Dead Ahead: Zombie Warfare

the game is fun, the only problems I have are I tend to burn through my gold, cash and full really quickly, and I can't take more than six total units, and I get its part of the game and doing the most you can with the least you can take. it is a strategy game after all at the moment I am at stage three and plan on playing more to form a proper opinion.

This game is well made and does not have any forced ads, which is awesome. I wish the grind for currency was a bit faster and that it was cheaper to get the limited time units in rotation. They cost around 100 USD, which is a shame because they look cool, but most people can't afford that price. Overall, a good take on the Strategy/Zombies Genre.

Very fun game, but it feels more like an ad watching simulator rather than a game if you wish to progress faster in the story. While the ads are OPTIONAL, you get far fewer rewards from completing a mission, which can slow you in the long run. If you like playing a game for free, then it will be less enjoyable to play. However, if you don't mind spending a few bucks here and there, then you'll progress much faster. My biggest gripe is there is no ad blocker for extra rewards without watching ads

The art of the game is great, and it's fun to play, but you need to grind a lot because it takes a while to get enough resources to upgrade units or purchase units without spending money. Some levels like the rain levels can get very infuriating due to the random lightning killing units. The game has a lot of features that make it fun, but I do wish that I didn't need to spend so much time grinding to beat the next level

Played this years ago and came back recently to try all of the upgrades. I was pleased to see my progress was saved and currencies converted, but the balance I'm left with is rough. Maybe it's because of this old progress, but everything I can play (other than grinding old levels) is far more challenging than my troops and it costs soooooo much to buy new troops or upgrade significantly. Rough grind.

Game is good but sometimes I wonder if a mission is really "hard" difficulty and not nightmare difficulty or normal difficulty. That's not to say it's bad, just that there's variety, hard is the difficulty between normal and nightmare after all. Also I think nightmare difficulty missions appear far too early to feasibly deal with resulting in one or 2 missions you WILL not get 3 stars in until you replay them later. Which will be a good test of you progression I guess.also skins are too pricey.

absolutely love this game, though yes it does get a bit hard at moment with some levels just constantly sending in zombies that are hard to deal with. you can still take them out if you do play it right. all around solid game, and unlike some games the special currency (cash) is extremely easy to get alot of which is just wonderful for the safe which can give you up to 6000 coins depending on the level with it. and on top of that the special packs that give you units or skins cost cash.

Overall, good tower defense style game with interesting characters, game design, unique levels, and plot, which are rare nowadays. But it takes little skill and instead leveling-up+luck to pass levels, unlike games like Samurai vs. Zombies, which need skill. Moreover, it's frustrating that characters' level-ups get capped by the bus (survival) rank -- I can't pass remaining levels without leveling up characters, and I can't gain survival rank without passing levels! And I never spend real cash.

Played it in 2023 and really didn't enjoy it. I seemed to hit a paywall really fast I originally gave it a bad review. Downloading it 2 years later they've made it easier to receive rewards and while it's challenging it's not impossible now. EDIT: The game becomes impossible. The tracking is still super broke. Your team will run right past enemies or chase them and go the wrong way. I'm on location 8 and will probably stop as I literally can't beat levels no matter what team comp and items I use

I'm only on the second location and the game seems pretty fun. Gives you plenty of money when starting and the game play loop does change a bit as you progress. This game does sometimes get a bit grindy (As you progress past troop level 5 or so). But it's a good game if you're just looking to pass a couple hours waiting for something; also pay2play is a thing but I haven't had to buy anything but if you play for like 10 hours you'll probably have to pay for more fuel.

It's a fun game to play, and it doesn't have a grind that feels unfair. The art style is cute and it's easy to learn and play. However, coin rewards for doing missions are way too low, unless you watch ads. You might only get 40 coins the first time you complete a mission, and only 5 every time after that. Watching ads is an important step in lessening the grind, but other than that it is a good game. At Stage 7 there is a huge spike in difficulty, and the PvP is somewhat hundred by the addition

Wanted to like it, but it ramps up in difficulty too quickly and the EXP/money you get per level fail or completed is not enough. EDIT: Inevitably hit a pay wall, where you can fork out money to help. The game style is cool. 100% whoever makes the maps doesn't play them. EDIT 2: came back after a long time away from the game. there were some updates. levels are still absurdly imbalanced, even with the new added trinkets. I hate that I spent money, because I was so annoyed. still very love/hate.

great game, has good gameplay and fun graphics... but I feel that unless you watch a. ton of ads for fuel and for the double rewards, progressing in this game is very difficult without money. the fact that you are limited to 20 fuel a day unless you use the cash currency that is very expensive, or watch a bunch of ads, is very time wasting and makes it boring after a while. people want to play a game for a while, not for 10 minutes then wait a hour

I have to say this game is very fun to play. But everything is so expensive and you can barely get anything. The units and items and upgrades are so expensive and the enemies are very hard to fight and I barely finish the game because everything is expensive and impossible to win. So I think maybe you can lower down the price for the units and the upgrades. Also making sure that when completing a level make sure to add more coins and add green money 💵 in the levels so it could be much easier.

Fun game. There's not much pressure to buy stuff. The only annoying thing is how little fuel you have and how long you have to wait for your fuel to re-up. Oh, and the guys who sit on the bus during your waves and defend the bus, he is near useless, with little damage, mediocre fire rate, and the bus having pretty low health anyway. Other than that the game is still fun

i "was" really enjoying the game. until my map got permanently set on the most zoomed in it could be. making it aggrating to find anything on the map and no matter what i try it wont zoom out. i was playing this game pretty much daily but im about to drop it cause ita a huge waste of time trying to find caches and keep track of my missions. maybe add a zoom in/zoom out slider. its not my phone its got 0 cracks. whatta dumb reason to lose a fun game

The game is relatively fun so far, but my main gripe is the number of ads required to gain coins. It feels like 1 minute of gameplay for every 2 minutes of ads. if there was a way to give a few dollars to remove ads that would be much better. also, no tutorial describing much of the game or many currencies required to play.

Love the game but I think you guys have gone to crazy with the pay to play , and it seems with updates my characters get strange "???" Question mark dialogue that stops them from attacking, as I said I love the game it's challenging but there is no need to rob your fan base find some balance , you gotta get paid but find some balance! love this game it reminds me of a classic PC game in the early 2000's called SCZ

This is a pretty good game but I want to suggest some things. Can you make the Grenadier's grenade aimable so you can control where it lands (still with limited range)? And please make the grenade damage not fixed so it can have more damage as you level up the unit. Another thing, can you guys just add a section for bus parts because they barely show up in the shop? Also, Lester should be more unique because he is the farmer but slightly better, and buff all critical hit chances of the Damagers.

It's a really fun game, fun to just play in your free time, it doesn't take ages for your energy to refill, it's always got a bit of a challenge to it, And it's got nice characters, animations and sprite design. It also has a story that you can somewhat track, which is rare in mobile games now. my only issue I have is how costly some things are, but you can still play the game without paying anything, unlike most mobile games now, and it has no forced ads that ruin the experience.
