This app is awful. It's confusing to get started, you can't setup the account from the mobile app and it does not tell you that. Once inside it asks if you want to connect to digital wallets you might have but when clicked out doesn't actually connect to them, you still have to do those processes yourself. I know I can that, but if it offers then it should at least make it easier. But at least it does tell me my balance, so I guess there's that.
I love the bank and the app works pretty well. The only problem that I really dislike is that when I pay for things following a reminder. The reminder doesn't disappear, it just stays on the screen, making me worry the transaction hasn't gone through. But the info is always accurate, so it's only a minor problem.
Completely unusable. Sign in instructions are incomprehensible and when signing up you have to MANUALLY swipe a calendar back to the month and year you were born to input your birthday. And after that it simply DOESN'T accept it, so you can't sign up anyway. One of the worst banking apps I have ever used. I'm switching to another service...

Push notifications for account alerts don't work. The app will only pop the alert after you open it, they don't show if the app is closed.
App won't open after update, just shows the logo forever. This has happened to me a few times before. Whenever they update, a chance it just stops working. I cleared the storage for this app and force closed it, still broken. Do better, developers. Edit: i fully uninstalled and reinstalled. Same problem.
Since the update to fix "crashes", all it does is crash. Can't log in using biometrics, go to log in with password, says not recognized. I've have to change my password at least 5 times now just to get into my account. And in order to change my password, again, I've had to go on the main site to do it.
Why "fix" something that wasn't broken? Like everyone else who banks here, I had to download this app to be able to bank with CUone. The app interface is awful. I usually pay extra payments on my vehicles I have financed here and now I can't because there isn't even an option for me to do so. Paying my loans and never coming back. This app was supposed to make things easier not the opposite
App doesn't work. No error code. Used this weeks ago regularly to check checking and savings account balances. No issues. Now when I open the app, it just says unexpected error, please try again later. Tried on 2 different devices so far
I'd give it a 0 if I could. Didn't receive any information about the app or how to setup. Received an email after the fact on how to log in which was 2 days after the "launch" they basically just covered trash, I mean app, with some wallpaper and paint to make it look better.
I never balanced checkbooks or paid any type of attn to my accounts because it took a little effort. With this app, there's no effort. Now I don't go to the bank ever, I just take a pic of my checks and send it to the app. I can effortlessly view all of my accounts , move money from 1 acct to another, pay bills etc. All with this very user friendly app. 2 thumbs up guys 🥰
Good app with lots of convenient options based around advanced technology. However, account balances and most transactions are slow to update. Only direct deposits, ACH and transfers made between CU one accounts are instant. It can sometimes take up to 3-4 days for other transactions to show, even as pending. For this is why I didn't give a 5 rating.
Zelle does not work. Called a month ago to have issue resolved heard nothing back from the bank. I had to call again and was told the issue was due to a phone number/email and the original representative would call me back the next day to resolve. I never received a call. I had to call the bank for an update and there was no update. I asked had there been any calls or attempts to contact zelle and their basically was 1 attempt in a month. Everything else on the the app is ok.

The new app is awesome but it was a total pain going in the 1st time. When going in for 1st time old password doesn't work leading you to believe you have to register again. That process was insane like previously mentioned, then said unable to process. So I went back to try logging in and selected forgot password. After doing that they emailed me a temporary password but again confusing. Don't follow prompts just put in temp password instead. After that it was great.
I like the new version so far. I would also like if under bill payment when you look up scheduled events if they can give me the total amount that im about to pay out for whats schedule. For example for June 1 if i had $50 bill pay for Macy ,$20 bill pay for car internet and $ 30 bill pay for insurance , i would want to know i have $100 total coming out for the first instead of adding it up and seeing how much money i would have to make sure its there before the bills get paid..just a suggestion
Its very is to use. I love that it gives you the option to use your finger print to log in instead of having to put in your password every time. And it also gives you the option for snap shot to review you balance without logging in. Love it wouldn't ask for more!!
Will not let me deposit a check that I need to deposit for my mid month rent. So frustrating that there was no transition for this. Fix your app quickly or you will lose customers - was the best time to launch this app really in the middle of stay at home when many people should not be going to brick and mortar banks? Bad timing.
Good luck, this new app is trash, im so fustrated right now. I could punch the programmer of this app in the throat. Of course I am not serious, im not violent but tell me why did we need this new app anyways? The last one worked and WOW talk about good timing!! On top of that you geniuses did this during a Covid-19 shutdown. Great Job, Keep up the good work! My user name was correct, my 6 digits with my initials were correct. Kept telling me wrong password. Wow now im locked out call bank during normal hours...100%.pure junk
Worst app I have ever tried to use. Five calls to IT help and they failed to solve the problem. The app says my password is invalid every time, but the same password works every single time on my PC. Credit Union one has been totally unable to solve this problem.
I do all my banking on my laptop , I check my balances via the internet from my phone occasionally . When I tried to view my accounts on my phone today I was forced to download the app which I was very hesitant to do after reading the over whelming negative comments. However I had no problems down loading the app and accessing my account. I believe the difference between myself and the others was that I had already set up my account on my laptop which was easily done. Hope this helps.
