I love this app except one big problem. Once you set a location, you can't change it. In most apps, you tap on your saved location and get the option to select another. This app doesn't do that. I even went into profile settings and deleted the old location, but it's still displayed as default. I also tapped on location at the bottom, selected my new location and tried to set a visit reminder, but it changed to the old location. Please fix!

The app is pretty much worthless. It keeps having an ERROR when I try to redeem my iGive rewards points. So, I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled the app to see if it would fix itself. Then I tried to log in, and it just sits there loading for over a minute, then it tells me, "ERROR, something went wrong, please try again later." How am I supposed to redeem my points and access my profile when you can't maintain your app. Honestly, it kills my motivation to even go donate.

Same problem as others have noted: app works fine one time and then won't recognize credentials the next. Email, phone number, Donor ID.....nothing works, including a verification number I got it to send one time. A call to tech support fixed it the first time after several minutes of trial and error, so that's the next step before I delete permanently.

In order to set up an account, you must use your Email as your User ID to login. I was also disappointed at how many of my purchases were charged a service fee. The toll free telephone card services transaction details Include the service charges/fees you were charged for each purchase. However, the app does not show 'all service fees" for purchases. Which is misleading. I also installed the update notice, and so far have not had any glitches with the app.

This app worked fine a few months ago when I first started using it. Now that I'm attempting to log in after not doing so for about a month, it's stating my credentials are wrong, which is not so. I've confirmed my info and it no longer allows me to log in with phone number or email. It's disturbing when apps are updated and result in you no longer being able to use them due to no fault of the user. FIX IT OR REMOVE APP FROM DATA BASE OF CHOICES!!

Just wanted to say I was a long time pt at csl, I haven't been able to use the app for years, wrong email, app is down and a few other reasons not allowing me access. The central location is where you will find really great staff members that always welcome you warmly , know what they are doing with the whole process, so they get 5 stars. 4th Street isn't the same, running a raquet I can't reach corporate to speak to them about that location, taking another option, again, go to Central.

The app won't load or will only partially load. It keeps saying "Service unavailable". Doesn't matter if I'm using mobile data or Wi-Fi. It wouldn't matter so much if literally everything wasn't done on the app. The website will only take you to the download page and insist you use something that's broken. Please fix the app or make a website for donors.

Struggling with the app...don't normally have this problem. It's showing that I'm still a brand new donor; some options are missing. I took a friend and went thru the process for referral credit and cannot get any help on this...a live agent is nowhere to be found. The attendants at the center are not trained on this app. Very disapointing.

I've had the app for forever. Today, while trying to use the app, it has signed me out, which it never does. I tried signing back in and a pop-up came up that said "We have a new version available, update the app here" and I clicked on it, updated the app, but it still won't let me sign in. It just keeps giving me the same pop-up.

With the most recent update (12/26/25), any attempt at login results in an error window saying there's a new version available and to download/update it. It brings you right to the store where you can see you're all up to date. This is what happens when you let interns handle live code and no one checks on them.

Unusable for days on end, assuming it will ever work again.. Does not allow login, then 'get new version here', and there is no new version available.. closes itself, utterly useless. Four days so far.. Look forward to nonsense like this at least twice a year when you download this app.

could use some more promotions, I even asked the staff and they had no idea where or how to get promotions, but its a very helpful app. also the student discount section isn't that helpful because I couldn't let them know im a student in order to recieve more rewards to help "Earn money for college ". I think they could give more points for surveys. they want 1000 just to cash out a gift card but only give you 5 points per survey and you dont earn to sign someone up as the one who referred you.

The app wouldn't let me log in until I downloaded the "updated" version. Now it doesn't fit my screen properly so that I can't use the bar at the top or bottom to navigate. This makes it impossible to reach some parts of the app.

Terrible, I cant use it.. So I can be standing outside a half hour before they open, be first in line and then 5 people are in front of me bc they sign in with the app.. Something im unable to do.. Something ive never been able to use.. App has never worked for the last year and a half.. Idk why its even on my phone anymore..

I loved how easy it was too use this CSL app, until last week(1/2/26). That is when I tried to log in but a prompt pops up saying there is a new version avaliable and when I click it.. im sent here and there isn't any update available.

I FIGURED OUT THE APP FIX after 12/25 update. Make sure the app icon is the Red Box & White Text since there might be other apps(i have 2 that are blue text w/ white background) -Uninstall app -Reinstall -Enable GPS -Log in with email(if you need to reset pw use "forget password" -I enabled biometric log in too but it's not necessary to fix app After those steps you should be able to access the app. I hope this helps♡♡♡

so I've tried to get this app to work for months now today I got it to load but still cant do my questions so app still pointless it says the operator is adware of this issue and as soon as it fixed I can use it but if a car is broken you cant use it till it fixed so even more waist time err the app sucks and they done away with the points aswell great people tho at 23rd csl

some of the staff are so helpful and do a wonderful job but than you have the ones that don't pay attention and bounce around to other patients and not realizing who's been done 10 minutes ago.. one worker especially terra is terrible she or he left me plugged in to the machine and helping others....

app says to download update to login. so I click the link and go to update the app. it updates. but now it just keeps saying to update the app every time I try to login and the play store just says open and not update. constant issues with this app

it keeps saying there's an update? I installed the update but it's stuck in a loop. I updated, then it asks for my password, then back to asking me to update which I already did. I can't get into the app to access my rewards now 😒
