Great idea, not so good in practice. The machines that I use associated with this application are rarely in perfect working order so it's tough to say definitively what's to blame. Often. tonight in fact, the pairing requires a longer period of time than I care to spend in the laundry room. They are quick to top up your card though, so that's nice, I guess. I would like to see better maintained machines associated with the application, less trashy. If that happens, you'll have 5.
Lack of refunds. I have put in a request months ago to close an inactive account after getting a new phone. However, of course, it has not gone through because of a pervious request for a refund on a double charged transaction. I sat on the phone for 20 minutes with customer service and got nowhere, the app still has my money despite my efforts. This app is also difficult to work with machines and it inaccurately tells you how many machines are open and when your clothes are done in the washer.
Still waiting a year later for a refund. The app doesn't tell factual status of washers/dryers. There used to be a custom amount to add, but thats gone and frustrating. I occasionally want to get rid of a weird extra $.25 or $.05 that's on the account, but can't now. Not sure if it's an app/developer issue or if it's apartment/etc issue. Either way, it sucks, thus making this app practically worthless. Super frustrating this app doesn't up more often either.
Accidentally downloaded this app instead of the micro transactions version and put money onto app. I recommend NOT doing that unless you want to get stuck for a half hour on the line with someone who can't spell your email only to give a number for a refund request then cut the call. Infuriating, as they seem to not let you refund within the app unless you use their washers first. Which is impossible if not in the listed apartments. Basically stealing money based on confusion about their 3 apps.
I can't imagine why anyone chooses to work with this genuinely awful app. I can barely even connect to the machines, because it'll know exactly what room I'm in, but somehow cannot connect. It's always annoying to have to fiddle around with my Bluetooth, wifi, etc. just trying to CONNECT to a machine. Connecting aside, they only let you put money in your account in $5 increments so you never have an even amount, forcing you to keep refilling or get charged for not using the app. Just awful.

tedious and stupid. if you're gonna have this system, don't lock out machine settings to only be "start dryer". You should be allowed to set the temperature after you paid. ultimately frustrating and useless, you shouldn't be forced into using an app. apparently it's seemingly impossible to refund money made through debit card payments, as it only accounts for credits. And I can't contact customer service without Wi-Fi. This company steals money from you.
"Rewards" are things that I wouldn't use. Tried notifying about an issue and refund has been pending for over a month. Have had multiple other refunds needed but because the other one isn't addressed, can't submit another one. The timer doesn't always work. Sometimes takes multiple attempts to pay with app. I'm glad the machines also take coins so they I can avoid most of these issues.
"Machine not found" when I'm standing RIGHT NEXT TO IT. They charge you $.25 per transaction and then make an app that doesn't detect their own appliances. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot. Edit: Good to know I've basically set fire to the $30 I loaded on to the app. Also, I don't want to save money with your partners, I want to save money on your overpriced wash/dry cycles.
I really dislike having an app for everything. I find having an app for my laundry to be especially annoying. I would have kept doing tap to pay but I am charged more to do that. If I don't load the app with 20 dollars or more, im charged a fee. not to mention the junk email I get. And when I do use the app, it fails to connect to the machines several times, before finally working. The whole experience irritates me. it makes me want to just take my laundry to the laundromat down the road.
It's practically a scam. You can only load certain amounts at a time, meaning if your machines charge change, you're inevitably going to have money left over in the account, so you are just giving up money to them. And if you DON'T use the app, they charge a "convenience fee". That's not even mentioning the countless times it's jipped me of a load, making me pay 2-3 times because the machines suck. Total scam, do laundry elsewhere if they use this app, seriously.
I had $3 on the app and contacted them about moving and not being able to use the balance. They told me it would be refunded, but in the end I only got $1. Basically stealing $2 from me. As a business owner myself this is not good customer service what so ever. Regardless of the amount if you say it will be refunded then it should be. I do not recommend this app at all. There are much better options. I don't work hard for my money for it to be stolen! I would give 0 stars of it was possible.
My apartment laundry room uses this system and it almost never works correctly. Today I had to try connecting to the machines over and over and over until they decided to connect to the app. If you want to just use a card instead, it charges more per load, and doesn't always work anyway. It's also full of ads in the app, and sends notifications. This is pretty frustrating considering you literally pay to use it and I don't really have another option since this is what my complex uses.
Tried using the app today to do laundry opened up to the home screen with some kind of error message, but I couldn't read it because the font was white and so is the background ( really smart). So I uninstall and reinstalled (usually fixes most issues). Now I'm getting an SRC error message before I can even sign in. Why fix a bug that will cause more!!
I regularly have to wait about 15mins for the app to open/ load before I can begin to do my laundry. I've never seen a slower, less responsive app. You can only add dryer time in 5min increments and it takes ages to connect to the machine and complete every transaction. The only reason anyone uses this app to pay for laundry is that they add a surcharge for every other option. I can't use Mastercard anymore, because MC considers CSC a security risk due to complaints.
Often struggles to connect to the machine, which is a big problem when you've pre-paid. Notifications when your laundry is done rarely work unless you have the app open (and then why would you need them?). The push notifications for ads seem to work fine though, which doesn't make sense at all. Edit: the ads are now also being sent as emails and showing up while I'm trying to do laundry. This is a moneygrab by people who know their customer isn't the user.
Forced to use this in our building. Idea? convenient if you can get your account set up (I had some trouble first time). Execution? This app/company is full-on scammy and shoves advertisements at you (posed as overgenerous "gifts") to attempt to decieve you into either giving your information or committing to a major purchase. I'm just trying to do laundry. Not a fan, but no other choice - app maker is clearly aware of that.
Absolute hot trash. My apartment complex uses it. Not only does it have less functionality than its predecessor: CSC go, they fail to transfer the previous balance, don't allow you to add time to dryer cycles, but they fail to maintain their equipment. They also mod machines to no longer take cash. A convenience fee for purchases less than the cost of a cycle? Everyone involved in the writing, deployment, and use of this trash should kick rocks. Without boots.
I'm forced to use this app or be charged an extra $.25 per use on already expensive machines. there is NO choice to opt out of email notifications. there is no choice to only get notifications when the machine is finished without also getting "rewards" notifications. If I wasn't forced to use this app or pay more I wouldn't!!!
The app overall is subpar, the main issue is the password and account recovery. it doesn't give you the option to save your password which is really useful. I had been logged out of my account and I was signing back in and had forgotten my password, so I clicked forgot password, and it just wouldn't allow anything to happen. this app suck and needs an update.
Horrible company, machines will take your money and throw up an error making you pay twice with no refund. They charge a "convenience fee" but took out the change pay so there is no other option. Machines barely clean at all ( I get better result hand washing in a bucket) and the keep upping the price while ignoring customer request for service.
