Cupshe - Clothing & Swimsuit

I bought four swimsuits from CupShe, and loved the design and feel! Unfortunately, my torso was too long and thin for their sizing, and I had to return them. There was a little confusion at first about whether they would let me return two of the items, but after a few discussions, they were able to help me out! CupShe works hard at customer service and their suits are beautiful. Check them out!

Great app, excellent quality and style variety, awesome customer service! First bought a one piece swimsuit, I was nervous as hadn't worn a 1 piece since grade school, but I have my measurements and followed the size chart. It is the best fitting swimsuit I've ever had! Fit like a glove. I've since bought 2 cover ups, palazzo pants, a dress, and I'm looking to buy a few more things in the near future!

I ordered 2 bathing suits. Unfortunately they didn't fit BUT the nice customer service agent gave me, and explained, several different options on how to return/exchange them. They answered every single question I had about all the different refund options. The best part, I got my refund right away, I was able to do everything thru the app instead of having to be talking on the phone, and the app is superrrr easy to navigate! Thank you, CupShe !!

I ordered several items. Part of the order was quick ship, which I received about a week later. The rest of my order had no updates for weeks. When I reached out to the company I was informed the rest of the order wouldn't be available until all of the items were in. Unfortunately, part of the order had a pre-sale item in it with a ship date a month away. As a result the policy is to hold the rest of the order until those items are in. Even if you cancel the presale items it will take a week.

Absolutely adore Cupshe! I don't like to shop online due to being 'catfished' way too many times, so it took a lot for me to risk my money again, especially for a bathing suit (I have a difficult body type lol) but I did because well obviously the styles are the best in my opinion. Long story short I love the bathing suit and I've now got an adorable dress too! But! yes there's a but, what's made me a lifetime customer/cheerleader is the customer service! Best Ever Online shopping experience!

While it has a great selection of items, the prices have increased a lot since I first downloaded the app 3 years ago, it's no longer what I would consider an affordable option, especially when you can't try on before buying. The biggest frustration is that the notifications regularly give great deals/discounts but when you actually go in to the app and add to cart, those discounts are not realised.

CUPSHE IS SO EXPENSIVE NOW! I bought from this business years ago and was so excited to find good quality swimsuits for less. But now they're priced like everyone else. And I see they're sold on the Target app which means they were introduced to competitive pricing here in the US and thought "hey us too!" or whatevah..ugh disappointing 😞

the app has been really easy to navigate,the clothes are great quality and the delivery is quite quick. I've been really happy with everything I've purchased,so have my girls.

Awful. No one to speak to. cannot download return label. Chat is totally useless. Cupshe is great to buy. Just don't try to return anything.

Receive too many emails. I try to unsubscribe through the email, and it takes you to the app. It doesn't tell you where to go to unsubscribe from emails. I tried to delete the account instead, and it says that it has sent you an email with a verification code to complete the request. Absolutely no email arrives. I have tried many times and it is always the same outcome. I give up trying to resend the code. Complete rubbish.

App is decent, lots to choose from. My only complaint about the app itself is the search and filter functions as it would be super helpful to be able to filter by style (like halter top, more support ect.). And PLEASE get more styles for the bottoms. We're not all 20 with perfect asses anymore, but also don't want high waist grandma styles. Can't you just give us regular bikini bottoms that don't completely show everything???

Awesome app! Not expensive and seems of good quality! I'm waiting for my first order that should arrive within 4-6 days! :) Keep in mind all the prices are in US, I didnt know, so I learnt it when I paid. There should be an option to change to CAD$. I also love that there are alot of photos in the review to help decide our size and fit.

I just ordered my first order and am hoping the website is correct with the time frame given. the clothes are really cute, great proces and good reviews. once I get my clothes ill be sure to write a review. so far everything is going great.

It's a scam. I wish I'd never spent money on this site. None of the items I bought in June came back in new sizes. And in the chat, they seem to make fun of the complaints.
