Couple Game: Relationship Quiz

I wanted to give this app a good review. I enjoyed what I had access to as a free app and wanted to get all of the content. I paid for the premium subscription, they took my money, and then didn't upgrade my account. Instead, I get an error pop up, and I'm prompted to contact support. However, after sending 2 support tickets and then a direct email, I get no responses. Don't waste your money. I'll update this review if they ever get back to me.

Honestly, this app was great to give me and my husband new things to talk about. I decided to purchase the premium so we could both get access to more. My card was charged immediately, but a server error came up. It said I was able to make a transaction, but the app wasn't able to confirm. Or something along the lines. I've messaged support 3x, and I've heard nothing back. It always says they're not online, so you can't actually chat with anyone. Seems like a scam just to take your money.

Only 3 quizzes are unlocked the others are $1 a piece. Can go through all of them in 10 mins. The 3 that were free wouldn't be worth $1 altogether considering each quiz only takes 5-10 mins. You can unlock all quizzes for $10 but your partner would have to pay as well for you to even play. This is one of those times where using ads and letting the quizzes be free would be more effective, or just a flat rate of $2.99. That's all I would pay. The game was a good idea but poorly thought out.

The worst... I purchased the premium plan. The transaction was processed immediately from my card. However, the app said there was an error. Every time I attempt to use the app, an error message comes up. I have contacted customer service 4 times. I have not received any response. If that wasn't enough, every questionnaire that I attempt to do says that my partner has started, and I can't proceed. My partner hasn't even looked at the questionnaires. Basically, this is a waste!

I had played through the free quizzes with my girlfriend, she aksed if I had wanted to get the premium version and I was like "sure, why not?" She tries to pay for it with her cash app card and it declines but takes $5 out of it. I was like.hmmm let me try it with an actual card from an actual bank. I pay for it. Send me a server error messages stating that the payment is valid but there's a problem on their end. I can't do quizzes now, and I'm constantly getting that error pop-up. Please refund

I really liked how the app was set up and how my partner and I could compete against each other but when I paid for the month it kept messing up saying "Server registration failed" on their end. I tried to reach out for support twice and haven't gotten a response back. I decided to go with Paired because I didn't have any problems making an account, paying for it and enjoying the content that focuses on the connection we were missing.

DO NOT UPGRADE TO PREMIUM! Buyer beware... My husband purchased the premium plan since we had so much fun with this app but we were super limited on "free" plan. However, it would not allow me to access anything even though "your partner is free with upgrade" and gave error code to both of us. Charged his card immediately and unable to reach support. Not good!

I paid £34.99 for a years subscription and I keep getting an error message saying "server registration failed" despite the money having left my account many days ago. I have sent 4 messages to support team over the last few days with not a single response to any of these emails.

Partner did not get their free subscription with mine. It advertised that when one of us pays for the subscription, our partner gets it for free. We purchased the 1 month subscription and my partner did not receive her end of the deal. It says server error and to contact to get it sorted. We were enjoying this app and it's sucks it isn't working now. We would like it fixed or a refund please.

Something is wrong with this app. My partner installed it and it kept crashing and then he uninstalled and reinstalled and it wouldn't even open. - I love the idea of this app but we found a lot of the questions had not very fair answers that were even relevant to us. There needs to be more diverse options to choose from and an option to write longer comments (30 characters is not enough)

The ads are full screen intrusive ads that cannot even be closed or backed out of. I wasn't even able to try the app because of the constant bombardment of this ad.

most of it is behind a paywall, and you get an ad before you can even get into the app (you have to set a pin in order to access it. ad happens before you can enter it once opening the app.) even more ads in the app itself and can't really do much because of everything being locked behind the membership :(

The best app of its category. Just the ads are a bit annoying. The premium is a subscription, would have been better a one time payment, and lower prices in general. When guessing, FEATURE REQUESTS: Partial points in case one gives an answer close to the partners one. Stats and suggestions about what to improve in the relationship.

Doesn't even work. I installed to try and downloaded the free pack to start trying and when I click play it just keeps on loading and never ends... also read comments that they pay for premium and still nothing works and the company doesn't reply so I won't even try. I deleted my profil and uninstalled the app. Very bad 👎

I gave this app a star for the number of days it was played. After realizing there weren't many questions available for free I bought the pack of all questions for almost $7. I figured there would be thousands of questions. Needless to say there were not that many because my husband and I completed them all in 2 days. I would re-rate this app if it was updated more often with questions, preferably free.

Do not upgrade. Save your money and time; the game is no longer working. I have tried contacting the company for support or a refund, but they have not responded.

Entire app stopped working after I paid for premium and support does not respond.

Started out good but once the free quizzes are done it becomes useless. No packs open up over time unless you wanna pay the full $40-50 per year to open up the locked content. If there were a way to have more access thru watching ads or playing over time it could be useful, other than that it's a waste of space on your device!

After paying for a membership, we never got anything that it offers - kept saying there was a server registration error. Tried to contact the developers 5 times but never got a response. App has good potential, but just needs to have better customer service (and to work when someone spends money on it!)

In my 22 years of life and 6 years as a software engineer, I have never witnessed a worse experience with an application. I cannot believe that this app has 3.8 stars on Google playstore. Not a single second in this app worked as it should. Please consider retairing from software development. Please. You would do a lot of good if you removed this application from playstore. I am genuinely interested in how did you mange to make such a terrible application. You must have put a lot of effort.
