As far as you asking what you can do to improve the app? First, there shouldn't have been a 3 hour time limit where you've got to press a button repeatedly every three hours. I guess I could understand having something like a 6-8 hr time limit as that would properly allow for overnight mining(I'd add more but this box won't let me type anymore!

The whole idea of this app works great like they wanted it to. But getting your money that you mined is ridiculous. I've been waiting for almost 2 months now to get my money withdrawn. But it keeps telling me to reprocess it and check my account due to fraud. How can it be due to fraud when I haven't changed nothing, and also have an authentication code app for it. They need to fix this issue quick.

Pretty great. It does what it says it's does. You mine crypto as you're browsing. If you don't buy any of the speed add-ons then it mines super slow however the add-ons are a waste of money. Because the amount that you can earn versus how much the add-ons cost are way different. If you spent $20 a month on this. Even if you searched with this app 6 hours out of the day you would still mine $10 a month. These aren't exact figures. But this is my experience.

Update, tried it for a month and between the monthly cost and paying for a boost, I spent more than I made in crypto. It's not worth it. Considering that you have to start it every 3 hour's and need to sleep, there is no way to make more than you put into it especially when the market has tanked. You'd be better off just putting your money into crypto directly on an exchange. And this is with me having 1 referral mining and having installed it on all 3 of my PC's.

Updated again: Now we're into March and still processing. Support is of no help. Emailed them and nothing Updated: reported to that address you listed and they are still all processing or they come up saying I need to reconfirm due to fraud instances. My address is correct. The only fraud I see is this app. Was working fine. I've had 3 transactions pending now for a week, stuck on processing. Absolutely ridiculous. Any cash outs were typically very fast. Not sure why all the sudden 3 are stuck.

I have 6 apps installed and let me say that it's very confusing when you buy anything. You click on something and it brings another app to install crypto farm to crptobrowse max. Before you buy just know for sure what your getting into. It's all a waste of money no matter if you continualsy keep mining or not you don't even make back what you put in!

The experience on this platform is terrible. I invested funds, but after 6 months, the return is not even up to the investment (I did not make my investment back, forget about a profit). furthermore, I have requested a withdrawal for more than 3 weeks now, but I am yet to get my funds. Update. Still haven't got my money, and worse of all, you definitely won't recoup your investment, as the payout is less than what you invested.

Easy to use, but withdrawals have been stuck in "processing" for nearly a year and there is no contact for support team to help resolve issues - they have a support form but no one ever gets in touch and it's not actioned! Also found that if you buy boosters, they generally don't make you any profit!

Latest update (08.02.2026): Even after waiting for so many days the withdrawals are still in the processing phase! They again just gave a generic reply that their team is working on processing the pending withdrawals so I should keep patience! You all don't actually READ. i told you everything is updated I can't even access your website to file a Support ticket!! keep getting "Access refused" my Internet connection is very stable. i had ZERO issues until you all changed things in December.. when I cant access your website from multiple different phones / browser/ PCs at different locations, the issue is on your end.

I have been trying to withdraw for several months to NC wallet. Since I have paid for boost I cannot even get payment for what I have paid for and earned. If this cannot be resolved I will nolonger be buying boost. This is starting to look alot like the typical minning scams on the net. My account # 8942249. I have been contacted about my payment ticket ID CBH-231574 & still no payment. This is an update almost a year later and still no response or payment.

BE CAREFUL! I have made a little bit out of this but a lot of BTC is stuck in their system! I have reached out to customer service multiple times but they never respond. I totally regret investing as much as I did into this app and all their other associated apps!

Cant withdraw. Crypto farm transferred my balance to my referral account. I have tried twice to withdraw it to my NC Wallet. It has been 4 months since the second attempt and still no transfer. I ask for help and all I get back is "these things take time." That probably means its never coming. No answers. No help. NO HOPE! The transaction was worth $100 at the time. Other much, much smaller transactions have gone through. so at least they do earn a 1 star.

Withdraws are pending for months now, just like for other reported the same. Reported in app multiple times, never received any replies. Email sent to support, now a delivery failure notification just returned. The ticket ID that they claim is non-existent. Company seems like doing a combination of a ponzi scheme with a rug-pull. Edit 2: After submitted twice without any ticket number, support briefly replied with ticket numbers: CBV-6062 and 6064. No update since then. Also found CBH-378628

Still having some difficulty understanding how each type of browser is unique compared to its counterparts. I'm interested in how it is possible to utilize all types of the browser without stressing out the computer to the point of losing the usability of the rest of the computers overhead resources...seems like when I have the app open in the background it shows everything down.

Issues with withdrawals. I have 10 withdrawals pending (some dating back to 6 months or more). This has resulted in withdrawal limit being reached. The support team haven't responded. Edit: I contacted the support team via the app and sent a screenshot shot of the withdrawal issues last week. They haven't responded and I haven't received a ticket #. used to b a great app wouldn't make you rich but you could do things to increase your earnings..... but at this point I've been waiting for a payment for over a year..... it has been over a year I been trying to withdraw the money I have accumulated . and it's only little over a hundred dollars. after I spent a couple hundred on cloud boost. I wrote to support probably 20 times. they just keep saying the same thing. that they will check out the matter. but I've been waiting for a year. I feel like they are not doing right at all

It was working well... all my withdrawal got queued up for more than 4 business days. No update from customer support. No proper help. I received a reply that a ticket is raised. no update for a week still. just eye wash
