The app randomly put all my earnings on hold right before I needed to pay a bill. So on top of a bunch of incessant notifications about my earnings going up every day, now I don't even have access to it. Customer service advised there is some sort of "one time hold" on my account until my next paycheck. What a useless service, and even more useless customer service. Would not recommend. Earnin never did this to me.
So far it was great. No I'm concerned that I'm not getting all of my money. Called today and the customer service rep said they're working on updates to the software / app... I'm missing close to $40. That's from two shifts. That will add up fast if this keeps going.. and I hope it doesn't so I don't have to make other calls to get this sorted out. Loved it until this. Been using the app for well over 6 months with little to no issue that wasn't resolved fast. But this is different..
I have not been able to transfer money to my bank account in months. There is a balance, but the transfer button is not illuminated to complete the transfer. My bank account has been the same on the app for 3 years. I've updated the app. The AI chat was less than helpful, and unfortunately, a phone call with customer service was also not helpful to resolve this.
customer service is not knowledgeable. I never got my paycheck deposit and I have had 5 to 6 calls to try to get it. I can barely understand them. It has been 5 days and still no pay. My check never came so my bills aren't paid. I would say zero stars if it was an option. I had issues with my bank staying active and had to fix it 4 times not because of any change or issues with the bank.
It was a good app when it first became available. Now they are just terrible, always having an "earnings delay", can't give any sort of information about when the delay will be fixed other than "funds will be available on your check" which could be anywhere from a day to two whole weeks away from when they have the delay. Their customer service agents are rude, useless, and cocky. Managers NEVER call back no matter what. DO NOT USE THIS APP!
At first I loved it cuz I actually got paid everyday but I realized I would get a lot more of "MY" money by waiting on my paycheck. Sometimes I wouldn't get paid and still to this day haven't gotten paid for August 1st. The amount shown for whats supposed to be on my check/"unavailable" also is Never right. Long story short they take a huge portion of what I've earned on top of that $2.99 fee. Basically I feel ripped off but my lesson is learned. Forewarning others if you want your money.
The app has gotten way worse than it was before. Even on wifi, it takes the app a full minute to load up. Their "chat" bot is absolutely USELESS on getting any info relating to withdraws. I needed money in my account today, so I paid the $2.99 fee for instant transfer. I called the support line and they claimed I didn't hit "instant transfer," but why am I still paying the fee? Absolutely USELESS customer service. I will not be changing my review.
Should be called "Daily Pay-If We Feel Like It." I've come to rely on this app and it sucks having to rely on something completely unreliable. At one point, my money would come the same time every day. Now, it's just whenever. So frustrating. I also feel like I'm getting ripped off. I will work THE SAME EXACT HOURS and get different amounts. It's so sketchy.
downloaded the app, created account, went to verify myself and it just keeps looping me around. all my information has been entered, when I go to "Get Started" it takes me to verification page, I select "continue to verification" and it takes me back to the first page. never verifies. there is no help feature, no way to reach out for assistance, and no way for me to navigate to any other pages or features. useless app
I want to be able to split my paycheck between two bank accounts with percentages. I don't want to set aside a certain amount of money for one bank account. This makes budgeting incredibly annoying, especially when I have irregular hours and don't know how much I'm getting paid. Please add an option to split the paycheck with percentages that add up to 100%. It's not hard, and I'm honestly perturbed this isn't already an option.
it's beneficial to access my paycheck bit the app itself is glitchy. I can't use it from my phone at all. it never recognizes my login, even though I use the same login on my laptop. I also get stuck on the login page on my laptop. I put my sign in info in it takes me right back to the log in screen. over and over again... and no it's not my password or email both work perfectly fine on different devices. I wld definitely give 5 stars if the app was reliable and work consistently.
This service sucks. It was ok, sort of, it would add my money and was able to draw from it, while paying a fee. Then, at the beginning of this month, it just stopped. I contacted support, and they had to escalate, days later, the only response I've received was an email asking if I still needed assistance. I am completely broke, and my fridge is running low. Initially the app was easy to use & consistent. A couple days ago I was unable to log in both from my app & from the web browser. it will not allow login keeps telling me access denied, no account found,and I called customer service. It took a few hrs to resolve it but they did & for 1 1/2 days it was good. Today I'm back to the same issue! I called customer service thinking they have my notes & can fix it quick. Nope! I'm in limbo again! Not happy!
Definitely the most unreliable financial service (& the app is slow) I've ever used. Worked ok the first few weeks my employer started using it. As soon as I depended on it - we'll, it basically hasn't paid me in 7 days even though I've worked over 50 hours during that time. Their "support" (contacted twice) gave me some BS about certain days being excluded, but it's been way more than those days I haven't seen anything. Something is broken or it promises something it can't deliver.
It's very convenient and great if you need money earlier than payday. However, the app and website are confusing and have lack of options to control your money. Imo, they keep too much out and would be much more helpful to have more of our pay available. Also, I am completely missing a pay from last week! it showed that I worked the shift, then it disappeared the next day and was never paid out! So now u need to contact customer support for help. Very frustrating!
I was wary of having my paycheck go through a third party, but I was actually liking the app until yesterday, when my regular paycheck was not deposited. No notice, no email, no notification whatsoever, but a message on the site that they are experiencing delays. Update: Still not sure what happened there, but they were able to fix the problem pretty quickly. Have not had any troubles since then.
Was great the first two weeks, then it went horrible. DailyPay rarely lets me withdrawal anymore. Available balances jump from $4.60 to $0.00 (where did my money go?) to $4.10, so you can't withdrawal because you need a minimum balance of $5.00. Employer keeps telling me that everyone is having problems and by the reviews it looks longer than that. This app allows you a couple weeks of convenience and stops. Literally preying on the desperation of people trying to get by.
Price for instant transfers went from $1.99 to $3.49! I absolutely friggin HATE this app now! They hold onto your earnings for an extra day or two whenever they feel like it, which has been at least once a week. Now they're raising instant transfer fees. If I could afford to get off this app, I would, but I was told by 3 different agents that it could take up to 2 pay periods for DailyPay to get off my account. I get paid every 2 weeks, so that could be a whole month! 5/6/24 Don't use DailyPay!!
Since the last update, this app no longer loads on my Android phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my phone. I keep trying to open the app and get an error message. I have no problems with the DailyPay app on my Apple iPhone. The only other issue I have is one that I see over and over again in the reviews... And that is the fee price to get my money when I want or need it. $2.99 to get my money EVERY DAY is too much. Since Dec I've paid almost $400 in transfer fees. Why so much???
I use Daily Pay while working Pizza Hut and at first this app was amazing. My pay was always listed the very next day at 11:00 AM. But the last few shifts I've had, my pay doesn't show for several days. When I reach out, they're experiencing delays. This is impacting my bills and is extremely frustrating. Especially when I have to pay $3 to cash out if I need it before 3 days. Please fix your app!
