Have had MULTIPLE incidents were they don't have paperwork right on there end and had to wait 3 days to drop a load and won't pay good for waiting ! WAIST OF TIME AND MONEY !! Definitely not doing business with them ever again !! Wouldn't Even give it a star but had to, to be able to post this .

they lie about the bids manipulate the pay of loads.get you far out on power only loads,load never ready an they'll tell u to look for another load while only paying u 200 for the load that you didn't get if you accepted a bid for 1k.they have a score system that sucks they'll take points from you making it hard to win bids based on you having a break down. then tell you, you should do preventative maintenance. I do like the app it is easy to use .if I could give them a negative -3 I would

Great . They answer the phone or call right back un like let's not say no names but 360 degrees better than that other app😉😁 only thing is they not giving enough time to return the empty for a 10 hr mandatory break with out trying to charge you for that extra time, I might be doing it wrong I have reached out to ask in a email so let see .

If you are cheap carrier, this app is for you. They have lowest rates in the industry. You will never win a bid by the normal market price. Brokers are not regulated by price gouging, but these guys are lowes of the lowest. Also app sucks at tracking and recording your detention,so if you want to be paid you better call them. But still detention takes forever.

It crashes often . it stops tracking and then i am penalized as the carrier because of an app misbehaving it has done it since i have signed up with convoy and every update still has the same problem. I have recieved a first warning due to the app malfunctions despite always being early to every pick up & drop. I feel it is injust to be placed threatened with future not able to use due to tech problems

Is there ever going to be an option to exclude heavy loads? I waste so much time sifting through these loads where the majority don't apply to us because they're too heavy. Would like to be able to exclude regions too or at least a few states like New York, New Jersey, and California. And why suddenly do my bids just disappear without any kind of notice if I was outbid, rejected, or my offer's being considered...something.
