The app itself has been amazing. I use it regularly at work and have been renewing my subscription annually in order to have all the latest info without having to purchase the book. I have bought a new phone however, and now it will not restore my purchase or allow me to sign in. I am seeing that many people have had this same problem. I also wish I had known that you can get the app at a discounted rate when you have purchased a hard copy of the book, I own two of them and would have used that

I bought this app back in 2012 while I. Nursing school... It was the same price as the physical book I bought. However, I used this app almost everyday and I never thought twice about basically buying the "book" twice. I used the app on my phone for years and still continue to utilize it often. Why on Earth has this app become a yearly subscription at the same price?! Why do I have to continue to pay the same price as the book every year now, will find something comparable now.

I forgot to turn the auto-renewal of their subscription off, since things have been so busy at the hospital. I attempted to cancel and get a refund the day of renewal (today), and their subscription goes against the Google store's refund policy. Reached out to them, and they send you back to Google. This is very scummy and terrible customer service. I want this canceled and refunded. There should also be a remindee email, so this does not happen.

I have to uninstall the app and reinstall the app to be able to use it everytime. Additionally, i attempted to contact customer support. I sent an email on October 9th and never did get a message or call back. So I have decidied to get rid of this app. This is a real inconvenience and I will not be recommending this app. Quite unfortunated as I was looking forward to having this at my fingertips for work.

Purchased app but ultimately stops functioning, as per tech supprt, del & reload app, w/ same malfunctioning. worked great for nearly a year but i think it forces you to buy again. this is at least the 3rd or possibly 4th time this has happened. too much trouble to troubleshoot, but this time, im not going to purchase again. after paying close to $200 for multi accnts to keep it working, ive had it.... Good riddance Davis app, vry dissoipnted w this app. tech sppt bad, easier to buy again. nope!

Quick, reliable information at your fingertips. I don't miss flipping through the very thin pages of a real drug book from back in the day. This app is awesome, more efficient, and for the same annual cost of buying a book.

I paid the one year subscription for this app because I like the content and how it is displayed. However, I recently switched to iphone from android and am no longer able to use the app I paid for. I can download the app and pay for the subscription AGAIN using a new account through apple but, can not use the one I just paid for less than a month ago. I am infuriated that I am unable to use something I paid for. Had I known this, I would have just bought the book for the same price online.

Purchased the physical book, then purchased electronic access and I still have to pay for the app???? No! That seems like a rip off. App may work perfectly but charging your customers your access the same information in different formats just seems excessive.

I found this app helpful during nursing school and while working as a nurse but as other users have reported, you can not access the app after switching phones and customer service has not helped to resolve the situation. Very unfortunate. Edit: I am still being charged for a "subscription" but still can not access my account from my new device. Customer service will not help me despite multiple attempts to reach out. Do not spend your money on this app if you don't have to.

I've used Davis Drug Guide for years in my nursing practice. It provides detailed, fast, and up to date information that I need. My patient's love that I can provide them education when they need it. Highly recommended. Update 2024 Was 5 star now down to 3. Still good info but some issues. Having issues using on my galaxy phone. When scrolling it's very glitchy and doesn't want to allow me to scroll down. It is up to date and I've not had this issue before.

I have NOT had any technical issues on Android phone. The drug info is well organized and fast to read. Updated no problem. Update: no techincal issues! It is fast and concise. Gives me the information I need quickly and easy to locate. I found the new Drug Guide for me. It is even better than the now obsolete Pharmacopeia.

Since renewing my subscription I have had nothing but problems! I am able to use it for a couple hours but once i log out or exit the mobile app, I have to uninstall and then reinstall which is frustrating. Also I can not log into the full site on my laptop.

I love unbound apps! I only wish I could have the option to add my drug guide to nursing central, or get a discount on Nursing Central for having other unbound apps. It has kept me from buying any other content. Maybe if could be presented like a "unbound bookshelf" IDK

I'm loving it so far, almost all the drugs that we use in my country are on file. A few are missing but I think it's more to do with the spelling than the drug being absent. I suggest that it should the app could give alternate drugs that are similar in spelling to work with, that would make it perfect for now.

Download it just to find out there's a 30 day trial, but they expect you to purchase the apo. Have to buy the app to use it is not the same as "in app purchases" I immediately uninstalled. Didn’t even try it so I can't say if or how it works. I'll find another app.

I've been using this app for almost 2 years through my ADN program after a friend recommended it over the physical book. I think this is a great investment. It's so portable and is constantly being updated. I've never had a problem with the app, it works and is designed very well.

After upgrade my app would not load any medications. When using the search function I was told "no results". Unistalled and reinstalled on my Snote8 with no fix. Contacted support who "could not find my account". Very dissatisfied.

After paying $50 for this app I bought a new phone. Apparently that was not the correct move, because now I cannot log into my account as it is a different device. I cannot use the app. And I cannot get my money back. So if you are going to pay for it, make sure you aren't going to break or upgrade your phone anytime soon.

Much more thorough than other apps, much clearer than the physician's desk reference. I am a home care nurse and this is a very valuable tool. Especially side effects and interactions. Much more reliable than Google. Highly recommended.

The app worked fine on my old phone but once I got a replacement all of a sudden it doesn't recognize my email anymore and says I don't have an account. My Google subscriptions show it renews October 2022 and is still active. Won't let me reset my password at all because apparently I have no account.
