The app is nice to use, both for spending coupons and viewing offers, but the default sorting on coupons should be on expiry, and it is too aggressive on notifications. User engagement now seems to be a major focus for the app.

Not the first time that you get login issues after updates with this app. Good they resolved this in the latest now though so I up my rating and hope this problem doesn't come back in the next update.

Made an account, paid the fee, but can't login (404). Useless app. Rema's way of connecting your card to your account is also superior.

Logged me out randomly and when I try to log in again it gives me a 404 error and a link to a recipe for fried onions(????)

It leads me to the log in page with a toast message saying "Please sign in again". Not really sure what is wrong with it... Maybe the log in is unsuccessful? (I just registered on the website, then installed the app. I type my username and password and click "Log in".) I will try again in a few days I guess...

The app keeps sending me to a screen that says "We are cleaning up in the app and need to log you out. Please wait a minute before logging in again". I tried waiting a minute, an hour, a day and even 2 days. I keep getting the same message.

Not very easy to log in. Getting the infamous "We are cleaning up in the app..." message. Well, seems like the cleaning has been going on since last year, but still the app is full of bugs. Not impressed at all.

This app stole my money! Got an error message twice when trying to use Coop pay, "Payment failed, purchase was not completed", ended up using my card instead. The money was still withdrawn from my account, so I ended up paying three times. Not OK!

Really liked this app until now, but the recent updates have added an annoyance. Whenever I look at weekly offers it requests access to location and I have to say no on every single click I do on that page.

The code to exit the store after paying with coopay also appears when I open the app the day after. I have lost count of how many times I have accidentally scanned that when trying to scan the coopay code.

essential features missing: option to switch between barcode and qr code. option to remove coopay without having to reinstall. option to choose whether or not you want the app to automatically use coopay as payment method at checkout.

Coopay stopped working with the latest update. Says it is not supported after I accept the terms. No requests, nothing. Just an error.

It was good and smooth before until recently it keeps logging out itself and i am not able to download the receipt. Please fix this.

Undismissable "show receipt" message spoils the shopping experience as a whole. It blocks the user from clicking in the coop qr code button again. . Hence the 3 stars.

It’ll save you a decent amount of money if you shop at Coop stores often. I live near a Coop Prix grocery store, so it’s very handy for me. With the app, you’ll also no longer require a physical membership card.

I don't mind it. Has my card code for discounts. Notification icon is too similar to "do not disturb" though, so notifications are disabled. 🤭

Well, this must be the most well-built app in the Norwegian market. Smooth, innovative, and has receipts and payments embedded. Amazing work.

I used so much time finding a way out of the Coopay scam. Even the employees couldn't get out of that nightmare. UNINSTALLED
