registration asks for CAN and PIN, offers to save, requests confirmation (want to use w/o card/pin every time), pressing on accept ... it goes back: button to proceed still greyed out. Why do they offer/ask...? (Tried to present eGk / NFC w/o being prompted, did praise the developpers aso) => Endless loop and no more sore fingertips

This is again one of those unpractical informatics dream of security: first page: How would you like to secure this app? You can choose 'Biometrics' or password. Biometrics comes with the description that my device chooses the safest method provided by my device. Okay, I chose that. Then comes a note, and then whatever I click, the app goes back to the first page, Forever. 😆 after the feedback 1 star, because the written word and restricting act does not fit together.

Don't download, just use the card at the pharmacy. 1. The App constantly loses authentication are authenticating again doesn't consistently work 2. If you did download don't ask to send a prescription to a pharmacy because all pharmacies are listed and if you send the prescription to a pharmacy that isn't integrated your prescription is in a limbo state and you can't claim it.

why do i need to activate biometrics wheni want to save my partners card don't even need that to access her medical files the app has a pw so why add additional 'security' for extra people create otherwise delegation don't want to store any biometrics 'in the cloud' off course I want to keep it 6 months active why should I otherwise add this in my app so that's the reason there is 0 benefit in this erezept and a printout is not better than old one

It made my phone vibrate and make a sound everytime I unlocked regardless of whether the app was running or not. It went away when I uninstalled.

It's a great app for sending recipes to nearby pharmacists, but it's so annoying having to log in all the time.

Language can now be changed to German or English via Android settings. Will edit review again when I got my first prescription, and tested app properly

my first e-prescription order. permanently key in passwords. After sending the e-order no record available. try to find out were is my order and where?????? all really weird 😕

Need to work more ,with patience is something between easy way for patients and doctors and informatics,meany patients have no info about because they work better with old system I mean after recept "rezpt"of payments .

I have great experience with this App .. it works properly.. and efficiently.. it is easy and direct to use

Please do proper English translation, it's not that expensive

Only few things are in English rest in German

Regularly forgets insurance data, need to reauthenticate all the time.

Can't connect to the server.. it's useless

With other simila apps there is no need to insert PINs no one ever heard of before
