Unplayable unless you pay $8 for no ads. Want to get the items you earned? Watch an ad. Get to a certain point in the painting? Watch an ad You are unable to finish a picture without being forced to watch multiple ads. If there were optional ads or just one at the completion of an image that would be great but it's not. It's unplayed unless you pay $8 which is far too much for a color by numbers app that uses AI images
So. many. ads. What's the point of a subscription option if the only way you get rewards that are already EARNED are through watching ads? Ads still pop up with the subscription option. Not to mention this being a game to promote creation. What's with all the AI? there are so many free artworks out there to use for this game and they turned around and used AI. Horrible.
The ads are ridiculous, not to mention you can only do one picture before they have you pay, and on top of all that they hit you left and right with buy this and buy that. Just opened it and they showed me three different things to buy and immediately gave me an ad, they think this is a smart way to get people to pay but it's not it's a quick way to get uninstalled and given a bad review.
This app is a good go to for relaxation that doesn't require brain power. They have a decent gallery with vibrant colors and they do give out tools that let you "skip" the dull, boring colors. My biggest complaint is that they don't set the canvas movement to a two finger requirement which would prevent the canvas from moving all around as I'm trying to hit the blocks to color in which have a very small touch point that requires pin point accuracy to hit. I would give 5 stars if this changes.
An ok game. If u misclick, nothing occurs, which is great; unlike other games. However, the palettes you choose are always lengthy and the boxes are LETTERED not numbered, which is unique. Though, Some colors just are not required, and yet, they're there. Play the game if u find this peaceful. I just don't like the wait. (And yes there are like additional bombs to speed up the process). Overall, I did not like the game. After three palettes, I uninstalled the app.
Fun, calming, and with gorgeous pictures, this has been a lot of fun. It's temporary though; the spots are so small this is best played with a stylus on a tablet and most of the pictures are behind a pay wall. Also, the pictures you see are what you get, so you are eventually stuck looking at the same old pictures and for anything new, have to buy pictures.
liked the game.ads were super annoying. I paid for no ads. yet still get ads! tried messaging about it. and basically was told "Kindly note that if you buy Remove ads (one-time payment) - it stipulates that interstitial advertising will not appear (typically displayed at natural transition points, such as during the pause), but at the same time, the rewarded video for getting inventory remains." so even saying you don't want the reward, means still have ads. waste of money. 3rd attempt for help.
Unbelievably awful. Once you finish a set amount of the picture, you can watch an ad to get a reward. If you say no, it gives you an ad anyway. There's also an ad at the bottom of the screen constantly playing. There are 2 types of subscriptions. One is somewhere around $40 dollars which is absolutely insane. The other is 5 or 6 per week just to remove ads. Developers are UNBELIEVABLY greedy. There are plenty of coloring games that have no ads or subscriptions AND are overall better gameplay.
UNPLAYABLE....please rethink your ad system. I understand that ads are needed in your apps, generate revenue, etc. I generally just go along as I understand it just part of it. BUT SERIOUSLY... this is ridiculous. I didn't even get through the A's on the first picture I tried before I just became so aggravated I'm deleting. I'd give no stars if could.
Too many invasive and forced ads, too often. Couldn't stand playing long enough to even look at the possibility of buying to remove ads. Hard to see the 'shaded' letters, even while zoomed in. Using an S-pen works but it won't register every square hit as accurately as other apps do. Cute pics to choose from with a good difficulty span to choose from.. but currently not worth it for me to play.
I really like the concept of cross stitch the pictures are different than the other apps I use. I only would like it better if there were more pictures of unicorns and other mythological creatures. The ads are the main thing that makes me want to not continue with coloring . They are too frequent and repetitive and a few of them take to long to x out of them.
I upgraded my rating from a one star to a three star, I understand the importance of the ads. I do feel like they're intrusive, especially when the opportunity for you to skip the ads, but instead of skipping the ads, it continues to the ad's website anyway and you lose a portion of your game play. If you could reduce the time of the ads and the frequency of the ads, that would probably help, and more people will play the app.
It seems to just be starting to build its catalog, so there aren't any with simple designs. getting really pedantic about color differences just made it dizzying, trying to find a missing patch or switching to another spool between it for a single lighter square to blend together zoomed out. This genre of game, I thought, was for relaxation, not straining to make progress.
What a rip off. I spent the $7.99 to get ads free. Okay so technically you dont have to watch the ad, they just keep having the little coloring pots pop up the whole time you are using the app. So it's not like they have the actual ad, you are constantly being bombarded with the opportunity to watch an ad to get something you may need in the app. Very tricky, very sneaky. I do not like this app any more
This is probably the dumbest game I have ever tried. I am so glad that I only had to try it for like 5 minutes to get to a high enough level to fulfill the requirements in the rewarding play app that I use. I needed to get to level two. Of that time, I spent probably 2 minutes actually playing the game and 3 minutes watching the freaking ads. You watch these ads to be able to do literally anything other than to touch one pixel at a time to color it the correct color. It is painfully slow, ads ev
Great variety of pictures and the ones available to purchase are very inexpensive . I would give it a 5 star but lately it keeps crashing. I'm able to choose a picture and when it pulls it up it will cut to an ad and then crash when the ad is over. One of my pictures doesn't even show what areas to stitch when you select a color..
Update 12/5. From what i can see and play, issue has been fixed. 5 stars. had this app for several months and picked it over some others because the pics seemed to b more in depth. it's what I was searching for but since the update Im having the same problem as others r having w the ad box at the top and no way to successfully remove it. I've even tried sitting through it to see if that would work. It doesn't. It freezes and makes the game unplayable. I'm so sad.
WOW, this is unplayable. I've been playing for a minute, maybe two. Barely got anything done and randomly something pops up with the option to watch an ad to win powerups. I declined, AND WAS GIVEN AN AD ANYWAY!. Not even gonna wait until I finish one single picture?! Not even part of one. This is ridiculous. I'm not even going to try to play it. This is terrible. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!
I don't mind the popup adds but that FB popup that constantly appears is so rediculous! It stays on, there is no way to X out and freezes the page. The only way to get rid of it is to close the game app and when app is reopened thr FB add pops up within a couple minutes and freezes the game! If I could give 0 stars I would! Going to get rid of this game and find a different one!
The app almost forces you to view ads while you are working on the puzzle. A pop up comes up in the left hand corner, blocking part of the view. Then after so many stitches, a gift appears. You have to watch a video to claim it, but if you click to lose the prize, it still makes you watch an ad.
