Copy Me That - recipe manager

I want to print my recipes in bulk. Printing one by one works, but there’s no way to print everything at once. Exporting creates a massive running document that would take hours to format, which isn’t user-friendly for hundreds of recipes. The app used to offer cookbook printing years ago. I don’t need professional layouts, just something usable. It’s not a bad app, but it’s limited, and the price increase no longer matches its usefulness.

Premium, but with ads? I have been a fan for over a year, and when the subscription came out, I understand why it's a cost. The last time I used this app I don't remember any ads when using the browser. Now there are annoying ads blocking the content. If I am paying, as many are, shouldn't we have an ad free experience? For other free apps that I have, paying is usually how to remove the ads. These ads should only be for those using the free app. I just may cancel.

CopyMeThat has completely changed how we store, edit, and access recipes. My husband and I, who both cook daily, had cookbooks as well as binders of recipes that were inefficient to use and took up a ton of kitchen cabinet space. With CopyMeThat, all of our recipes are at our fingertips. We can edit them, search for recipes by ingredient, and locate recipes online that we've found in print magazines and add them to CopyMeThat. It's also smart enough to keep your phone screen live when cooking.

Hands down the best, most useful way to save recipes I've found on the Internet. It works just as designed, has 0 ads, and gives me the ability to make shopping lists and save collections. I love it. After years of using the free version, I just got the lifetime membership to get all the bells and whistles and support the apps maker. It's only $24!

This is the best recipe organizer I have found, by far. I am very picky about how I want to organize my recipes, and I tried a dozen other websites/apps that didn't have all the functions I wanted, or they were too expensive. This one has pretty much everything and the premium version is very reasonably priced. The only thing I wish it had was a specific space for cook/prep time. Right now I just put it under description but it would be nice if there was a dedicated box for it.

I am very happy with this app! This app allows you to go to any website and download any recipe. It has the capability to create menus and shopping lists and cross references these too. This is the best app that I have found to download, create or otherwise get recipes and create menus and lists. You can also tag items in your recipes, etc. and cross reference that way also. I highly recommend this app for easy access to recipes not only for food but also for skincare and pet food or whatever.

Update: It's seriously been years and I still love this app. If you haven't yet, follow the instructions to make a "cmt button" as a bookmark. Then any web recipe can be auto added to this app! Love this recipe app. I've been using it for several years and I love it's simplicity. I love that I can just find recipes online and then quickly and easily just save them and have them forever. I can easily make edits to the recipes as I go. Tagging and sorting could be better but I really don't mind

The only recipe box I need. The app itself is basically just a website wrapper, and it's definitely not the prettiest app on the market, but is still the most useful recipe manager that I've found for my uses (a lot of clipping from google chrome). If it was a bit less clunky to use on mobile, it would be an easy 5 stars, but either way it's an incredibly useful app.

I love this app. I have recipes saved everywhere: books, emails, Pinterest, screenshot, etc. This app keeps everything together and cuts out all the blah blah blah on the recipe page. I can search, tag, organize to my little heart's content. Then, I can sort out dinner ideas with 5 ingredients under 30 minutes using chicken (my tags) and head off to the store to get what I need for the week! If I have to buy extra of something, I can find another recipe that uses what I have leftover!

I love this app! I get most of my recipes from websites for low cal and low carb eating to manage diabetes. The recipes are all in one place, easy to find. I love being able to search for recipes that have ingredients I have on hand, find favorites that I've starred, and meal plan and add items to a shopping list...all in one place. I don't know what I'd do without this app. Thank you!

This is one of those apps that just makes life easier! With the abundance of online recipes keeping track of where I saw what recipe gets overwhelming - until this app! Cuts out all the extras from blogs and gets down to the recipe, then stores them all for you in once place. Can edit recipes to make adjustments to your liking, and create your own recipes so you can store your staple recipes electronically. I have just used the free version for several years, seriously considering premium!

I LOVE this app. I have the premium version and I am happy I paid for it. I can copy from just about anywhere and even import the recipes into my tracking app. I use Copy Me That all the time. I like being able to scale recipes and to print or share recipes in different formats. Is there any way to add an option to change measurements from Imperial to Metric? That would save me time and frustration. Thanks for all your hard work! I am a really happy user.

I use this app daily and have happily paid for the pro version. It is highly customizable. The recipe clipper works flawlessly except that some sites only import the title and force a blog view to get the entire recipe. The biggest con is that grocery lists are only available online. In some stores I've had to abandon my cart, walk outside and update my list, and then screenshot it all the way down and scroll through the images to finish. Also needs a widget and calendar integration.

Love this app, it has great features. I upgraded to the premium and it's worth it for me. My only suggestion is on the desktop, I would like to drag and drop my meal/recipes to move them to a different day. This can be on the app too, but I tend to do more organizing/adding to meal planner on the desktop. I would also like to able to drag and drop my personal notes "box"

This app makes it so much easier to save recipes I find online. I like that I can search for recipes in many ways (i.e. an ingredient, a tag I've created, or recipes I've made before). I also like that I can rate the recipes I make as well as add special notes to myself. I'm not too sure what the Premium would get me, but for now, I'm quite happy with the free version.

This is perfect. Storage, creation, refers back to original page, skips the blog stuff, customizable, search tags, she's with friends....it goes on and that's not even the premium version, which I will be buying asap. I can bring this into the kitchen and prop it up, after doing all my research and recipe building on my pc. It's the best and most useful of any of my apps, including Google maps. The only thing on my wishlist for this app is for Amazon to carry it in their app store so I can put it in my Kindle Fire. Phone in kitchen is good, tablet in kitchen is WAY better with the bigger screen and the case that lets me prop it up. I would dearly love to have this on my Fire.

Helpful in every way! Cuts out extra words and copies straight from websites, shopping lists, meal planners - all very easy and accessible! Thank you for simplifying meals and groceries for me! UPDATE 2025: After using the app for many years now, I finally decided to buy the lifetime premium membership! I love this app so much and want to support the developers - and to get all the fun membership extras! :D I highly recommend!

Love this app!! It catalogs my recipe treasures and I love the shopping list feature... easy to sort and remove ingredients that I have in my pantry. I wish the app had an inventory for my pantry items so that I don't have to hunt for them each time I revise my shopping list. I make weekly meal plans and frequently delay or change my plans depending on what I have available. An inventory feature would make this app over the top.

I love this app! It provides a very easy way to save and customize recipes, and add tags, notes or photos to personalize them. No need to have scraps of magazine or newspaper recipe clippings anymore. Now my favorite recipes are in one easily searched app, always at my fingertips. The copy function works great on both my Android phone and Windows 10 laptop. Nice work, Tine, developing an extremely useful app!!

I love this app! It makes it so easy to save any recipe I find on the internet. I love being able to keep everything in one place and it's easy to search through my saved recipes. The meal planner and grocery list are very helpful with planning what I want to make for the week. My only issue is that I wish it could calculate nutrition info. Add that and this would be perfect.
