Cross Border Xpress

Took over an hour on my smartphone to buy my ticket. Finally found the desktop mode button, that helped. When I tried to click on the "accept terms" box, the pop-up box had too much text, wouldn't scroll, never displayed the 'continue' button. And now, I still have nothing that will scan. So I'll likely have to wait in a massively long line and show the email receipt to get through.

One of the worst apps in basic things it is suppose to do. Tried to buy a pass. Filled in all the information and all I've to do is submit. But no. The icon is hiding under the bottom bar. And a year ago I faced the same problem. Learnt to fool the app and bought it by pressing enter. Ticket bought and now can't download it because no storage permissions. No way to provide it either. When government employees outsource the Dev to their favorite vendors results in a bad product.

The app doesn't work. After jumping through hoops to type in all information, there's no way to finish the payment at the end (at least on an Android Pixel phone). I reported this to them for more than 2 years, and nothing has been done.

Doesn't work, at least not on my Android phone. Tried multiple times. Filled out all the information including my credit card but it never had a button to complete the transaction. Maybe it's off the screen somewhere. Guess I'll do it on a PC

bought the ticket the wrong way but wont give you the option to change it you have to buy another one ,really bad practice , once you click from round trip to one way the destination switches

App glitches and the military time gets marked incorrectly. I wish this app was easier to use.

User friendly and quick to "complete" a transaction, if it allows you to, I couldn't since it kept on crashing and I had to start over. Better off just using the website.

App can improve, I have to adjust font to select the pay button. Cart does not save if you close the app.

This app doesn't work to buy tickets. When you get to the checkout screen it says you should click BUY but the BUY button is not visible. There's no way to click it

Constantly crashes. When I manage to get to checkout and I input my payment info there's no pay button and then proceeds to close the app.

Crashes in an endless loop. I wasn't able to purchase a CBX pass on the app. Pretty lousy considering we pay $30 just to walk across the border into our own country. Nothing about this whole CBX operation is consumer friendly.

Latest version doesnt allow my (Android) keyboard to input any info to make purchase. Online portal is +$10 more expensive.

It works for the most part, but sometimes when trying to purchase tickets, it errors out but it doesn't tell you why, it just tells you to try again later.

Exceptional and Safe to travel. Been using the app on an older Samsung phone and works perfectly fine. Great app!!!

just like everybody else-you enter your info and thats it you cant scroll down anywhere to click next or process payment. Useless.

Amazing fast convenient made me feel very special like a diplomat from the question I have read this app is not made for stupid people and if you can't speak English don't bother this app

Made an account. Tried to buy a ticket. As soon as I went to change the date, it crashed. This is how new customers are being greeted 🤦 S21 ultra running Android 12

Just because the prices when up. I used to pay less then $34 round trip. Now it's Almont $43.

Won't allow me to select date. It just closes every time. I used the website instead.
