Avg. Joe's “Slow Joe” Woodworking
It is truly an amazing app. However I am unaware of being able to transfer my stats to a different phone or tablet when I download it. I also would pay money for the same app with the ability to play games in real time with opponents remotely. Kinda like online matchmaking. Thank you so much for this amazing app. Simple, fun, accurate. Also baseball would be a fun one to add along with cut throat. Cheers!
Easy to use, no fussy ads (yet) and lots of game types. it would be nice if it had a beginner option to not require the double out - both in the finishes set recommendations and in the darts used counter at the end. But overall I love this. My house mate and I just got our own darts and have been playing a lot more lately and this app makes the math so easy. it's also gonna be cool to watch our statistics get better as we keep playing. excellent app!
Was having a good time with the app until I started to pick up the bots habits. Was progessing nicely through the list of bots until bot 4. Bot 4's mood swings are insane. When I throw a bad leg, its throws a bad leg and vice versa. As I get better (can tell by looking at stats) it's clear that bot 4 is improving alongside with me. Its very frustrating to be throwing new high averages, just for bot 4 to match you when it typically throws lower. I hope this gets adjusted.
Bot's ability to hit bulls and triples is actually realistic, and the bonus of showing what the bot is aiming for is amazing. App would be perfect if the bot didn't take so long to throw. Bots throws should be instant, and just a summary shown (of what they were aiming for and what they hit). The summary shouldn't disappear until the next bot turn. Seems like there's real estate in the scoring screen for something like this. There's lots of empty space below the score in cricket.
My second app. First one was ok but maybe a 3 star. This only has 3 games, but great single player for practice, or computer (20 levels of droid opponents) which can be played in all three games. You can play multiple people at once as singles or set up teams, keeps the scores accurately. Has 0X1 games at any level, cricket, and one other training game. I definitely would recommend this app. Very few ads. The only better would be more games but 0X1 games and cricket is good. Has stats.
Hands down the best Cricket Scoring app out there and I've tried everyone that I can find on the net. It's easy to correct mistakes and playing the computer drone is great. It's not like the others that you have to be a pro to win a game and it's algorithms in adjusting to your play during a game is outstanding. The only thing left for the programmer to do to make it better is to get rid of the wait time for the drone to throw his darts. I loose hours of practice time waiting, and lastly please shrink the drones three darts score board so we can see the score board. I always enter my score and hit enter and now it's to late to see where I stand because the drone score is blocking the entire screen. I usually end up throwing my next three darts and if I find a number is closed after the drones turn, than I just throw the darts over that I threw at a number that was already closed.
The app is great overall, a good way of keeping track of your progress and pretty easy to use and navigate. I have been using is a practice tool and my averages have gone up a lot, and I'm hitting my doubles more consistently. HOWEVER I've recently gone back to playing bot, level 2 which I would beat more often than lose to. It's smashing me. This is across 501 and cricket games. It will always keep up with me or be slightly ahead of me. Seems a little too regular to be a coincide.
It is an easy app to use. Track your statistics and play against other players or droids. I have just changed my review to 5 stars as i have found some of the other features that I hadn't used. I am sure they are helping my game to develop. I would still like to see a more current average, i.e., my last 10 or 20 games. I would nonetheless recommend it to anyone starting out, like me. I would even pay for an add free version if it was available even though the current adds aren't too intrusive.
I tried a few different apps and all I needed was a simple scoreboard to track the score when my wife and I play in the garden. This app is outstanding! It has all we need for the X01 games, good closing scores suggestions, cricket scoreboard, and a clean and easy to use interface. We love it. Ads are present but not invasive. I would be happy to pay up to £2 to remove the ads, not so much for the ads themselves but to send a little "thank you" to the developer.
The app is overall okay. However the difficulty levels are not very beginner friendly. For 501, the lowest difficulty level averages in the mid 20s, which is going to repeatedly destroy any brand new player. If they could adjust the difficulty levels so that the lowest will average ~15 for x01 and about 1.00 MPR for cricket, I'd probably give it 4 stars.
I have started playing darts 4 days ago and I really like this application. The droids are great, however as an absolute begginer it took me a couple days to beat the level 1 droid. The target practice is really fun to get better with. A few things that could be added: A list of plaied matches, so that I coud see the statistics of each match and not only the overall statistics. Furthermore, when the final score was accidentally tiped in to the wrong person an undo option would be useful.
Simple, intuitive, clear fonts, effective, free. Unobtrusive adverts. I use it all the time. The major weakness is that the droids are set far too high. Twenty levels of droids and yet the second weakest, droid 2, typically doubles in straight away on double start and in the game i just played pegged out 96 in two darts. Droid 5 can often average 20 plus in routine 501 matches. It's just bad programming. They should progress smoothly from beginner to pro.
Very rarely is an app absolutely what I want... This is absolutely perfect for me as a beginner wanting to track progress, but can't see a reason as to why this wouldn't be useful for intermediates or better. Love being able to compete against computer opposition in a variety of games. I can see myself using this for a long time, hopefully getting better at the game as I go. Great app!
Great app for keeping track of your scores and for games where you haven't got a chalk board. The only thing I think would improve it would be showing what averages the droids are to make it easier to pick the correct food for standard of player
Decent enough score app. Only gripe I have is that it suggests out shots that are actually impossible (scores over 180). This is the reason for 4 stars. I like that you have your stats available so you can see if you are improving.
My goto app for Vs bot Cricket. Bots are more realistic than other apps. Other apps bots are way too good on the bull. These ones have good and bad days but are generally consistent in relation to the chosen level. My only gripe is im between lvl 4 and 5 at the moment and the difference seems pretty huge. The way it is 4.5 would be ideal for me, haha!
Good app. I dont find the Ai unrealistic at all. I worked my up to level 7. You can set match parameters sets legs etc. Doesn't do much for "training" as such but an app tlling you to hit T11 is pointless. It gives you a good marker as to your level playing against cpu levels. ie, im too comfortable at 5 50\50 on 6 find it hard on 7 bit it keeps your concentration. Playing alone can draw in complacency which is when u get best. And the cricket is good practice for hight trebles.
Defo worth 5 stars. Very basic app, but great for playing games of 501. And the CRICKET game is awesome. Free to use and only one banner ad at bottom of page. Tbh there are apps out there that have more features, but you can't go wrong with this if you want something basic and are just starting out in darts.
Perfect app. It's super easy to use. Scores are easy to read. You can create teams and it records your stats such as your overall average. There are game options too, for example you can choose to play cricket or simply target practice. If you're a serious dart player this is the dart scoring app you want
it does what it says on the tin. But the AI is terrible. It has what, 16 levels? I can only play level 1. Not because I'm that bad at the game, but instead of the bot sticking to one level of difficulty, it adjusts to unrealistic settings to suit and probably beat you. Example, if i hit a 138, it'll hit a 129. if i hit 11, it'll hit 14. In my last game i played, i was 2 games to 0 up. The bot then upped it so it will on 3-2. It hit 3 our of 4 doubles from all 3 games. a 75% conversion rate....
