really nice and easy to scan and pay but why in the world can you not find the invoices anywhere? and the invoice is even missing a barcode... had to return an item that I didn't notice had expired and couldn't get my invoice anywhere. terrible from that standpoint as it seems to happen often that I find expired items on the shelves.

Very bad. It used to show your points immediately. Now it takes days and days. Sometimes I think I don't get any points and I can't keep track if it takes too long. I do not trust this app any more. I buy a lot at the end of the month, I don't get points in time so they reset it and then they give me points in the new month with a lower value of course, this is cheap cheating. Shame on Coop. I started to buy at Willys, we are 5 and spend a lot. They don't deserve my money.

With the most recent change, the app generates a QR-code for the cashier to scan if you pick an item like an energy drink. If the register can't handle that qr-code, you can't go back in the app, you have to clear the cache/remove app and then go through the register as usual. Unpacking everything. Thanks.

It's standard that you do not get what you order. 30 minutes before delivery, you will get a sms saying that the most important part of your order isn't available, forcing you to go lut shopping anyhow. I moved to Coop from ICA. After several bad experiences, I'll move back.

Although somewhat "hidden", and now seem to work Much better than before :-D ** Original review** After the recent update the Shopping list is Gone (!?), the special offers are from the wrong store (not the closest, just the largest) and a huge focus seem to be on home delivery - which isn't available in my area and doesn't interest me anyway :-(

There are few things that are uncomfortable. For example, you cannot add products to a basket (to form a shopping list to be used, when shopping). Also, the special prices (discounts), it is not indicated during which period they are effective (the dates). And, of course, we need the option to switch to English, too.

It would be great if there would be an option to add the products to a shopping list and not only to the shopping cart. I've been searching for an app where I can actually look for certain brands and be able to add them to a shopping list, instead of just writing "milk", "bread" etc.

Forces to update to latest version just to use app. Very impractical when in line at the checkout. Minus two stars. UPDATE and now minus all stars. Whatever idiot product owner for this app decided personnummer is no longer enough, you need email address too, and it claims a + in an email address is not valid and won't let you proceed. So guess what? You just lost not only an app user, you cost a Coop customer. Hemköp for me for now on.

The only app that can't remember my credit card details at checkout.

I accidently had my old address saved which is about 300m away from my current address. When changing to the correct address suddenly 5 products were not available anymore and other products were more expensive. Why!? This is completely absurd.. makes you wanna checkout other alternatives..

Unable to do anything, I can not even log in (it works using a browser, so obviously the app is the problem). Uninstalling

Would really like to use the app, but can't as I don't speak swedish. Perhaps if there was an option to choose between svenska and english it would be much easier to use.

Generally good, but some bugs (e.g. my entire shopping cart disappeared when I was forced to log in again).

Camera on Samsung s24 ultra is not optimized. Zoom is really bad. In other apps its above expectations even for highend phone. Coop App is brilliant though.

I can never get the option of home delivery, no matter how many times I try to edit the delivery option, I only get choosing store

Where did the shopping list go? Now the recepies for the food I bought is gone ... Thanks very much... Why does an update remove functionality?

The app doesn't open, is hanging itself all the time. Reinstalling doesn't help!

easy to navigate, not to expensive. simple and effective.

Can't load the bloody deals and it uses pdf which just doesn't seem to work half of the pages.........

easy to use, but it would be nice to change the language to english
