Crashes Trying to Open. Can't even open the app, originally setup with a pin. Now is I try to use it, pin gets entered - app crashes. No response from developer and latest update didn't change anything.

Cant even use the app, crashes as soon as you open it. says it has a bug & to clear the cache & try again. Do that, still keeps happening.

keeps crashing as soon as I log in, pathetic app, surely better apps available for travel itineraries.

won't open, have cleared cache, have reinstalled, always says my password is wrong, put in otp and app opens then crashe.

Since the past 2 Android updates the app hasn't worked at all. It continuously throws errors like "the app has stopped working" and "you need to log in again". When you attempt to close the error boxes and log out, it prevents you from doing so.

Back to 1 star works. Until you get to the bit where you book the flight. Then it just does the circle drawing thing and never actually books the flight. Kind of an essential feature. (Edit Upgraded to 2 stars. Works... Kind of. Sometimes) (Still doesn't work. Can't even log in)

This ap doesn't work at all - my booking shows up but when I tap it for more details the whole ap crashes. Happy to provide technical info - this has been the same experience for other people in my team as well. Because the app still exists other Comms channels are reduced and so as a whole this has made getting travel details dramatically more difficult. Please fix asap - has been like this for months

keeps crashing and cant see my booked flights. updated app but continues to crash

Last 2 months or so, app keeps crashing when you try to look at your trip. others reporting the same issue, seems there is no desire to fix it. Very frustrating as is used buy my employer, can view details on my phone when needed

Can't log in with credentials that work on the desktop website. The "Can't log in" option says it will give a one time password but the email says that it's initiating a password reset.

Didn't load up. It just sticks on the log in screen, the keyboard is frozen so I can't enter any details. Not usable in its current form

Changed to new phone s23 ultra and now app doesn't load up flights. Hit contact us and come up with error message no number found. Cant do any thing on the app

Will not allow me to login. Can't even rest password. Vicious cycle of bs. Made by amateurs. The whole program is pretty useless and not worth the effort

Very first login attempt failed. Keyboard stuck flashing on screen UI unresponsive. Looks like the website is the only way to use this service. No good at all. Galaxy S8

App Crashes as soon as you click on a trip. the menu button is hidden behind the clock in Android. oh and it won't accept the same password that works on the website

Wont work. Keeps coming up with something went wrong contact travel expert. I have called and ask them and the have no clue.

rubbish app why not get someone in to fix it ? crashes or won't load my second go at it over time. There won't be a third . 👎

frustrating experience, keeps saying password incorrect on mobile app, web page is fine. Need it on mobile however.

keeps crashing they need to fix new releases, have to use laptop only as won't open. frustrating
