Data Transfer - MobileTrans

Forces me to buy a more expensive subscription, even when I've already bought a lower tier with all the features I need (wanted to transfer my messages from Android to iOS) When I open the app, it goes directly to the paywall for the full set of features, and there's no way to go back to access the features I already bought. It's a real twist of the knife considering I had already bought the desktop version, which only sorta worked.

This app is misleading. It implies that you can transfer text messages like the desktop app just for a single phone (instead of any set of phones on the desktop app). However, that's not the case so if you're looking to transfer text messages keep looking. I especially disappointed since using the "phone transfer" feature required a subscription and so that's money down the drain.

downloaded it now problem, paid for the middle package (everything but WhatsApp stuff since I don't use it). phone went to sleep and when I tried to reopen the app it's forcing me to pay for the full subscription. but I dont use WhatsApp so I dont need it. highly frustrating considering I paid for a year of this app and it won't let me do anything Hopefully you can see my edit....i can't. once opening goes directly to the "unlock full feature "screen and i can't go anywhere from there

I paid for this app and it did not work to transfer WhatsApp from Android to iOS. To use the app, you need a data cable to connect the two phones and after trying 10+ cables, some of which are verified data cables that I can connect with other devices, it did not work. The app links you to a Windows app (which sucks if you don't have a Windows laptop) and the Mac app is another paid service. All in all sucks.

No monthly subscription is annoying. I only wanted to use the app for a one time WhatsApp transfer, but I was surprised to find out that you only allow for yearly subscriptions. Honestly, that's annoying, it would be more user friendly if the option to subscribe monthly is available. Not everyone needs the yearly subscription. At this point I'll have to use another app that allows me to pay for monthly subscription rather than yearly and still gets the job done. Others might need this too.

Free app that doesn't nothing without paying. I expect there to be premium features but it won't let you copy anything over without slapping the paywall in your face. Waste of time. Edit don't bother responding developers unless you're going to make a free option in the free to download app

was scared it wouldn't work but it did! I kept getting stuck transferring Whatsapp from iphone12 to zflip7, it said I didn't have enough storage when I practically cleared my entire iPhone. when the app opens it asks you to pay. click x on the top left corner and find the Whatsapp transfer option, I used a cable from target that worked easy. Have your Samsung fully charged since iOS will drain battery, once the process finished (1-2hrs for 4gb of chats) I paid for Whatsapp only and it worked🙏🏼

Extremely inconvenient customer service. Kept creating a data loop for. The data was 50GB but it was creating an infinite size backup like 800 GB and was still going. Happened 4 times in a row. Contacted customer service and they kept asking for more and more logs but no resolution.

THIEVES !! downloaded this app to migrate data and it forces you to subscribe . the subscription model forces you subscribe to some.other product total bait and switch not even 2minutes after I purchased I am immediately going to my credit card to cancel !!!

worst application paid for annually and no support option to connect with team. it juts showing its doing something it doesn't move a single file. have been scammed lost the money in stupid application. save yourself and don't waste money.

horrible. didn't work. I thought this would easily transfer my files from my old phone to my new phone. seems very complicated and confusing. very frustrating I could not get it to work. I went back to Google store and ask for a refund I was told "no refunds''. that's a heck of a way to do business, very dishonest

The app is ok but quite expensive, I only wanted to transfer once but needed to subscribe for the whole year. Besides, my WhatsApp Business chat is not fully being transferred. So I don't really recommend it.

Good for basic files but takes a very long time to acquire Contacts & SMS files. I had to quit the app & find other options.

app transfer doesn't detect most apps. everything other than bare-bones file transfer is strictly paid.

biggest scam I've experienced on the Google Play store. after buying the phone to phone version without WhatsApp I can't use the app when I open it. it immediately moves past the app screen to the upgrade to the full version screen and there's no way to cancel or bypass that. Do not buy. these guys are stealing your money . I'll call my credit card to dispute the charge

It doesn't work for apps, messages, call logs, calendars, or WhatsApp. so basically just photos. I paid for the desktop version and the full phone app version. The desktop version was useless because it wouldn't recognize the phone via usb. I was able to transfer WhatsApp messages through the WhatsApp app by using linked devices.

I had to download on old and on new phone. Cost price a little over 40 euros. Though it managed to retrieve my contacts, (could have done that another way) it did not transfer my WhatsApp history as promised. I contacted the helpline and the only thing they said was that I did not have to pay twice. I did not receive a reaction to my complaint. Hence, no, I will not recommend this app. If you are happy to pay a lot of money for a little help, please go ahead, this app is just your thing.

I'm really disappointed. I already have subscribed to unlock all the features but still nothing is working..

it worked! took me 2 day then found this app took me 25 mins! not the best transfer as all the names are not saved but better than nothing

They will force you to pay for a ONE YEAR subscription even though you'll only need 1 time of transferring your data from old to new phone. And guess what? the features SUCKS even though you have already paid the subscription. No clear guidelines whatsoever. I actually dont even want to give a 1 star rating, its ZERO from me. I dont gain anything good from this app. I gain NOTHING from this app. and I lost my money. such a bad experience and a bad app. not recommended at all. bye
