This app sucks, Firth of all it's a slow app, i have to wait more than ten minutes for each withdraw, also it steals my money from my account when the atm machine has some kind of error. For example, today a wanted to withdraw a large amount of money but the atm machine just gave me a bill with a error message and they took my money off my account so now a have to comunicate with customer servise which is the worse i know. I don't recommend this app at all there are better options like nequi

App takes upp to 30 business days to put money back from a transaction you make with the virtual card, so disappointing, the only option now seems to be nequi, at least they don't take more than 1 day to put the money that was on hold from a cancelled purchase/transaction with its virtual card... Also the virtual assistant it's kind of frustrating, you have to really dig into it to finally see an option that takes you a real person.

app crashes right at the start... no error... nothing... click on 'Ya Tengo Daviplata' and it crashes... chick on 'Crear Daviplata' and it crashes... so basically, can't do anything at all... can't even get pass the first screen... you're losing customers! I'm going to try Nequi instead, I've heard they're quite good... sorry Davivienda! you lose...

They finally explained to me why was the trouble and obviously I comprehended, because I was informed. 👍🏾 also then until now it's been proven a high security.

This app has always been horrible, but it has gotten to a point where it's not even funny, this app is supposed to be for a large amount of people, but I have an old phone and now I can't even use this app because the log in button appears under the navbar, in a more modern phone this would be unacceptable even if solvable, and in an older phone is not even usable, I use this not because I want but because I have no option

It is really ridiculous this app, it has your money but it does not let you use it, everytime you try to log in, the app kicks you out, even I updated the app for the latest version and at the moment of process a transferring, it just kick me out, may I think you are misshandling my money???

This bank has the worst customer service of all the banks in any countries I have lived in. They charge for thing they shouldn't be charging for and refuse to refund the money even if you prove them wrong. Unfortunately in Colombia it's almost necessary that you have this app/account.

Waste of time. Doesn't send code via SMS correctly, they blame the cellular operator, and you have to manually re-enter all information for each attempt. If this is registration I have zero faith in the app implementation.

This app is the worst. I had registered another number but at the moment I have a new Sim Card. I cancelled the old numer yesterday and I signed up with the new number however it wasn't possible to get in because when I'm online and trying to enter the app says it isn't possible because the number has been used... This is my new number and I can't get in the app and do nothing. I can't change the number anymore. This is a really disaster and I need this account.

Its a disfunctional app, i don't recomend it at all. I can't even pass the first step of registration cause the "continue" space wont load. No error, no explanation, no nothing. This ap is useless and a waste of time.

Can't install it. I tried to get in contact with you and there are no interactive channels and they say the way is through the app. Sí eso es para instalarla no me imagino tener un problema con plata y nadie que responda.

the app security is very weak and they don't do any improvements on it. Plus the app crashes constantly and is annoying because I can't use my own money

Terrible service, a mediocre application, they do not solve any problem, and they only limit themselves to using a bot to respond.

Hello I'm having trouble to login to my app, it is giving me a message error in the system try later, and I'm getting this a couples days ago

The new nfc option has been making conflict with the usual nfc option that phones usually have, and it ruins the operation

Every time it asks to restart and I can't do anything to log in. It only works for iPhone.

Always is the same with this app month by month I have to reinstall and wait for a long time.

This app doesn't open, it crashes all the time, you should fix that.

Worst App, does not let me use my money due to system issues and when try to get support they only send you to a useless automed messaging system.
