Crossword Quest

I really like this game! The backgrounds are pretty and it's plenty challenging. Some of the words surprise me that they're real, but that's ok. I do wish there weren't ads between every puzzle. Seems a bit overkill! I would have given it more stars, but the game doesn't always recognize words I have already tried. I've had to re-enter the same word more than once before it shows up in the puzzle. Frustrating!

Poorly made game. Crashes consistently every 5-10 minutes. Outside of the crashing, the ads are ridiculous,so I removed them. Of course it didn't start crashing until after I paid to remove ads, and now the crashes seem to be close to when the ads were, every 5 or so levels. The game play's not great. The words don't follow normal rules. Sometimes,it'll be a person's name or a place name that you are using points to get past. Wouldn't really recommend even without the crash issue. Uninstalling.

The game would be great if it wasn't for the constant interuptions of the intrusive, irritating ads. Some ads I could deal with but, this is constant, totally covering the screen so you can't play anything. At times the ad tells you that you can't go on until you play their game so you have to back out and start the game over. It's to bad you have to ruin a perfectly good game with your greed trying to sell more games in this manner. I uninstall!!!

I have always loved word games. If you enjoy them too, try out this game. Most of the words are short, but the game is still challenging. There's no timer, so I play while I'm watching TV. Then if I get engrossed in the TV show, the game will wait until there's a commercial or the exciting part 🫣 of the show is over. It's a win-win! 😉 Too bad it's not a money-maker too. Then it would be a perfect game! (I hope somebody who designs new video games sees this & creates that "perfect game"!👍)

Love the game. But the last couple months, the new backgrounds for each level become unlocked, but won't download and apply. So far I'm up to 8 backgrounds that are unlocked but I can't use. It's really annoying that it keeps switching back to the annoying mountain background no matter which one I set. FIX IT!! That's my reason for not giving 5 stars. If they fixed that, I would change my rating.

It's understood that ads help to pay the developer, and I'm OK with that, BUT there are entirely too many ads in this game. Before a play, after a play & even in the middle of a play. Not a good trade because I'm spending more time watching ads than I am in actually playing the game. There are enough other word games out there that I don't have to waste my time doing this. I'm out. Uninstalled.

Good, fun, not too many adds. My problem is the constant moving of the hint buttons. It's overwhelming and overstimulating when I'm already feeling overwhelmed, meaning I can't play when I'm having a bad time, which is the reason I have it. I won't delete it since it's the best app I've found, but I'd like an option to change the constant twitching and moving of the buttons.

It's fine. I played until level 800-something and just uninstalled. The ads are constant - Every Single Level. Also, they clearly put in hard random words but there are a lot of actual REAL words that the game doesn't accept. Also, this game tries to be politically correct and not accept words that might offend - and I don't mean curse words. I'm liberal, but this game takes it to an annoying level when I'm just trying to get points.

Very good game, i like that the hint button doesnt cost a lot of points like a lot of these kind of games do, there isn't a "no 3 word" play, i hate that, some people might like that challenge, i don't, so i appreciate that. I just updated and it now freezes when i try to load the next level, i've tried everything i can think of and it freezes every time, i can no longer play, i'll have to uninstall now, that's a shame, i really liked this game

I really enjoy this game. Occasionally I fill in all the squares without an error. I think the game should offer a little reward for that, maybe extra points or a lightbulb. I do not mind the ads but I do find it rude that there is no way to keep the background music to the ads off. I have a sleep problem and would like to play in the middle of the night without the disruption of the music from the ads

Fast action, but no contest. Competing against yourself.. not against others. The only increase is to something they're calling IQ. The ads are nice and short about 5 seconds for most of them. Gives you bonus words for real words and for some things that don't seem to be words. Should get more bonus points at the end of the longer contests. It's 20 points for all of them whether it's 5 or 25 solved it puzzles per game.

Way too many advertisements! who has time for this many advertisements? Not even someone bored of their whole life would tolerate the amount of advertisements on this game!

Reached lvl 30 and was so bored, because of ads. Deleted. *Could be OK, above avarage crossword game, but too many mandatory ads to enjoy the game peacefully. Paying weekly for no ads are too expensive. The game is nothing special to do it so in comparison with other dozens of similar aps. You need to find a better balance what to offer and for what kind of price.

every time I go to close out a commercial instead of going back to the game the game closes out and starts over and I lose the coins i was watching the add for and that gets very annoying fast... I hope it stops doing it if not I will delete the game and find a different one.. every add should have a × to close it out safely without the game restarting and lose everything

I've really enjoyed playing this word puzzle game! Using words like "sweet" as a starting point makes it both fun and challenging. It pushes me to think beyond the obvious and discover new words I wouldn’t normally use—like "weest" or "tews." The game strikes a great balance between casual play and mental workout. If you’re into word games or crosswords, this one’s definitely worth trying. It sharpens your vocabulary while keeping things entertaining. Highly recommended!

This is a very good game, especially for improving vocabulary. Though the meaning of a word is just one click away, the meaning of the last word cannot be seen. And, sometimes the meaning of some words which are converted from its' original form (e.g. plural form or past form etc.) is not given directly.

2/22/26 Would give ZERO stars if possible. Pinata has disappeared. "New Rooms" have not been added for at least 2 years. Latest is that SCAM ads are showing up between puzzles. I reported this to them, but got no response, per usual. This game allows SCAMMERS to operate on their platform. I will be deleting this game. It's not fun any more and it's not worth the risk.

HATE THE AD SITUATION!!! So far, I enjoy playing this game even dealing with the ads. so far, the ads are short and I get back to the game pretty quickly. If the ad situation gets more bothersome, I'll uninstall it and try to find another one like it. there's ALWAYS more of the same games out there
