Ugh, just had a nightmare with the app! 😡 It got stuck in a loop between bank approval and payment, no success message, and ended up charging me 3 times. Only got one success email, but my bank account and transaction history show 3 charges. After contacting costumer support they told they cannot do anything as the transactions were already validated... TERRIBLE USER EXPERIENCE!!

This app is a HUGE scam. I've lost over $40,000 in it. Not only that, but when it's time to take my money out or sell whats rightfully mine, they play games, the app freezes, it gets slow, doesn't respond. Want to deposit money and buy crypto? The app suddenly becomes lightning fast and responds instantly. Then they are constantly changing the rules and taking away benefits like no more free Amazon prime, reducing the rewards percentage, etc. Don't waste your time and money in this awful app!

The customer service experience was quite unsatisfactory. I would have rated it negatively if such an option were available. Although advertised as 24-hour service, the representatives lacked fundamental product knowledge, even struggling to differentiate between a credit card and a debit card. Furthermore, the advertised rewards points were not applied as promised. Don't waste your time here.

I haven't been able to use this app in years because it's extremely slow. I have to wait for up to 15-30mins for any page to load, and that's on a good day. It wasn't like that when I first started using the platform but every since I stopped adding money to my account and buying cypto it just kept getting slower and slower, extremely disappointed!

Incredibly frustrating when a coin is on the move and you can't get in on the action until after it's over. The best example was the Trump coin. I tried to get in at $12, NEVER went through cuz of "technical errors". Amazingly would've been able to buy at $70 though. No thanks.... The other issues is what everyone else says. As soon as you buy something, it automatically starts off at a loss that you have to recover.

Find another platform to trade crypto on. the price they show isn't the price you will get when purchasing or selling. Always much higher when buying and much lower when selling. Supposedly no fees to trade, but clearly there is a large spread. Have had issues trying to buy crypto and am told to contact support, who is useless. It's how they control the buying and selling, if they don't want you making a transaction then you will just get an error message. Not impressed with this app at all.

App doesn't support Google Pay. The Target price buy doesn't work. So, if you want to go to sleep on a downward trend and pick up a buy with a Target price, forget it. I've tried 3 times, and the coin has gone below my Target price, and nothing happened. No buy, still open order. It's too bad, I wanted to make this my go-to crypto trading account. Guess I'll use Coinbase, their Limit orders actually work. No luck with customer service either, just "sorry" from them.

I have an error when signing in. Ive emailed pics to the email. I get a response to use a link. The link doesnt work. I send emails of that. No response. I have been trying to buy after the crash since it will rebound. Can't get in or access my account. I am about to use a different platform. Getting old. Charge charge charge and when something isn't working no help to be found.

Honestly this app needs a lot of improvement. Way too complicated even for me a 28 year old. You have to jump through hoops to sell my crypto. Buying is the only decent thing, even with that you are charged a higher price. Would not recommend this. It has potential but it needs to improve their user interface. Also why don't you have limit orders on your website? and the app can't find the crypto that you want to sell although you bought it.

Terrible app. I literally can't log in to my account anymore. I have updated it, deleted it, re-installed it. All that happens is an endless loop where I have to have an email link sent to me, the app can't find my email app, so I open it manually, click on the login link, it re-opens the app, and asks me to send myself another login link. The online chat is also useless as it asks for 15 checks asking me to find traffic lights and then tells me that the service is unavailable. Avoid.

Invisible magic fees. Selling is proving to be a nightmare, it just holds it there with pending. The website is my preferred usage, but that is apparently not allowed in the USA. So with the fraction of information shown on a cellphone, its basically a useless app for me. I'm sure none of this will matter to some and if not, go for it. Edited days later. Changed from 3 stars to 1. I absolutely love how you randomly want to take such a large "cut" [10%] off of a sale. Way better options out here.

I enjoyed this app for general trading but then discovered when trading options, the "just because" fees are ridiculous and extortionary. For example, if you are buying options for $150, there's a technology fee for $6. Then, there's a transaction fee for $6.60. That's $12 only to open the order. The prices are the same when you are closing. Which totals $24 of margin that you have to surpass. While this isn't impossible to overcome, it's plain predatory.

Horrible... the chart only works at the phone, and on the bad way, when I try to see the top price, a big square with the date covers the whole top of the chart. I can't see an average price of my position. I can't set a preset (saved) order for buy or sell. They offer rewards for trades using the app, but they are very far from a trade platform with just basic functions... EXTREMELY DESAPOINTED!

Well, for starters, whenever there is an update, you get locked out, and it is almost impossible to get back in even with support help. It seems like you go around in circles and never get real solutions in logging in again. Specifically, when you just verify your identity but still get the same problem. When getting the message code, it just locked me because, apparently, they sent the wrong code. I don't know what is going on, but I think this is just completely annoying and stressful. HELP!!!

Horrible experience using this app. Poor customer service. Still was charged a 3% fee per transaction, even though I was a new account at the time and the app goes out of it's way to tell you that fee was waved. And the worse part about it for myself was, I could not setup a fiat wallet to turn my tokens into cash until my 1st 30 days passed. With those problems I ran into initially, there was no way I would consider signing up for their Visa. Avoid this one.

This app doesn't even offer the most basic functionality on Samsung Note devices. When prompted to enter your phone number to log in, the app completely freezes and can only be shut down. What's more, the developers have made it impossible to enter your info from any other method (such as a web-browser). Uninstalled, because if the log-in process is this broken, I don't have much hope for the rest of the app.

The app was great at first. However, it seems to be crashing more and more, lately. I can't access anything right now when I'm trying to trade. The website just says it's been "investigating" the issue. It's been a few hours now. It's time to fix the problem and not leave us struggling to view our stocks. *Edit- Changing to one star due to the constant app crashes. The final straw was today when the app logged me out and hasn't let me back in. I'm done. I'll be moving to Webull shortly.

One of the worst platforms I've used. The prices in the app are not even real. The fees are crazy high. Any time I buy at a certain price I end up paying more than I'm supposed to, and even when I sell when the asset goes up, I still lose money due to the fees. Even if I manage to set a target sell price, the order will not trigger properly, making me unable to secure profits. If you like losing money, this app is for you. If I could leave negative stars I would.

Find another app. I chose this app based on the recommendation of an article about the best crypto trading platforms. The app is not user friendly, and requires constant verification for each and every trade. By the time you get through the verification, the price that you are buying for has expired, and you have to complete the process all over again. It also does not allow me to input the CVV code to confirm my trade, and then the price expires yet again. It would not let me input any other cards, saying they were declined by the provider even though I have used them on other trading platforms. It looked like I finally got a trade to the next stage then I got "An error has occurred. Consider if you will. I also signed up for two other similar apps, and I was able to trade within minutes. Their website is no better. You have to do a Google Search for find a login screen, and their main screen is nothing but splash page and videos. One final thing. If you trade cryptocurrency, their fees are a bit much. 8,000,000 coins to trade Shiba Inu for example. I need to go find that article and tell the author to research a little better before he recommends an app like this that has more bugs than a bait store.

I like to buy and sell large amounts in small jumps. It builds up quick. With theses guys I can't do it. It doesn't say anywhere anything about the fees for crypto buy and sell. Also, the only trading app(I have 7)that won't sell/purchase partial orders to fill them. They charge more for the purchase if you buy more and pay less for a sale as well. They say this is for volatility, but that is the market. They should be investigated. I am just waiting to delete app.
