Copy My Data: Transfer Content

I downloaded this app on both of my phones. It charged me $1.00 for a "3-day Free Trial" for each phone and I tried repeatedly to transfer my data and could not get it to work. YES! I gave the app full access to everything on both phones. YES! They were on the same WiFi. YES! I followed the directions and did everything ibwas supposed to do IF the app would allow me. This app is nothing but a major frustration. Quit charging folks for a free trial. It's not free if you charge for it.

!!!! STAY AWAY !!!! Not only did it NOT WORK and I deleted it within 10 minutes. However... they have been stealing my money. They hit my account seemingly every day. I have locked my cards, they go to different apps. I have disputed their charges repeatedly and at some point they will slip in another charge while I am making another transaction while my card is unlocked. the number of times this company tries to steal money is in itself criminal. STAY AWAY THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY

Great business model. The app doesn't work whatsoever anyway. I'd recommend literally any other data transfer app before this one. Predatory, scummy and worthless.

Terrible App -free trial isn't free. You have to, immediately and before you can even try the app, give payment information and agree that after three days you'll pay the monthly fee. I noped out but you can see people in other reviews who did and had trouble cancelling. Also, it starts with a full screen ad with a tiny link at top that says in very small letters, "continue to app." Only gave one star because zero isn't possible.

I was unable to sync my data from my Galaxy S21 Ultra to my new phone using Smart Switch. Desperate to update my new phone, I discovered this app. Within five clicks and 2 minutes, my data was transferred wirelessly. I was amazed at how flawlessly this app worked. I have only one complaint, which is minor. my photos were sorted into folders. When my files transferred, I no longer had folders. it is a small price to pay. Again, I was blown away by how quick and easy this app is 10 out of 10

Do not waste the half hour that its going to take you to figure out that it does not work!! Don't bother subscribing for $7.25 so that you can transfer your stuff because it won't work. It is a huge waste of time when you can go in to the place where you bought the phone and get them to transfer everything for free!!! You think you're saving time but really you're wasting it and money because you have to subscribe on both phones to transfer data!

I am being charged $7.43 ($6.99 + taxes) every month for a subscription to a service I never wanted that I thought I had cancelled on the same day I was unable to use the app on a phone I no longer have. I only recently realized what the charge on my account labeled "Google Red Sky Labs" actually is. Please immediately cancel/delete any and all subscriptions associated with this name and email. Although it will be annoying to have to do so, I am most likely going to have to cancel the card.

They want a credit card saying you won't be charged but I'm not giving out my card info for an app that costs nothing. Screams scam! Did some research and I found many people who posted within 24 hours of providing credit card immediately bogus charges started appearing on their accounts. Save yourself the hassle and choose any of the reputable alternative apps available

there is a 10 GB limit otherwise it costs 11$/week and in the list of things that it transfers your messages is not one of them. They appear to be charging a fair bit of money as a subscription that hopefully you will forget about even though you only use it once for an incomplete piece of software

Worst system ever. You have to pay 2 subscriptions... one for each phone and they can't even discover each other when connected to the same WiFi. One of my phones is set up and ready to transfer but the other doesn't have a receivr button??? only transfer. if I click on the transfer data it can see another device, but it can't connect to it. What a ridiculous waste of time for garbage.

I love it I love that it let me switch one of my phones to another and it's like it does take a long time that's when I that's something I don't like about it I do not like when it takes a long time but I love this app I wish you would always say but I think that eventually eventually it could get off

complete rip-off. it's continuously trying to build me up from subscription I didn't ask for and I can't find a button to cancel it within the Play Store in or within the app

Horrible horrible app. i cancelled my subscription and they keep billing me. i contacted support over a week ago and nobody gets back to me. do not download. no support and they steal your money after you cancel their services

Absolutely awful, full of Ads... Embarrassing to be honest, do not install as the area better apps.

I signed up to use your app but I was not able to transfer the contacts in the intended way. The old phone from which I transferred the contacts have few of the contacts missing now which is very problematic. Secondly, all the files transferred were only into one big folder on the receiving end, and the folder structure was lost! So now I have to connect the phone to the laptop and manually move each folder to maintain folder structure. This is also causing me double work!

Ever hopeful this App appeared to be the best one out there... Downloaded onto both old and new Android phones, no problem. Could not go any further as App on old phone kept crashing.. Have paid £8.99 and the bitter pill is that Wondershare do not offer an easy, compatible way of requesting a refund. I'm sure that it will be good but wasn't for me.. Be careful as you may waste your money, which you can't follow up with the company. Despite every attempt, I couldn't contact them..

I paid $7.49 for the app to transfer files from my PC to my Mac. It was too slow, and it didn't transfer all the files. I cancelled before the end of the week, and they kept charging my card for 5 weeks. I had to contact my bank to have them stop charging my checking account. It's a rip-off. I have proof from Google as of the date when I cancelled this app. Use Windows Migration Assistant. It's free and it's better.

Unable to cancel subscription! I signed up for subscription as there was no other option. Up to now i have been unable to cancel my subscription! I have emailed them a few times but no response, ive checked my subscriptions on my google account, and 'copy my data' does not seem to be there, yet money was taken out of my account for the subscription, the app transferred my stuff very well. It's a shame you can't pick the pictures you want to transfer individually, as I didn't want everything.
