Last update was terrible. Signed me out and I had to redo everything. Go back and pick my teams, matches and series all over again. On top of that, the bell to turn notifications on and off for specific matches is gone. Yes, notifications are on for an entire series eg BBL, however what if I only want notifications for specific matches in the BBL, not all. It was so simple to push the bell. You've made it more complicated. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
This app is *almost* great. Only headache is, (and its broadcast personnel rather than the nuts & bolts of the App itself), but when watching Sheffield Shield, whoever is in charge of updating the scores, ball-by-ball, often seems to have a bit of a snooze for a few minutes. That said, it 10x better than Cricinfo!
Extremely frustrating app. I set up an account, and set teams to follow. it was fine for a day, then it forgot everything and gave me a blank profile. I set it all up again, only for it to wipe itself again a day later. Very, very poor experience.
the information used in the app should be updated more often. clicking on various players that have been playing for years, there is often no info about them. more information about rain interruptions and restarts would be helpful, eg how many overs, what scores are required etc.
The watch all Ad's function is good, except the Ad's keep getting interrupted by wickets. Incredibly slow to load, crashes, audio streaming doesn't work. Very very disappointing. you can't see the batters full score while they are still batting, even you turn your screen sideways. If only you could give zero stars.
cricket is a game for stats. whenever you hit someones profile their stats should be there. 99% of the time its says nothing or partial stats at best. ridiculous. My C grade career updates on play cricket faster than Australian & international standard cricketers does on their app. Dumb.
it's pretty slow, full of information though. everything you could want is here. but whenever I turn my phone off then on again, the app takes 5 or more seconds to reload
Not sure what happened to the app, but I can no longer see upcoming games on the home screen. Please change it back to the previous version, the app isn't really useful any more
App is getting worse. Used to be fantastic. Open the app, had a list of all games, click the notification bell on all games you're interested in, and you get pre-game news, who won the toss, and every wicket notifications. Brilliant! Not any more. You have to select "your team" and get notified of EVERY DAMNED THING THEY DO EVERY DAY or zero notifications at all. Notifications often don't work at all. I'll completely forget about, and miss a game. Currently yesterday's WBBL match is missing!!!
It shows accurate cricket scores from around the world, with only a bit of lag, depending on your storage.
The latest update is of course, a downgrade in user experience. Cluttered & busy, screen filled with ads & banners - I don't need a badge at the bottom of the page 'go back to today's games'. I want to see content, not prompts. I want easily accessible info & stats. Were there so many complaints about the previous format that you were in danger of losing customers. No, just another, pointless, costly 'upgrade'.
I found this app to be cluttered and confusing. there is an overwhelming amount of info and I found it difficult to find the games of interest to me. batters scores are truncated on the scoresheet, so I am not able to see more than 2 digits of the score.
Doesn't have the depth of stats found on cricinfo app, but covers Australian cricket and most international cricket to a high degree. Excellent that it has a replay of each fallen wicket for all games on Australian soil.
Rubbish app. Have to hunt for cricket leagues to follow(BBL) as even the most current matches aren't on the home screen. Ridiculous...
Good app but I have turned "notifications" off but I still get them all the time. Very annoying.
Cannot log in, unsupported browser. Seems it cannot find Chrome on my Android phone. Why should it need a specific browser?
I love that I can quickly find live matches, upcoming matches, who is in what team and all in one place.
Great app, but the runs column in the scorecard won't show 3 digits. for instance, Joe Root is currently on 130 and it shows it as "13..." been like this for a while and still not fixed.
It is very good there when i need it and but there is some lag when loading into the app
Overall it's a good app. that does the job fine, almost perfect. Keeps you up to date with scores, schedules, and news well. If you want comprehensive stats on cricket look elsewhere. My only downside is when using live radio it can be annoying to turn it back off. Still plays after app is cleared, you have to go in the way you started it just to stop it, there's no quick easy stop option I can find.
