Terribly designated UI (in typical Japanese fashion). Packed with hundreds of useless, time-wasting, bloatware-like features that add absolutely nothing to the app but take up memory. Even on modern smartphones, it takes forever to boot up. This is annoying af when you are waiting in line about to pay for something. Many stores don't even use it and are really stingy with how many points you get per 100 yen. Making it's use quite limited. Just use PayPay instead.

the app keeps telling me that there is no passkey and the only way to fix it is to login and when you do that it says no passkey and can't login. now the app as well as the website is useless. how do you even manage that??!

This is an absolute mess. Half of the features can't be used on WiFi because reasons. The interface is cluttered and deeply unclear. Server keeps dropping connections and failing logins. For a bloody points card app. Jesus Christ, it'd be harder to make something worse than this on purpose.

Extremely overbloated app, absolutely ignoring any material design rules, or other design rules that are not like design from animated gifs in 1990s. Extremely user unfriendly, lots of animating and flashing banners here and there. A simple task in this app is like going through the purgatory. No reason to use this app, instead put your D Point card into Google Pay. Or carry the physical card if you like difficult stuff. Not to mention ads and DNS requests. 64MB for such garbage app? Seriously?

The app doesn't support English and prevents screen access for accessibility tools, which means you can't translate the interface

I can not create an account. I'm trying to switch from the card to the app and can not register. They only ask for login,not create.

i am happy with this app coz every end of the month i get to enjoy a free meal at their partner restaurants because of the accumulated points i get everytine i use dpoint.

I was redeeming points from a bank account and the points were lost on the way.
